Penginapan kami adalah luar biasa. Dari saat pertama memasuki lobi hotel hingga meninggalkan hotel, kami mendapat pengalaman yang menakjubkan. Hotel ini mempunyai reka bentuk yang moden dan mesra, sama seperti hotel 5 bintang antarabangsa yang lain, cuma kualiti pemasangan dalaman tidak betul-betul setanding. Walau bagaimanapun, kemudahan lain seperti bar perpustakaan dan teater filem peribadi menggantikan pengalaman pengguna yang hebat. Perkhidmatan kakitangan di seberang adalah lebih baik daripada hotel 5 bintang yang lain. Mereka semua sangat membantu dan penuh perhatian sepanjang penginapan, dan itu membuat perbezaan dan merupakan kunci kepada penginapan kami yang menakjubkan di hotel.

I LOVE the zen vibes and decor of this hotel. The amenities from the book bar to the mini theatre were excellent and perfect for a relaxing chilled staycation. The hotel went above and beyond to take care of our needs and comfort. The hotel staff were all friendly and professional. We were extremely impressed by their attentiveness, especially by Hon, the chief concierge. He prepared water for us before a sightseeing trip and gave us good advice on which exit to get to, time spent etc. The restaurant at the hotel was also very good!! We love Cantonese food and even more so when it is done WELL. A fancy hotel is easy to come by if one pays for it but a great service that goes beyond your expectations is very hard to come by. Great value overall, comfortable, extremely relaxing and impressionable stay.

The location is a trade-off – not in the city center but super convenient if you’re using the train station. The place is really clean, and the rooms are comfortable and well-furnished. Loved the cinema in the hotel – a nice surprise! The service is outstanding, and I want to give a shoutout to Xiaohan (小韩) for his exceptional care, especially towards the elderly in our group. He made the experience welcoming and informative. Definitely recommend this spot if you’re in Luoyang.

Certainly a 5 star hotel in every respect. Excellent generous breakfast daily, refreshments in room, dinner was of the highest standard. Rooms lavishly appointed. Mr Hon from the concierge is very helpful in English, Korean, Japanese and Chinese. All the staff were brilliant. A must stay for any international traveller. Alex from Sydney Australia.

Clean and quiet luxury hotel located in the center of Luoyang. Service and location are excellent and you'll pay a bit more as well but well worth it.

I had the pleasure of staying at Pury Hotel in Luoyang for 4 nights during my first business trip to the city. The experience was truly unforgettable, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Assistant Manager Emily, Mr. 韓洪一, and other staff members. Despite our inability to speak Mandarin or Putonghua, their warm smiles could break through all language barriers that made us feel right at home. The facilities at the hotel were impeccable. The room we stayed in was spacious, comfortable and quiet. The minibar was restocked every day, which made it unnecessary for us to purchase anything from the supermarket. The Western-style breakfast was fantastic, I think it is the best in this city, and the pickup service provided to the high-speed train station upon departure was a heart-warming gesture that made us feel like family. Without any hesitation, I would come back to stay here again. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so memorable. I look forward to seeing you all soon.

Very good and polite service; room is so spacious and clean. The only inconvenience is the separation of the toilet room from the main bathroom. There is quite a few walking steps to go wash my hands after using the toilet. This is especially inconvenient during night waking hours. However, it is most considerate for you to provide with some snacks and drinks. I really enjoyed the Chinese tea, Jasmine especially.

Impeccable, the Pury Hotel （国宝铂瑞）is no doubt the best hotel in Luoyang. I was welcomed by the hotel not at the reception, but at the LongMen railway station, the moment I arrived at Luoyang. All the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, but I must give special thanks to Madame Karen Zhang, the lobby manager, (张静 is her Chinese name). She went out of her way by changing telephone conversations with me in advance to make my trip smooth. I originally booked a two-bed business room for my stay. As she found out that I have some relatives coming to visit me, she upgraded me to a larger room, making it easier for us to sit around. The hotel restaurant is also very good. Well I did not dine anywhere else in Luoyang this time, I have a little doubt it must be one of the best ones around. The hotel facilities are quite modern and the rooms clean and comfortable.

Very good place. Will come again next time if I have a chance.

自駕從南京出發 到達酒店已經晚上了 酒店位置交通都很便利 訂的家庭房兩間房裡麪的門可以打開互通 乾淨整潔不説 酒店工作人員服務沒話説特地留的紙條給的孩子洗漱還有盆給我們洗衣服 太細心了 每天都還有新鮮水果和小食飲料補充 辦理退房時 工作人員張倩很熱情的給孩子們送了特色的書簽 正準備開走 發現房間落了東西又上樓幫我們拿送下來 反正對這家酒店和工作人員十分的滿意 這才是服務👍

酒店地理位置比較方便，附近就是體育公園，周邊環境很好，邊上就是地體站，方便出行，離景區、高鐵都不算遠。房間整體來説比較符合這個價位，乾淨、整潔。大堂服務員熱情友好，主動幫拿行李，服務温暖貼心。房間還配備免費的各種飲料和小點心，整體來説體驗感不錯，下次來洛陽還會住這家酒店。

初次來洛陽，怕踩坑，特意選了評價好的國寶鉑瑞酒店。辦理入住時，就開始體驗到他們的温馨服務，前台接待的妥帖，如沐春風。在辦理等待時，酒店經理張靜給我們做了很仔細的介紹，房間的安排上也非常用心，水果，小罐茶，咖啡，都是美好體驗，順帶提一下，衞生間的乾濕分離做的很體貼。 因是自助遊，怕自己的攻略出錯，特地諮詢了他們禮賓部的韓洪一主管，幸虧有他的介紹，讓我們三天的行程歡樂滿滿，龍門石窟，老君山，關林，行程舒適，景色宜人，玩的愉快，吃得美味，經他介紹，吃到了洛陽美食，長輩和小朋友都非常開心。 今天回程，遇到了洛陽久違多日的大雨，韓主管還給安排了送高鐵站，吉師傅高超的駕駛技術，將我們一家人安全穩當的送到了高鐵站。 三天行程，熱情用心的服務，讓我們感受到了酒店的美好，有機會再刷洛陽，一定會再訂國寶鉑瑞。
