Overall, it was a decent stay for our one night baby moon trip. We were able to check-in early than 3pm and the services are great from front desk and the room service. The only thing that needed improvement is the cleanliness - the room is clean but upon check in, there are few bits and pieces of plastic or probably little clean up leftover from the house keeping. Not a big deal but if this can be further improved, it can definitely make the stay more great. Other than that, the only thing I'm not very satisfied is the pillows were too soft that it’s affected my sleep and slightly hurt my neck and shoulder. We did request for additional pillows and they did provided us with extras. Hope the team can look into this and further improved as we really enjoyed our stay.

I booked the Pullman Kuala Lumpur City Centre for F1 during the National Day holiday, knowing it would be late and hotel prices would be heavily inflated. I chose this Pullman after extensive research and comparing many reviews. However, right after booking, prices kept dropping due to the Indonesian haze… frustrating 😓. The hotel itself is an older upscale chain with a certain sense of history. The facilities are quite dated; the overall decor, air conditioning, hairdryer, and iron all show their age, but they are maintained relatively cleanly. Noise is a major issue: 1) There's a construction site right outside the hotel. 2) The door gaps are very wide, offering no sound insulation (and I was given a room near the elevator, so I could hear people checking in late every night). 3) The air conditioning unit is old and makes a clunking noise when operating. There are still some positives: The buffet breakfast offers a good variety and tastes decent, and there's plenty of seating, so you rarely have to queue. There's an outdoor pool and gym on the 10th floor, both well-maintained. The location is also quite good; Pavilion is just across the road, but note that you can't just walk straight across as there's no crosswalk. You have to walk about 300 meters to use the pedestrian bridge (the same bridge also leads directly to the Petronas Twin Towers). Overall, it's decent. Shopping and dining in the vicinity are well-covered. However, the value for money significantly drops during holidays. If you can get it for a few hundred during off-peak times, it would be excellent value, given its prime location.

The check-in experience was very good. Someone came to help push the luggage when I got of the bus. Although you can't check in early if you arrive early, you can also check in your luggage for free. During check-in, there are also staff to help deliver the luggage to the door of the room, and will also explain where to eat if you need a hotel buffet breakfast the next morning. The service is considerate! Check out is also very smooth and there is no need to wait! The security is also very good. There will be several guards downstairs! We booked this hotel based on the reviews but it was different from what we expected. We stayed there for a week and unfortunately, our initial room was right next to the elevator and had no windows. It was extremely noisy and we could hear everyone passing by in the hallway. Eventually, they moved us to another room which was a bit quieter. Cleanliness was just okay, not great. We had to ask housekeeping to change the bedsheets because they were stained, and the bathroom cleanliness was also average. Although the staff were friendly, they weren’t very professional in handling complaints. When we raised our concerns, the response was basically, 'It is what it is.'

They even gave us complimentary bottled water before we checked out. 2. The hotel room was very clean, tidied and serviced daily, and they even folded the towels into swan shapes. 3. The only minor drawback was that the bathroom didn't have a separate wet and dry area, so a lot of water would splash out while taking a shower. 4. The hotel location is decent. Although it's not right in the city center, it's only a 10-minute taxi ride from the KLCC Petronas Twin Towers. However, there isn't much to explore within walking distance. 5. The breakfast was delicious; I'd recommend booking a room with breakfast included.

The front desk offers Chinese-speaking service, but if you don't ask, they'll assign you a room at the very end of the hallway—it's a long walk from the elevators, though it is quiet, so it depends on what you prefer. It seems none of the hotels in Kuala Lumpur provide bottled water; instead, the rooms have Halal direct-drinking water taps, but you can cross the street downstairs to buy bottled water with green caps from the convenience store. The hotel restaurant looks quite good, but I got back to the hotel too late every day to try it. The hairdryer is great and the bed is comfortable too; overall, I am very satisfied. It's only about a 10-minute walk from the Petronas Twin Towers back to the hotel.

Food & Dining: Breakfast buffet: RM37.10—excellent value; surprisingly good nasi goreng (first time I enjoyed it) In-room dining: Nasi Goreng Tamu was good, but sambal prawn was too sweet Hotel breakfast preferred over outside options—area dominated by nasi padang, which isn't to our taste Overall: Okay stay. Responsive service on toiletries and excellent staff, but bathroom odor and room setup issues need fixing.

The room is spacious and clean. Perhaps our room is not facing the main road, we do get peaceful night rest (love it). As we booked the executive club, we were entitled to the club benefits, where we enjoyed ourselves every evening with great snacks and drinks, served by Audray. He is cheerful and attentive. He is always ready to clear the table in a timely manner, and make sure we get the help we need. In the morning, you can choose to have breakfast at level 3 cafe with a wider range of food choices, or you can choose to have a quiet breakfast in the lounge, served by White. Even though the food choice is lesser compared to the cafe, the food was yummy and sufficient. The swimming pool is small, enough if you just want a quick dip. I am not a gym person, but it is available. This hotel is connected to lalaport by bridge. Is convenient and easily accessible. BTW there is this massage opposite - Asia Oasis. They provide a 10% discount to Furama staying guests.

Despite a quick and efficient check-in, we were assigned our room. Upon arrival, there was a constant motor noise in the room, as well as extremely loud music and street noise. The music vibrations were so strong that we asked to change rooms. The second room was even worse in terms of noise—a constant air conditioning hum. When you put your head on the pillow, the noise and vibrations in our ears were even worse. We spent 3 horrible nights because of this noise. Elevator wait times can be long. Very helpful staff and nothing to fault regarding cleanliness. The location is top-notch. As for the rest—specifically getting a good night's sleep—with two different rooms, the experience was very disappointing.

As this was my first time in Kuala Lumpur, I chose to stay at this hotel for its great location. Right across the street is the Central Market, so finding souvenirs and food at the 2nd-floor food court was a breeze. The train station is just a short walk away, making it easy to get anywhere. Walking a bit further brings you to the Kuala Lumpur Station, from which you can also visit Batu Caves. The location of this hotel is simply unbeatable. Plus, there is a laundromat right in front where you can wash and dry your clothes for around 20 RM. The breakfast, though simple, offered a variety of local flavors, and I was glad I chose the breakfast-inclusive plan. There were a few ants, but it didn't bother me much. The only disappointing thing was the lack of soap, so I had to use body wash to wash my hands. Overall, it's a very nice hotel.

Booking Shaw's Inn was definitely the best decision I made on this trip! It's located on the edge of Bukit Bintang. The hotel is probably a four-star, a little bit old but offers excellent value for money. The top floor has a swimming pool and a gym. You can even see half of the Twin Towers' night view from inside the hotel. There's a Starbucks right at the front desk, and the rooms come with a mini-fridge, welcome drinks, and a coffee machine. The breakfast was also fantastic; I booked a room with breakfast for two people for just over 400. Downstairs, there's a super delicious chicken rice place, and the durian stall (called Yes) across the street is incredibly tasty and cheap. Across the road is a 7-Eleven, but I highly recommend the local supermarket called KK instead – everything there is much cheaper than 7-Eleven, including food and drinks. So, it perfectly met all my basic needs. The main thing is, it's easy to get a taxi! Very convenient for getting around! The service attitude was also great. Highly recommended. They require a deposit upon check-in; we paid in RMB cash since we didn't have Malaysian Ringgit, and it was returned immediately upon check-out.

Quite a surprise! I booked this hotel last minute, and the price was great. After checking in, I found it to be very clean and much quieter than the hotel next door. It has a pool, and when you store your luggage, they give you a proper tag, unlike other hotels where they just haphazardly leave it at the front desk. After a long day of sightseeing, I was too tired to go out, so I ordered takeout to the hotel. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

Oh my goodness! We went straight to the hotel after landing in Kuala Lumpur. We arrived four hours before the 3 PM check-in time, but the hotel welcomed us in the lobby right away. The bellboy was so cute and strong, which really made us feel warm and welcomed upon our arrival. When we got to the 53rd floor, the front desk found two Chinese-speaking staff members to assist us, and they were even a supervisor and a subordinate! It was truly touching. They helped us store our luggage, showed us to the restrooms, and let us choose an aromatherapy scent while offering iced tea and snacks. The whole process was polite, thoughtful, and gentle. When we checked into our room in the afternoon, we couldn't have been happier. It had a bathtub, double sinks, a smart toilet, a king-sized bed, a large sofa, and a spacious shower. In the afternoon, someone even came to turn down the bed and light an aromatherapy diffuser. The breakfast was incredibly exquisite – a combination of buffet and à la carte! Absolutely delicious! The hotel's location is superb, connected to Pavilion via a skybridge, so we didn't have to worry about sun or rain when going in and out. It truly maximized our sense of happiness and relaxation during the trip! Most importantly, we had an unobstructed view of the Petronas Twin Towers and all of Kuala Lumpur. Jalan Alor was right behind Pavilion; it's such a prime location! I highly, highly recommend Banyan Tree Kuala Lumpur!

I booked the forest room cozy and suitable for 1 night. If you could improve to clean the windows even though have the flora outside the scenery will bo pretty. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you don't speak English. Communication was a nightmare, and the front desk staff weren't very clear. Basically, the language barrier combined with an unaccommodating front desk made everything difficult. The location isn't great either; you need a taxi to get anywhere, and walking takes about half an hour. The room itself was just okay. I was swayed by good reviews saying the front desk had friendly female staff and that early check-in was possible for a fee. But when I got there, it was all male staff at the front desk. I had to wait for a room immediately, and paying extra for early check-in wasn't even an option. I arrived in the early morning and couldn't check in until 1:30 PM. Also, I saw that breakfast was included when I booked, but when I asked, they said it would cost 17 MYR. For 230 a night, it's really not worth it. I might as well have stayed at a hostel in Chinatown or a hotel with a pool for better photo opportunities. I just wanted my own room, but it ended up being a lot of hassle, very tiring, and I didn't get good rest. I don't recommend it; it was quite a miserable stay.

Indie Hotel is tucked away in a quiet corner of Bukit Ceylon, making it a great escape from the busy city while still being close to everything. The location is honestly one of its strongest points — just a short distance from KL Tower, about 10 minutes from Bukit Bintang MRT, and only a few minutes’ walk to Jalan Alor, which is basically street food heaven in KL . The room itself is clean, cozy, and very comfortable. What really stood out to me was the bed — the pillows and mattress were incredibly soft, easily among the most comfortable I’ve experienced in a hotel. Everything worked well too: strong hot shower, cold air conditioning, and free WiFi provided. There’s also a mini mart right below the hotel, which is super convenient if you don’t feel like heading out for food or essentials. Overall, this is a great choice for an affordable staycation — especially if you’re looking for a quiet environment without sacrificing comfort or location.

Waktu Operasi: LRT beroperasi dari kira-kira 6:00 pagi hingga 12:00 tengah malam setiap hari. Kekerapan boleh berbeza-beza, tetapi kereta api biasanya datang setiap 5-10 minit pada waktu puncak. Nota: Pada waktu 10:00 malam hingga 12:00 tengah malam, selang waktu adalah lebih kurang 10 minit. Untuk acara khas seperti Malam Tahun Baru, perkhidmatan boleh dilanjutkan hingga 2:00 pagi.

Kekerapan tren juga berbeza mengikut laluan dan waktu. Semasa waktu puncak (7:00 pagi – 9:30 pagi), Laluan Kelana Jaya dan Laluan Ampang/Sri Petaling beroperasi dengan selang sesingkat 3 minit, manakala Monorel KL pada sekitar 6 minit. Pas Perjalanan (Travel Passes): Rapid KL telah memperkenalkan produk tambang baharu berkuat kuasa 1 Januari 2026. Rapid KOTA Pass menawarkan perjalanan tanpa had selama 1 hari pada harga RM10, atau 3 hari pada harga RM25 (untuk warganegara Malaysia sahaja). Pas KEMBARA juga tersedia sebagai pilihan perjalanan pelbagai hari yang berpatutan. Ini merupakan pilihan nilai terbaik untuk pelancong yang merancang banyak perjalanan dalam masa singkat.

Tambang untuk menaiki LRT bergantung pada jarak perjalanan. Sebagai contoh, perjalanan singkat mungkin berharga sekitar RM 1.20, manakala perjalanan yang lebih jauh boleh mencecah RM 5–6 (sehingga kira-kira RM 6.20 untuk perjalanan jauh).
