Front desk did not know English. Couldn't recommend a place to get a bottle of water. They mean well but if you don't speak Spanish think again. The vending machines don't work. The couch was full of ants and as a result also our luggage. There were no hot water. The staff rang the bell when they came to help and woke our 2 babies. My wife was bitten by bugs the entire night. Truly a unique experience.
