Excellent resort estate and service is outstanding , and pool is best !

Very disappointed with this Sheraton! Dinner buffet 40 euro is terrible! Quality of tower and bathrobe very bed! The extra bed is very low and uncomfortable! The staff did 2 times wrong changes in my bathroom ( i had no conditioner and they give me 2 times shampoo instead) terrible wifi signal in the room! First and last time at this Sheraton!

酒店的環境服務都很好，很安靜也很漂亮。就是感覺位置有一點點偏，所以換了一家酒店。但是換了酒店以後，對比之下反而覺得喜來登的服務和房間更好。下次過來還會訂這家酒店，性價比高服務好

3 night stay in this exceptional hotel. Our room was clean, tidy, very comfortable & beautiful presented & maintained daily to a very high specification. We were half board - the breakfast choice was excellent, a choice of continental & hot dishes plus a range of items ordered directly from the menu - the omelettes were delicious. We dined every night in the Glass Terrace - the menu choices & quality were both excellent. One night there was an additional buffet choice which was equally as good - understand they only use this option when the hotel is very busy. The pool area was spotless & beautifully maintained - with a good range of snacks & drinks available. Aside from how excellent the hotel is, the thing that sets this hotel apart from any other Marriott Bonvoy hotel we have used - and the number is extensive - is the extraordinarily fabulous service we received from literally everyone we encountered - from the check in staff, the Glass Terrace staff, the Pool staff & the house keeping staff. In particular a big shout out to Miguel who is the ultimate ambassador for Sheraton Cascais. He was so welcoming & attentive throughout our stay - on our last night, our 38th wedding anniversary, he absolutely went the extra mile & made the dinner very special. Also Thomas in the bar was excellent - introduced us to Portuguese tarts with cinnamon which was a revelation! All in all would absolutely recommend this hotel across the board - they set the bench very high! Muito obrigado!!

Fantastic hotel with some of the friendliest staff I've met on my travels to Portugal. I stayed in a suite which was of a good size and very clean and modern throughout. Food in the restaurant was brilliant, especially the desserts which were laid out on one of the evenings as part of the buffet! The red celvet cake was my favourite! One of the restaurant team, Ali, stood out in particular with his enthusiasm and friendly nature. He is an asset to the hotel team!

Very disappointing. From the check in where we were informed of a resort fee of 18 euros a day in order to access wifi, gym and pool towels to the restaurant which on day 3 stopped a la carte (which was included in our package) and had a really poor buffet. The explanation was that there was a conference group staying! Buffet had only 2 options, both of which very unappealing. Dried out bread, empty salad bowls and sweaty cheese. It took much discussion to resolve the issue and for last 3 days we had the original a la carte. Serving staff were excellent especially Miquel and Maria. Thanks to the managers for resolving a bad situation which spoiled our enjoyment. Ambience and rooms lovely but everything extra costs and not what the hotel advertised. Based on this experience we certainly won’t return.

The Sheraton Cascais is surrounded by gardens, a mile from Guincho Beach. The hotel was built in 2009 and offers 154 accommodations over 3 floors. Furnishings and decoration provide a nice atmosphere. Service is friendly & helpful. We were upgraded to a suite with a spacious living & kitchen, and a separate bedroom & bathroom. The nicely furnished room had table with 4 chair, air-conditioning, TV, comfy sofa bed, 2 club chairs, and complete kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, stovetop, sink, microwave, Nespresso & tea facility. The bedroom had good twins, wardrobe with safe and TV. We had a bathroom with washbasin, toilet & bidet, and shower over the bath. All was very clean. A good buffet breakfast is served: eggs made to order, cold cuts & cheeses, breads & toast, cereals & fruits, milk & yoghurts, juices & preserves, rolls & croissants, tea & coffee. The Cascais Sheraton resort is a very comfortable & quiet hotel, and we had a pleasant stay. Highly recommended.

This is one of my favourite hotels in Europe, the location is very convenient. The service was excellent from the time we checked the reception staff were very friendly and professional. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast is served with a large selection from pastries, fruit,salads, healthy options to full English breakfast all served with a smile. Would definitely recommend 10/10 A big thank you to Cristopher, Ricardo, Diogo, João (3 of them), Ruben (2 of them), Joana, Catarina, Tiago, Afonso, Pedro, Mafalda, Matilde, Miguel & Rita

We’ve had an outstanding stay at the Sheraton! Beautiful hotel and outstanding staff. In particular, Ali went above and beyond to make our visit 1st class and Beatriz was the best bartender ever. Can’t say enough good things about those two!!

Highly recommended, only a short stay but felt extremely welcome from the reception desk to fantastic service from Miguel in the restaurant, amazing hospitality. Beautiful grounds and pool, lovely room and so welcoming to our big family!
