It's walking away to Petronas twin tower, perhaps 5 minutes walk. Restaurant in front of hotel, muslim cemetery behind the hotel, parking lot beside the hotel on the left side, on going construction on the right side of the hotel. I will not staying in this hotel anymore. Perhaps it's 5 star 15 years ago, not now.

We stayed at The Face Suites for 3 days and 2 nights with our two kids and overall it was a pleasant experience. The suite was very spacious and family-friendly, giving the kids plenty of room to move around comfortably. One of the highlights was the bathroom, which came with a bathtub that was much larger than those typically found in most hotels. Our booking included breakfast. The breakfast buffet was served in another building, so guests need to walk across to enjoy their meal. However, the spread was good with a variety of choices and it is halal-certified. The rooftop swimming pool and bar were popular and often crowded, mainly because of the stunning city views. From the pool area, you can enjoy views of Merdeka 118 and, from certain angles, the iconic Petronas Twin Towers. The location is decent but it may be a bit far if you plan to walk to major attractions such as Suria KLCC or Pavilion Kuala Lumpur. Depending on your walking pace, it can take around 20 to 30 minutes on foot. One area that could be improved is the room and bathroom flooring. The floors were quite slippery, so I would recommend using the slippers provided by the hotel instead of walking barefoot. It felt like the floors could have been cleaned or scrubbed more thoroughly. Overall, The Face Suites is a great choice for families looking for a spacious stay with beautiful rooftop views and a good breakfast selection.

However, we encountered issues with Trip.com before our stay when requesting a date change due to a medical check-up. Although the hotel was willing to accommodate it, the booking platform made the process difficult and it could not be arranged. In addition, our special requests (baby cot and anniversary note) were not forwarded to Pullman Hotel, so the hotel was not aware upon arrival. Despite these platform-related issues, we still appreciated the hotel’s hospitality and enjoyed our stay.

Our family of 4 stayed at the 3 bedroom suite which was actually big enough to house 6 people. The rooms were spacious, the living room was comfy for the family to hang out and the kitchen was well equipped with cutleries and all things we needed. Cleanliness was acceptable, no complains. The pool and gym is great! The location is around all the bars, so the streets may be abit sleazy at night. But it doesnt really bother us. Only takes about 8-10min walk to Bukit Bintang shopping belt and mrt so its good. But because of the popular location, many GRAB cars dont want to pick us up due to the heavy traffic. Hotel breakfast is not very good, better to eat outside. Other than that, very enjoyable stay. Recommended for families or big groups.

The hotel Pacific Express Central Market prime position is its biggest selling point—it is perfectly situated within close proximity to Pasar Seni and Masjid Jamek LRT, and it so near Central Market(walking distance less than a mins. To petaling street(china town) 10mins When it comes to dining, there is absolutely no need to worry at all, even if you’re not a particularly picky eater. The area surrounding hotel is teeming with a diverse array of food stores, local eateries and cozy restaurants, offering an extensive selection of delicious cuisines to suit all tastes, you’ll find plenty of wonderful dining options just a short walk away. Overall my stay at Pacific Express Hotel Central Market was perfect.(except the water heater is not function well, water flow hot for a while then cold again rm8521), other than that the room is spacious, with small refrigerator, nothing to compare with such nice room and reasonable price. The unrivaled location, convenient dining choices combine to create a truly wonderful living experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur, and I will definitely choose to stay here again. Room is perfect clean, with a large lobby, good security. Must try!

Loved this hotel! The front desk staff, especially the guy, was super sweet and even reserved my favorite room for me. They offer luggage storage, and someone's always there to open the door for you. The rooms are spacious and offer great value for money. It seemed like most of the guests here were Chinese. The only minor downside was the slow elevator. There's a desk on the second floor where you can write. I'd definitely stay here again! There's a mall nearby where I bought four dresses, and plenty of tailors around who altered them on the spot for just 10 yuan.

Room (1619): Connecting room arrangement was inconvenient; needed to prop the door open (1619,1620) TV in father's room not functioning (1618) Major issue: Strong sewage smell in bathroom—disturbing and needs immediate attention Toiletries: Initially not refilled—no lotion, body wash in my room; no shower gel or conditioner in dad's room. Staff replaced with hand-packed amenities. Appreciated the gesture. Food & Dining: Breakfast buffet: RM37.10—excellent value; surprisingly good nasi goreng (first time I enjoyed it) In-room dining: Nasi Goreng Tamu was good, but sambal prawn was too sweet Hotel breakfast preferred over outside options—area dominated by nasi padang, which isn't to our taste Overall: Okay stay. Responsive service on toiletries and excellent staff, but bathroom odor and room setup issues need fixing.

The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from Bukit Bintang Station. There's a night market within walking distance and many highly-rated restaurants, so I was excited every day about what to eat. The room was spacious and very clean. The bed was comfortable, and the view from the window was lovely. Breakfast offered a wide variety, and with slight menu changes daily, it was something to look forward to. Also, the room was cleaned beautifully every day, which was very pleasant. Despite being a very good hotel, there was a connecting door in the room to the adjacent room. It was quite frightening when the person next door tried to force it open in the middle of the night, rattling and pulling hard. Fortunately, it stopped after about 30 seconds, but I wish there had been a notice like, 'Please do not open this door.' (In fact, upon arrival, I also tried opening that door and found another door behind it, so I figured things out and didn't touch the door on the other side.) The next morning, when I reported this to the staff, they said the door couldn't be opened from the other side. However, as a solo female traveler, it was quite unsettling. It's certainly not the hotel's fault, but two men were staying next door. One of them, perhaps out late, repeatedly rang the doorbell around 1:30 AM. It seemed his friend inside was asleep, because he loudly shouted his friend's name in the hallway, banging on the door and rattling the doorknob for about five minutes. The noise woke me up. Also, perhaps because of that door, the voices from next door carried very clearly. They were talking loudly for a long time, and I could hear almost everything, making it impossible to sleep. I felt terrible the next morning. To make matters worse, the same people were staying for multiple nights, and the exact same thing happened the following night. This was the most difficult stay I've ever experienced. I wonder if I should have reported it to the hotel at the time.

Overall a comfortable 2-night stay at Travelodge KLCC. Satisfied with the hotel cleanliness, no dirty stains on the bedsheets, mattress, or blanket. The hotel is within walking distance of Chinatown, you can find a lot of restaurants to choose from. It is also located near the Pasar Seni LRT/MRT station and Pasar Seni Bus Hub, very easy to get around. The only issue was the bathroom water pressure. Sometimes the water flow would suddenly become very weak. The selection for breakfast buffet is limited, although it did offer both local and international dishes.

This is the best hotel in all of Kuala Lumpur!!! My husband, baby, and I stayed here, and these were the best accommodations in the entire city. We had already tried 5 different apartments in Kuala Lumpur by then, and nothing felt right. The cleanliness was perfect, and the views were magnificent – the best I've ever seen in my life. The staff was top-notch. They very quickly helped resolve an issue with the induction hob (the large burner wasn't working) and even provided a brand new small saucepan so I could cook for my baby. And all this happened almost at night! Thank you so much for your hospitality! Wishing you continued success!

Hotel location is near to various nice eateries. Is walkable to ICC Pudu local breakfast market which is a good place to experience an authentic, old school Malaysian-Chinese breakfast in KL. The hotel is considered clean and well equipped with what is needed in a room. However, one of our room was smelly. It maybe caused by someone smoking next door or previous guest has been smoking in the room. We got both rooms for non-smoking but yet one of it was a smelly room. The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, very close to both the Petronas Twin Towers and Pavilion Mall. It rained on our second day, but the hotel has a skybridge directly connected to the mall, so we didn't even need an umbrella! The breakfast and bars are also excellent, especially the rooftop bar. You get a direct view of the Twin Towers, and the visual effect is stunning. There's a handsome Malaysian waiter named Yugesh at the bar who recommended several super delicious cocktails to us, and they were all great value for money. On the day we left, I accidentally knocked over a shower gel bottle while rushing to check out. When we checked out, the two handsome guys at the front desk kept asking if we were hurt and said not to worry about the bottle. It really warmed my heart – the service at a five-star hotel truly is a cut above the rest! 👍👍

The location is excellent, with the LRT station just a 5–7 minute walk away. Breakfast offers a selection from the menu, along with a complimentary drink such as coffee, juice, or soda. The room is bright and charming, with a convenient feature that allows you to turn off both the bedside and main lights with a single switch. There are bars and trendy restaurants nearby, and at night you can capture beautiful shots of the Petronas Twin Towers and intersecting streets in the surrounding alleys. Even the seating area at the hotel entrance is very photogenic, perfect for both portraits and aesthetic scene shots. The front desk staff are polite and highly professional. They are well-trained and able to resolve any issues efficiently. The hotel is also conveniently located close to most of Kuala Lumpur’s main attractions.

I booked a two-night stay for a business trip, and the location was super convenient. It's right next to the LRT station; you just exit and turn left, and you don't even have to leave the building. The hotel restaurant is right next to the lobby and front desk, and the food is decent – not too expensive for a hotel restaurant; pasta was about RM16. There are also convenience stores like 7-11 and Mynews, plus a Zus Coffee, right outside the subway station. The room itself in the hotel building felt a bit dated, with some wear and tear on the walls and ceiling. However, the facilities like the shower and toilet were fine – good water pressure and consistent hot water. The only minor drawback was the lighting; it was a bit too yellow and dim. It's fine during the day if you open the curtains, but if you're working in the room at night, the overly yellow light can be a bit disorienting. Overall, it's great value for money. For the price, it's definitely one of the more affordable options in the area, and cleanliness wasn't a major issue.

Waktu Operasi: LRT beroperasi dari kira-kira 6:00 pagi hingga 12:00 tengah malam setiap hari. Kekerapan boleh berbeza-beza, tetapi kereta api biasanya datang setiap 5-10 minit pada waktu puncak. Nota: Pada waktu 10:00 malam hingga 12:00 tengah malam, selang waktu adalah lebih kurang 10 minit. Untuk acara khas seperti Malam Tahun Baru, perkhidmatan boleh dilanjutkan hingga 2:00 pagi.

Kekerapan tren juga berbeza mengikut laluan dan waktu. Semasa waktu puncak (7:00 pagi – 9:30 pagi), Laluan Kelana Jaya dan Laluan Ampang/Sri Petaling beroperasi dengan selang sesingkat 3 minit, manakala Monorel KL pada sekitar 6 minit. Kad Touch 'n Go kekal sebagai kaedah pembayaran tanpa tunai utama untuk menaiki LRT. Penumpang juga boleh menggunakan token yang dibeli di mesin layan diri stesen, atau DuitNow QR di stesen tertentu. Aplikasi Touch 'n Go boleh digunakan untuk membeli pas perjalanan seperti Rapid KOTA Pass.

Pas Perjalanan (Travel Passes): Rapid KL telah memperkenalkan produk tambang baharu berkuat kuasa 1 Januari 2026. Rapid KOTA Pass menawarkan perjalanan tanpa had selama 1 hari pada harga RM10, atau 3 hari pada harga RM25 (untuk warganegara Malaysia sahaja). Pas KEMBARA juga tersedia sebagai pilihan perjalanan pelbagai hari yang berpatutan. Ini merupakan pilihan nilai terbaik untuk pelancong yang merancang banyak perjalanan dalam masa singkat.

Dengan kad Touch 'n Go atau menggunakan aplikasi Grab untuk pembayaran di beberapa laluan.

Tambang untuk menaiki LRT bergantung pada jarak perjalanan. Sebagai contoh, perjalanan singkat mungkin berharga sekitar RM 1.20, manakala perjalanan yang lebih jauh boleh mencecah RM 5–6 (sehingga kira-kira RM 6.20 untuk perjalanan jauh).
