Artistic Charming House

Wonderful upscale B&B on the second floor of an old building in the heart of Caserta and only steps from Reggie Costello. Lovely owner Anna Maria and Rosa took very good care of us for our breakfasts, served in the room. Very modern and spacious accommodations and recommendations for walk-to restaurants. We would highly recommend this very well-run place ( Anna can be brisk but she is “ spot on” and manages the place expertly) if you are visiting the sites South of Rome. Look no further as it can’t get any better than this and the price/value is incredible. Best wishes always to Anna, Rosa, and Ivan!

We stayed one night and we highly recommend to stay here if you visit Caserta! The room is spacious and clean and with all comfort! The breakfast is served in the room is delicious and with plenty of choices! The location is very central, across from The Caserta palace and closed to all shops, restaurants and bars. The owner is a great host with a lot of tips to experience the best of Caserta!

We loved this cute B&B. It’s so charming and the owner is very helpful and friendly. Every room Is unique and it’s so clean and comfortable. The breakfast brought to your room is such a nice touch and delicious. It is right across the street from the palace and easy to walk to restaurants and is right in town. I would recommend to anyone visiting Caserta.

We had a wonderful stay at the Artistic Charming House! It was perfect for my family of 4 (2 young children ages 4 and 6.) We reserved the Luxury room. It was very spacious. 3 beds. Large bathroom. It was beautifully decorated. The TV and shower worked well. I was unable to lower the air conditioning more than 24 Celsius, but it was fine so I didn’t ask if it could be lowered more because we slept comfortably. The sitting room is very cute and stylish. My husband worked there in the evening on his laptop and was able to connect to the Wi-Fi easily. Breakfast is fantastic and included. We loved having it delivered to our room. There was a great variety of breads, croissants, yogurt, meats, juice, and cappuccino. This hotel is not always managed with someone at the desk. You get a code to enter. It is similar to an apartment, as it seems to be in an apartment complex. There is a person there on check in and check out. The manager is very kind. The best part of this hotel is the location. You can easily walk to the palace. There are also restaurants and stores right beneath the unit. We parked in front to load and unload our luggage. However the parking lots are a little bit of a walk, but that is expected. Overall wonderful stay. We would highly recommend.

Camera accogliente, posizione ideale per visitare la Reggia di Caserta, colazione superlativa sia dolce che salata. Complimenti allo staff gentilissimo e super disponibili. Ritorneremo sicuramente!!! Grazie.
