Beautifully clean and comfortable.
Room was much bigger than expected with all amenities. Comfy bed and nice towels.
Helpful and friendly staff. Didn’t get a chance to try the pool this time but will next stay.

The room had a good view and is a good location for if you’re planning to visit Sea Life but it’s kind of far from the central CBD area. The room itself was also very big and clean and I was provided with all the necessary amenities.

Great room, bedroom was a separate room. There was a full kitchen within the room.
The hotels kitchen was closed during our stay.

Great location, lovely clean and spacious rooms. Restaurant being closed was the only downfall and tired bathrooms but otherwise a great stay

The staff at this hotel were EXCEPTIONAL!!! They greet you with the biggest smile and are incredibly helpful!! We had car issues which required the car to be towed, they helped us with late check out while we organised everything and could not have been more helpful or obliging!! Well done!!

I didn’t like that there wasn’t an area for breakfast. Didn’t like that we didn’t have a nice view. Staff were great and it was good we could park in B1 with our car being taller. Didn’t like that we had to pay for it though

The Wi-Fi needs an upgrade. When I could get a signal, throughput was decent, but I found that getting a signal required being in specific places and then holding very still.
The air conditioning did not seem to care what temperature the room was. If the control was on, the conditioned air kept flowing until the control was turned off.

For $500 a night, I’d expect the rooms to be nicer. They are tired looking- a little update is needed and the curtains replaced coz they were pretty dirty looking. Balcony in the room but closed off to access.
The best thing is the location. Tram stops just outside (straight to the MCG!), short walk to Southbank, ******, train stations and City Centre.
