We stayed 2 nights at this beautiful hotel while visiting Casablanca. The rooms are well appointed, clean and the beds are extremely comfortable (like sleeping on a cloud). We enjoyed both breakfast & dinner at the hotel and both were outstanding. Breakfast has a buffet with breads, pastries, meats, cheeses, yogurt & eggs along with an omelet station. Fantastic coffee and excellent & friendly service. Dinner at La Pegola was also an excellent choice. Food and service was outstanding. Nourreddine & Mohssine really made our experience perfect. Thank you. The hotel also has a beautiful lobby with afternoon snacks and a full bar. We tried some crepes and cappuccinos and very much enjoyed both.

Together with two other couples, we had come to Casablanca for a wedding. The hotel is conveniently located in a quiet area with many restaurants in the neighbourhood, the big mosque in walking distance, anything else easily reachable by cheap taxis (beware: tendency to cheat the meter). The three rooms were spacious, one nearly double size from the two others, with separate bedrooms. Poor state of maintenance everywhere, staff tries hard to help. Cleanlines so-so. Beds are comfortable, wardrobes small, baths too, with hardly any surface to put toileteries on. Walk-in showers with grime and mold in corners. Towels vary in shades from gray to brownish and are very frayed, but get changed daily for others of the same quality. The hotel was extremely skimpy with toilet paper, for no apparent reason, to the point that one of us got a big pack from a near-by supermarket to supply all of us. Breakfast from a buffet, quite poor, not a trace of the wonderful local fruit offered everywhere and available in abundance. Coffee is very sad, the machine was broken, so there was Nescafe in its well-known lousy quality with sugared ! milk - none other available in three days.

We booked two rooms for ourselves and our two children. We also made reservations for shabbat dinner at the Hotel restaurant. We were assigned second floor rooms. The first night the music from a Morrocon dance club on the lower floor beneath us was so loud, none of us could sleep. We complained to the desk many times and each time they told us it would stop. This lasted until past 3 in the morning!!! Needless to say we were were exhausted the next day rom not sleeping. At the front desk they apologized and said it would NOT happen again. Yet, the same thing occurred Saturday night. Again past three in the morning the music blasted and thumped despite our complaints. When I asked to speak to the Manager he was always unavailable. The clerk said there was nothing he could do and he was aware ”it is a problem for many guests”. When we checked out I again asked to speak to the manager looking for a credit. Again he was off premises I was told and that he would call me. He never did. I tried calling the hotel over 20 times and was put on hold indefinitely, hung up on, and told he was unavailable. I was never able to reach him. When I went back and looked at the other 1 star reviews I see many people had the same complaint about the night club in the hotel. They know this will disrupt the guests but they do not care enough to stop it or alert the guests. They prefer reviews like this. While standing at the desk I heard other guests complaining and being given the run around. Every other hotel we stayed at in Morocco was great. This was horrible. DO NOT STAY THERE＞

We stayed at this hotel on the 9 jul on the way back to the US and I must say this hotel is probably the only real 5 star hotel in Casablanca when compared to the other two we stayed in When we arrived and another when we connected between Marrakech and Tanger , they get very busy so expect some delays when requesting house keeping or answering the phones, however over all it is a very nice hotel.

I stayed in Art Palace Suites and Spa from 17 August till 21 August 2022 and was extremely disappointed with my stay and with my experience in this hotel from the first day. I picked the hotel based on some reviews but was shocked to walk into the room which they assigned to me. The only thing that looked exactly like the pictures was the terrace of the room. I booked the deluxe suite but was given a room with a tiny living room that you can hardly walk in. The room had two full bathrooms per the website;; however, the second bathroom in my so called suite was locked and when I asked the reception to open it, I was told that it was out of order because the glass door of the shower was broken. I wondered why did the hotel sell a room that had a non functioning bathroom? When I complained, they opened the bathroom but warned me against using the shower. The AC was not working and I had to report the issue to the reception 6 times on the first day, with no response. They also told me that I will not be able to sleep before 2:00am because of the live band that plays there since the sound travels to the rooms on first floor. To add the cherry on top, I found a lizard in the bathroom and took a picture of it.I also called the receptionist on duty and showed him the lizard. He talked to someone on the phone and then nothing happened. I guess the lizard must have been a normal scene in this hotel. Do not stay in this hotel if you are used to the minimum standards of hygiene and hospitality.

I went to onomo for the weekend. The hotel is located in a central place. The decorations is very nice and chic. I had a wonderful breakfast served by houssam and Jalal very helpful smiling professional and funny. A soon as I wanted to bring something it was already on the table thank you very much to both of them for this experience.

Great hotel with luxurious rooms and excellent restaurant. Our main problem was that it is not a wheelchair friendly hotel, and since my wife is handicapped we suffered a bit to move around within the hotel. There is a nice restaurant with full bar service, but no Moroccan cuisine on the menu - pretty much French. Great breakfast buffet with more of a Moroccan flavor. Very good WiFi coverage.

Very cute hotel. Our room was modernly decorated, clean, and spacious with a nice size bathroom. The Breakfast buffet was really good with several delicious items such as cold meats, cheeses, fruit, and the most incredible array of loaves of bread. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The hotel is within walking distance of several landmarks, restaurants, and shopping. I highly recommend it.

There are many practical storage spaces in the bedroom and the living room, so even if you bring heavy luggage, there is enough space to feel comfortable. - Rooftop : Cosy space to chill out on sunny days and spring/summer nights (Too cold in winter). - Other services : A convenient and free underground parking lot (-1 & -2), two small fitness rooms (-1 & +1) the one in the first floor is just for cardio, the other has a bench and some basic dumbbells. A laundry in floor 0 (extra 60 MAD/machine and 30 MAD/Dryer), the wifi is good. - Staff : They are the highlight and the backbone of this appart hotel. They are professional, helpful, kind, lovely and always smiling. Wether at the lobby, the rooftop, the parking or the room service, this team is wonderful. They made my 2 months stay literally a 'Home trip'.. They deserve all the Best from Accor. - Summary : Whether for a short or a long stay, personal or for business, go there with confidence. I highly recommend.

Bonjour, ce n’est pas la première fois Quad vient à cette hôtel cause de la proximité pour mon travail, tjr j’ai remarqué un du personnel qui était un peu rude avec nous, mais aujourd’hui il a beaucoup exagéré, il a abusé il s’appelle AMINE, il est venu taper à la porte de notre chambre a 12:05 pour nous demander de sortir parce qu’il fallait pas dépasser 12:00 même si c’est dimanche aujourd’hui 09/04/23 je pense que c’est interdit de taper à la porte il faut juste appeler par téléphone, je lui ai demander juste un peu temps pour qu’on finalise de ranger nos affaires mais avec une façon très très rude avec un ton de vois très élevé il nous a dit de Quitter les lieux, et il nous a encore rappeler une autre fois par téléphone pour nous précipiter de sortir le plus tôt possible meme c’est dimanche et en plus le jour d’arriver il m’a donné plein tarifs 840 dh par nuit j’ai pris deux nuits, j’aurais dû réserver par booking a 690 dh, mais le problème c’est sa façon rude et le non professionnalisme, il faut vraiment embauché des gens professionnels et surtout pour l’accueil parce que ce Monsieur qui s’appelle AMINE n’a rien avoir avec l’hôtellerie et surtout avec son attitude bizarre qui nous a vraiment fait peur, au point que je n’ai pas pu le répondre, j’ai juste pris ma facture et j’ai quitté es lieux comme il a demandé , il faut revoir sa formation. Par contre Imad un homme très gentil Galant et très professionnel et serviable. السلام عليكم ليست بالمرة الاولى التي نأتي فيها الى هذا الفندق وذلك لقربه لحميع الأماكن بمدينة الدار البيضاء رغم غلاء السعر، على العموم في كل مرة نأتي ونجد فيها أمين في الاستقبال نجد طريقته الغريبة في الكلام وملامحه المستفزة، ولكن هاته المرة كان جدجدجد مستفز وغير لبق بالمرة قام بالنقر والدق على باب الغرفة بإزعاج رغم أن ذلك ممنوع لما تكون يافطة عدم الازعاج معلقة، فتحت الباب وسألت مالأمر فأمرني أنه حان وقت المغادرة ويجيب أن نغادر الفندق حالا وكانت الساعة آن داك 12:05 وطلبت منه أن يمهلنا بعض الوقت لتكملة جمع أغراضنا لكن لم يأبه لكلامي وأمرني بطريقة خسيسة وفظة الخروج حالا، ولم يقتصر على ذالك بل نزل إلى الاستقبال واتصل بالهاتف وطلب مني بطريقة غير لائقة الخروج حالا حتى أنتي شعرت بالخوف فنزلنا وخرجنا بهدوء مخيفة من المشاكل المرجو إعادة النظر في الاشخاص تقومومون بتعيينهم وشكرًا

Bellissimo appartamento, arredamento moderno ed elegante con ottimo corner cucina a scomparsa. Unica pecca: non ci sono posate/tazze/piatti, bisogna comprare tutto usa e getta. Non c'era nemmeno l'acqua di cortesia che ti viene data in qualsiasi riad, anche a basso costo. Capisco che è più un appartamento business di lungo periodo, però basta poco per sentirsi più...in Marocco :-) Personale molto gentile e reattivo, abbiamo chiesto assistenza per internet ed è venuto subito un ragazzo e le signore delle pulizie ci hanno portato le grucce appendiabiti (totalmente assenti anche quelle nel guardaroba). Qualsiasi problematica risolta nel giro di un quarto d'ora! Ottima posizione in città.

Je recommande cet hôtel , mini ketchenette, frigo, four, lave-vaisselle, petit salon avec télé, il y avait une télé aussi en face du lit de notre chambre. Balcon avec une table et deux chaises. Chambre très propre, literie de la chambre très confortable, le divan lit, par contre n’est pas confortable, mais les enfants ne s’en rende pas compte. Deux petites bouteilles d’eau, ainsi café et thé sont offert. Il manquait des serviettes dans la chambre, nous en avons redemandé et la femme de chambre. Pour le petit déjeuner , je vous conseil d’y aller tôt avant 9:30, après il reste moins de choix . Je ne le savais pas mais vous pouviez demander des œufs brouillés, tournées etc ainsi que du thé. Le stationnement est gratuit mais limité à quelques places ( 4,5 places environ). J’ai reçu un très bon accueil, à la réception.

就在四季酒店旁邊，不是因為航班被屢次取消不會再選擇延住。後來發現性價比直接甩四季幾個檔次。首先房間都是套房海景房，都能看到海景。第二價格很合適，第三也是最重要的可以直接從酒店走到海灘邊，無敵了。那些日子我們就每天在沙灘上度過悠然的下午，再去旁邊的安法廣場吃東西，逛逛。四季走出來還沒有這個酒店走出來進。下麪有個家樂福我們每天去採購新鮮蔬果和飲料。總之這個酒店強烈推薦哦。海景真無敵了。

This hotel is more of a 2 star, certainly nothing more. The rooms are very basic, you get only one single towel per person, this will be your hand towel and body towel. The rooms overlook a busy road so can be very noisy. The room has a kettle but no coffee sachets. When I asked the receptionist if there were any places to grab a coffee sachet he couldn’t help or point me in the right direction - not very 4 star. The toilet came with half a toilet roll and the toilet had a bar smell to it which wasn’t ideal as we had to close the toilet door so we didn’t get a heartache. Additionally the door only closed if it were locked otherwise it popped open. This hotel needs to do better or rebrand itself to a two star to reflect the true position.
