The villa is conveniently located in the south west part of the island allowing daily trips to Palermo, Trapani, Marsala or Erice. It sits in the middle of expansive olive grove which is another of Emerico’s passions. He explained olive oil production secrets and backed it up with olive oil tasting evening. Food and wine are yet another of Emerico’s passions with full support of Assunta, a true Sicilian chef. Last but not least Emerico is an expert in Sicilian history and architecture. His tour of the local quarry and temples was one of the best tours we ever had. So, if you are after a conveniently located yet secluded, true Sicilian countryside retreat with a great wine and food spiced with local history and sweetened with Emerico’s and Assunta’s company, Villa Sicilia is the place for you.

Order a dinner just for you, the real Sicilian cuisine, and dine under the stars with the sea in the distance. You don't get to do this every day. And the owner, Amerigo Amari, couldn't do enough for us, a charming Sicilian gentleman. Memorable.
