Hotel dengan Sarapan pagi di Caserta

Devo davvero spendere qualche parola per questo hotel, abbiamo acquistato un pacchetto Reggia ( comprensivo di pernotto, biglietti per visitare la Reggia e una cena), siamo stati accolti in modo davvero impeccabile e ci è stata concessa un suite invece della standard deluxe, la pulizia degli ambienti ineccepibile, e per concludere la cena davvero deliziosa, tanto che la qualità e il gusto delle pietanze avrebbero meritato una location più suggestiva, credo che il ristorante avesse un illuminazione non adatta e forse avrei anche aggiunto un po' di musica di sottofondo, ma cmq nel complesso direi eccellente.

Hotel davvero bello nelle zone comuni; una hall immensa e scenica, con la sua altezza e la copertura in vetro. Discorso differente per le camere e le zone di distribuzione ai piani superiori, dove regna una moquette vecchia e macchiata, e tutto ha urgente bisogno di manutenzione, se non addirittura di restauro. Le camere sono grandi ma molto datate, con odore forte tutt’altro che gradevole. Anche il bagno, pur essendo abbastanza comodo, avrebbe bisogno di manutenzione. Pulizia, al di là di lenzuola ed asciugamani, non ai massimi livelli (trovare i capelli in bagno non è mai una cosa esaltante). Colazione buona e piuttosto ricca (nulla da eccepire). Trovo incredibile che, arrivati alle 21,15, non ci abbiano fatto cenare perché ci hanno detto che era tutto prenotato. In realtà il ristornate era vuoto, con alcuni tavoli da sparecchiare, ed evidentemente volevano già chiudere. Posizione comoda anche per visitare la reggia, che si raggiunge in 5 minuti d’auto.

I think the rooms must have been renovated, as some reviews talk about dirt, etc, but our room was spotless and clearly newly done. It was spacious and the shower was huge, although the wall was made of glass so you could see the shower from the bedroom (room 109). Our son's room (110) didn't have a shower but an enormous bath, so I recommend specifying if you prefer a shower or bath. The breakfast was pretty basic, room for improvement, but the location is really excellent. You can leave your car in the subsidised car park and walk to the Reggia and to the town centre, so worth staying there for that alone.

Experienced a very pleasant stay for a couole of days. Room was tidy and clean, receptionists were very friendly and breakfast service was punctual. The hotel is close to the Royal palace ”Reggia di Caserta”, only 15 min walk and 5 min walk from the main street that links to the latter which is also full of cafes and shops. Recommended!

Pre booking was easy through Agoda. Parked car outside hotel to unload bags, manager helped. Then an easy check in after parking the car across from the hotel for Eur 10 per day in a secure safe camera recorded area. On check-in we were upgraded to a family room which was two rooms with balcony. Rooms were clean and comfortable temperature. That night ate outside at a wonderful restaurant, next morning had breakfast at the hotel which was adequate, Then walked the park and checked out. Overall a great stay and would stay again.

I was here on business in May for two weeks and was pleasantly surprised by the elegance of this hotel. Upon arrival at this regal hotel the manager greeted me in English once he knew I wasn't Italian. He went out of his way to accommodate me in getting into my room. The room were very clean and decorated elegantly. Just perfect for my 2 wk stay. Each night I would sit in the Lobby/ great room/ Bar and admire the beautiful surroundings along with the people watching. The Bartender Lucianno was very pleasant to talk too. The Hotel Manger was always friendly and treated me with respect, kindness and consideration. The Hotel is surrounded by concrete walls, shrubs and metal fencing. They also had a security system set in place at the gate. I felt very safe there. The hotel came with NaBoo Spa and I took full advantage of their services with several massages, steam rooms and pools. The Manger at the NaBoo spa that spoke English, beautiful lady with Long Black Hair (wish I could remember her name) was very kind and considerate to my needs. She always explained everything in detail and gave me a tour of the Spa. I definitely took advantage of the services there with a hot stone massage by Rosanne, a destress massage, steam rooms, saunas and pool area. The pricing was very reasonable. I consider this a world class spa with professional staff. My company will be doing business in the area for the next 4 months and I let them know that this would be the place to book my colleagues. Can't say enough about this hotel and can't wait to come back in September.

Personale qualificato disponibile e sempre attento ! Le nuove camere superior sono ben fatte ! Non è più presente la moquette ma uno splendido parquet, totalmente rimodernata ! Nota negativa dimenticatevi gli armadi , sono stati rimossi e sostituiti con dei ripiani metallici che danno un SEnso di disordine e nella doccia non vi è più un ripiano per doccia sciampoo! Peccato perché rende la stanza scomoda !

Soggiornato diverse volte a Caserta, buoni alberghi ma con la scomodità dei parcheggi distanti e a pagamento. Ci siamo trovati benissimo presso questa Struttura, già dai primi contatti con il Personale molto competente, disponibile e cortese. Stanze arredate in modo semplice, funzionale e pulite, parcheggio interno gratuito, prima colazione (anche in stanza) sia dolce che salato di buona qualità, servita in parte dalle Signore molto professionali e cordiali con le quali ci si può scambiare il proprio pensiero. Abbiamo trascorso in modo eccellente le nostre 50 “primavere” di un felice Matrimonio in questo Hotel, romanticamente, al centro delle foglioline di un quadrifoglio che sono le belle opere e località che meritano di essere visitate: Casertavecchia, sorgenti di Triflisco, San Leucio e a due passi la monumentale Reggia. Come le foglioline potrebbero rappresentare un sentimento: speranza, fiducia, amore e fortuna, così il Plana li comprende tutti.
