B&B Milano Malpensa 1

It says on the website that there is airport pick up. My flight was delayed and they left. When I signal and called them again, first they said they cannot come, and then they sent someone who had me waiting for over an hour and didn’t show up, not answering my texts.

DO NOT BOOK HERE. Absolutely vile staff, like a lot of other reviews he told us we missed the check in time but we were never given one. This is a very long story but to cut it short, we called the number on the gate to be told you’re too late and can’t stay here. We called the number of the company we booked through and they couldn’t help us. We tried the other hotel in the area and although it was extremely quiet we were told the were full. There was a bar next door and the people sat outside kept shouting abuse at us and we felt completely unsafe staying on the streets near them so we had to walk to the next nearest town with a station. This took us over 3 hours in the dark. Moral of the story, don’t stay here. If you look at the google reviews you can see that the manager sends vile replies back to the complaints… this says a lot about his character.

So, turned up, only to be informed that we'd missed the check in time...as we weren't given one, I tried to reason with the manager there...took nearly an hour to convince him to let us have our room as he was prepared to leave us in the dark, with the gate shut...for letting us stay in our booked room, apparently that meant we couldn't stay there tomorrow but could return the day after that...🤷‍♂️...being grateful for not sleeping on a park bench, we didn't notice how bad the room was...stained pillows and sheets, filthy bathroom and just the skankiest place I've ever stayed...when I asked about the breakfast, he pointed to a scabby looking Nespresso machine...I'm sure I got bitten by bed bugs...just awful...

Sporco, vecchio, senza lenzuolo di sopra, guanciali vecchissimi e gialli, federe sporche, puzzo, zanzare, no aria condizionata né ventilatore, stanza caldissima. Pezzi di vetro rotto e cartacce in terra. No colazione, internet non ci è stato offerto.

Ho alloggiato qui con il mio compagno per 5 giorni e ci siamo trovati abbastanza bene. La camera era un po' datata e non molto pulita, ma confortevole. Il bagno era provvisto di vasca idromassaggio non funzionante correttamente. Una sera non abbiamo trovato un posto auto libero (seppur incluso) e la proprietaria gentilissima ci ha fatto parcheggiare davanti ad un garage dismesso, per scusarsi ci hanno anche offerto la colazione. La grande comodità è senz'altro il check-in online e a qualsiasi ora.
