Very nice location,staff is friendly ..the bad things is Bath soap was not refilled, the floor was not mopped and no drinking water was provided the next day but I like the location and the place is very beautiful and another thing is that the pool is not clean

I would have given 4 out of 5, but the one guy at reception is really not friendly at all. Also some minus points for other things I will explain. The location is superb, but if you want to visit the town or go somewhere you either need a taxi or you have to able to walk up a steep hill when returning. But the view from the pool area and from the restaurant is amazing. Checkin was not pleasant at all. Yes, we were early (noon), but at least make your guests feel welcome. At last we could change and go to the pool area when waiting for the room to be ready. We got a room on the 1st floor of the main building. Unfortunately there were 2 hockey teams in our corridor as well, so it was rather noisy from time to time. Also you could hear the flush of the toilet of the room next to you. They left a lot of their clothes, shoes and other stuff in the hallway, which meant you had a smell of dirty socks when entering the hallway. At least they were quiet at night as they had a tournament going on. The cleaning staff was amazing. The pool is very nice with towel service and free beds. You have an amazing view of the area and the see. There is a bar where you can drink and eat something. And the staff there was amazing as well. We tried the restaurant twice and it is definitely to recommend. The food is excellent and service is smooth. The staff of the restaurant is so friendly and helpful. The fitness area: There is no airco in the part where the gym is, so it can be extremely hot. The sauna was out of order during our stay. They also had a spa area (an indoor pool), but then we had to pay 18 euro extra per hour per persoon. This could be a gem, but there are too many flaws currently, we can only give a 3.

If you’re looking for a cheap & cheerful hotel within easy reach of the airport, this place might fit the bill. Rooms are clean and tidy although, my room overlooked a fairly busy road. South facing balcony. Breakfast was included. The outdoor pool is only open in the summer. Bus L99 from terminal 1 stops outside the door (Pl. Colom), 25 mins, €2.40. Nothing of interest in the locality. I’d use it again.

Saya mempunyai masa yang hebat di hotel ini. Saya hanya melakukan perjalanan singkat ke dan dari Barcelona dan memutuskan untuk tinggal di sini selama dua malam dan bukannya hotel lapangan terbang, dan pilihan yang baik yang saya buat. Ia betul-betul di pantai, dan pantai yang sangat indah juga, katilnya sangat selesa, pancuran mandian hujan yang menakjubkan, penghawa dingin yang hebat, pemandangan laut yang menakjubkan (berbaloi dengan bayaran tambahan), perkhidmatan yang sangat baik, kolam renang yang indah. Restoran ini juga hebat - saya telah melampirkan beberapa gambar makanan saya. Saya makan di restoran hotel kedua-dua malam kerana ia sangat baik. Saya pasti akan kembali ke hotel ini. Ia juga merupakan hotel paling moden dan cantik di sepanjang pantai apabila anda berjalan menyusurinya - percayalah.

Room was excellent. Windows can be opened. Early April with good weather but still a little cool. Why is it they hotels insist on heavy comforters even in a moderate climate? Quiet, room was on the ocean side. Train and bus within blocks which was very helpful. They had good bicycles for rent-cheap. Restaurant was excellent and beat everything on the streets. Breakfast buffet was beyond amazing.

Es un precioso hotel a pié de playa que no defrauda. La atención es excelente. Hay un paseo de 9 km en la misma puerta, ideal para caminar, correr o montar en bicicleta. Tambien pueden practic**** justo al lado kitesurf y windsurf. Las habitaciones son elegantes y muy cómodas, y las orientadas a la playa tienen auténticas vistas al mar. Hay un restaurante con una carta muy completa y arroces buenísimos. Quedamos muy agradecidos por el trato recibido, especialmente por Jaume, de Recepción. Volveremos.

Quite disappointing. For the price of over £400 per night you would not expect to see worn out furniture or a funny looking window in the shower. The place didn't seem cleaned thoroughly either. Also the building where family apartments are, is not the part of the main building. This means that you have to cross the street for breakfast which is in the main building. Also don't expect sea view as well. We were not thrilled with staff as the lady at the reception gave priority to three guys which came to complain about Wi-Fi regardless of the fact that we had a 5 month old baby at check in. Internet is on and off which should never happen in an overpriced place like this. When we complained about accommodation the manager told us that she will give us a refund if we're not happy. They didn't bother to change the room, as there was no availability according to them. We couldn't find a different place in such short notice with a small baby, so we had to stay. The manager just kept smiling when she saw us at breakfast, seemed pretty fake. This was a funded conference trip. Otherwise I would not dream of paying for this place. If you're looking for luxury, you won't find it here. The only good thing is proximity to the beach and you have a sea view at breakfast.

We picked hotel for a two week stay based on reviews and our previous positive experience in Castelldefels. Based on our experience we would not return here on future trips; first nights we got a horrible ground floor room next to the pool entrance and meeting rooms. After complaining they “upgraded “ us the second night to a first floor, town view room. Again after expressing our disappointment given a two week stay we got another partial ocean view room. Given the hotel was not full with many rooms unoccupied, we found this a very poor business decision. Other issues we had was a very poor wifi system and some staff not very friendly.example:we walked through restaurant to exit to the beach foe two weeks and the restaurant manager(?) who set there never said hi even when we said so. After that we decided never to eat there. The front desk ladies were lovely and the housekeeping staff exceptional. The beds were very comfortably firm, the shower and bathroom amenities great , the Nescafe machine-and coffee we really enjoyed. Another strange thing we found was the bedcovers… basically a heavy sheet and no blankets. Toward the end of our stay with the chillier nights they did not provide any warmth. … i just didn’t want to complain to staff so just let it go and used a sweater to keep warm. I never imagined i was so ready to leave the place and we will never return here.

Petit déjeuner correct au vu du rapport Q/P Chambre climatisée, piscine ok. Literie correcte et serviettes à disposition Mais : Personnel d’accueil extrêmement froid et hostile, ne parlant pas un mot un mot de français. (Hôtesse levant même la voix alors que nous regardions de plus près un piano ..) Propreté de la chambre à revoir! Troupeau de moutons sous le lit. Les portes donnant sur le balcon, et dans la salle de bain sont dépassées, instables et hasardeuses. Bruits en quantité le matin des 6h00.. L’hôtel se montre vieillissant aussi bien à l’intérieur qu’à l’extérieur. Rapport qualité prix reste convenable pour une nuit.

We stayed in this beach town our last night before flying back to the States. I kid you not, we were in the BCN airport terminal 15 minutes after leaving the hotel, including checking in the rental car. The hotel is clean, comfortable and quiet. Staff welcoming. Breakfast many choices. An easy walk to the beach and many restaurants. The pool was lovely after our drive. Parking is street parking, and we found a place rather quickly a block away. I would stay in this hotel again in a heartbeat when flying out of BCN.
