I honestly wouldn't recommend this hotel. I'm not sure why it's on Trip.com's recommendations. They double-charged me for the city tax upon check-in. The soundproofing is terrible; someone was banging on the door in the middle of the night, trying to get in. When I asked the front desk to call the police, they wouldn't provide security footage and claimed no one was knocking. The hygiene is questionable, and they even called me at 6 AM. If you're traveling with children, I absolutely do not recommend it – the sounds of people having a good time are deafening. Their ability to shirk responsibility is truly terrifying.

The location is quite good, given that it is near some of the sightseeing spots. Room service is sound and so is the cleariness. However the front desk isn't friendly as it is and the facilities aren't good enough for basic needs.

Good location centrally located, near trams and not far from Marrif. Not to big room but comfortable for one person and clean.

Some receptionists were super unhelpful and others were relatively helpful. Doormen were stellar and always help with your luggage’s etc. Curtains had some stains and there was a roach in the room.

Excellent breakfasts, the room was cleaned daily, and the interior was quite modern and stylish! We had a great time. Thanks to the hotel staff!

I was charged twice. I had already paid online via Trip.com, but the front desk couldn't find my payment in their system and demanded cash upon checkout. It's been over a week, and they still haven't processed my refund, even though I've sent photos of the payment receipt five times through the Trip.com chat and via email. My impression of the hotel is completely ruined.

Experience was great! Nice hotel staff and accommodating upon request! The breakfast buffet had many great options and cover all basics of a continental.
