Door to garden is broken and we didn’t realize it until our last night that it’s not secured. Wifi is weak.

The hotel is well located in Caicas region. For facilities and service are great. We have a suite and the kitchen tiles are rather slippery. Breakfast is quite good but variety can be improved.

This is a very good hotel! The service is excellent! The staff are friendly and helpful, and it's a great stay. The hotel pool is also beautiful. It's perfect for a relaxing vacation or a day trip.

Great place to relax for a few days! Great location, just a 10-minute drive to any area of ​​Cascais and beaches. Excellent breakfast, very friendly staff, and excellent facilities: a gym, sauna, hammam, and pool. The room was very comfortable and had a small kitchen with all the amenities. If we had to say anything negative, there was a slight smell of pipes when turning on the tap, but it was a great place to stay, and one I would return to.

Five-star hotel, service quality, dining environment is really nothing to say, love this garden, the sun is so good and comfortable. Because it is self-driving, it is very convenient, free parking. Many people come here to play golf, maybe stay for a few days, so the facilities are very complete, the whole hotel has a large range of activities, there is no nothing to do 😁 Witnessed the life of the rich area, it is perfect and impeccable.

Suitable for families Rooms are a bit old

The hotel's environment and services are very good, very quiet and beautiful. I just felt that the location was a little bit out of the way, so I changed to a hotel. But after changing hotels, I felt that Sheraton's service and rooms were better in comparison. I will book this hotel next time I come here. It’s cost-effective and the service is good.
