Room was super clean and spacious, it also had a very large balcony area with great views on both sides. The outdoors swimming pool was also clean and nice, but we could only use it once since the other time it was totally reserved for some event. They have an indoor pool as well, which you have to reserve in advance and pay a separate fee of 12EUR per person. Only problem with the indoor pool is there were not many options for reserving it, as it seems to be also used for swimming schools etc and not only for the hotel/spa users. I'd very much recommend this hotel if you use own car or taxis, but be careful if you are going there with public transportation and walking. From the closest bus stop (which is close to the Cannizzaro hospital) you will have to walk alongside a road with a lot of traffic and there are not any sidewalks at some points during the walk, especially if you're traveling when it's dark the lighting is very inadequate in that area until you reach the hotel. There is also another much better walking route down by the sea, but then you have to be prepared to walk a lot before reaching the bus stops that take you to the city center.

Hotel very clean. Great service. Unfortunately, the breakfasts leave much to be desired. But the gratification is great coffee.

We stayed at the 4spa hotel Catania, not knowing what to expect. We were very pleasantly surprised. Was exceptionally clean. The staff were amazingly helpful. The rooms are spacious and the surroundings beautiful. The food was brilliant. The catering staff were amazing extremely friendly but not overly. Even though there was a language barrier everyone found a way around it.

Walter did very good service to us. The experience at the hotel was overall good but Walter the guy working there did it unforgettable.

Upon arrival, we thought the hotel had been shut down. Broken windows, paint peeling off the building. No prompt on how to enter the building. When checking in, the atmosphere was dark, dull and the place felt abandoned. The room was awful. Nothing close to the pictures. A large room with a brown bed, brown canvas on the wall with Smokey walls. No decorations to make it feel nice - this was an upgraded room. The bathroom smelt terrible, mould & miserable. The pool was closed. The spa was closed. Nothing in walking distance. Told the beach was 25min drive. No restaurants apart from the one on site, looked deserted. We checked out after 5minutes. Asked to see the manager, not available. Had no response to our complaint. Looks like they don’t care as it’s evident they don’t care about this hotel. I would describe it as a 1 star motel of nightmares.

Soulless hotel that markets itself as a resort hotel but when we arrived October 21 the outdoor pool was shut, the indoor pool was not available to hotel guests, we were given a room that was terrible (a so called superior room that looked nothing like the picture on the website and had one chair, limited natural light), various technology that didn’t work, food awful and nothing like the expected levels of a 4 sta venue (supposedly). The hotel has no comfortable seating inside and the bar / restaurant is basic and lacks any kind of atmosphere. The spa has been built in an underground cavernous space that isn’t at all restful. Even finding the hotel required a ridiculously dangerous sharp right turn off a major dual carriageway. Compared with other Italian hotels and venues I have stayed, this was dreadful and not up to standard.

Very friedly staff, comfortable rooms in a wonderful part of Italy. Andrea Romano from front desk was extremely kind and helpful at all times with my demands. Dinner is served by the amazing hotel pool. Food is anything other than sublime. Definitely planning to come back.

Disappointing. Upon entering the room, we immediately noticed that the sheets on the bed were unironed, making it look like the bed had been unmade for the night. I believe the manager came to see for herself and reassured us that she would take care of it. When we returned, nothing had changed; in fact, the sheets were not tucked under the mattress. During our absence, the staff member who came to our room decided to leave the windows open, resulting in a freezing cold that evening; it was 12 degrees outside. Meanwhile, we called maintenance, as the air conditioning/heat pump wasn't working, and we also pointed out the condition of the bed. After fixing the heat pump, the maintenance man also repaired the TV, which wasn't working. Disappointed with their choice, I preferred not to mention the refrigerator wasn't working. Since the property has a swimming pool, we asked if it was possible to have bathrobes, but since they didn't have any, they agreed to provide us with two beach towels. We did find them, but they were frayed and badly worn. My reservation was as follows: We confirm RESERVATION No. ......... for 01 Double Room in your name + dog with a supplement of €20.00 per night ............... RATE: €125.00 per night At this point, the amount I should have paid should have been €125.00, plus tax and any services. Unfortunately, this was not the case because I paid €125.00 + €20.00 + tourist tax and 2 coffees in the room. At this point, I don't know how it can have 4 stars and on what basis. I certainly will not return or recommend the facility. I hope they know how to improve and take care and attention to the rooms and therefore care for the customers.

We spent a wonderful day in this spa, where we found a welcoming and relaxing environment. The treatments were excellent. Each member of the team is extremely professional, friendly and attentive. Their courtesy and availability made our stay even more special, making us feel pampered at all times. A wellness experience that I highly recommend to those looking for relaxation and quality.
