The service was excellent, especially Ms. Irene, the short-haired lady at the front desk. She enthusiastically helped us book an Uber and even pushed our luggage to the car despite being lightly dressed. This made our stay a truly wonderful experience.

From the moment we stepped inside the Hotel the staff couldn't do enough for us. Made us feel very welcome. Our room was immaculate. Non alcoholic drinks in our room was a lovely touch. Breakfast was lovely. Then the added touch of refreshments and snacks from 2pm til 2am I would definitely recommend this hotel. 5 star from me and my husband

Complimentary Snacks: The minibar is complimentary! There's also a complimentary snack bar in the lobby open until 2 am, perfect for ordering takeout. Facilities: The only downside is the small room; besides a double bed, there's not much space… Service: A special thank you to Walid! When I first arrived in Paris, I developed a fever due to travel fatigue. I forgot my medication, and the pharmacies on the street closed at 10 pm. Walid patiently called each pharmacy to confirm, and I finally managed to buy the medication, allowing me to proceed smoothly with my itinerary the next day. Walid deserves a five-star review!

The location is top! The service is top! The entire staff is very helpful. The rooms are so well equipped that they are not crowded at all, which is rare for Paris! All the sights are within easy reach. Comfortable beds. The pillows are terrible The room has everything. Cleaning is daily, very clean. Very poor soundproofing, every sneeze is audible. And the price is of course very high for such a hotel.

Very good hotel, good breakfasts for Paris 👍, there is always food-snacks, coffee, drinks. And in this network of 13 hotels in Paris and in any of them you can drink drinks and have a snack, everything is included in the price of accommodation. The location is excellent, everything is nearby. There were three of us, two adults and a child of 8 years old. We recommend it to everyone.

The location of the hotel is not bad. It is close to Galeries Lafayette, Paris Opera House and Louvre. We booked three rooms, but only room 02 is the largest. The other two are very small. We stayed for one night.

The room is not big but clean. The hotel is located in front of the Louvre and the Opera House. There are many dining options, including Chinese, Japanese, and Korean restaurants, spicy hot pot, and milk tea shops. You can buy oolong tea at Asia Supermarket near the Opera House. The free afternoon tea on the first floor of the hotel is also very good. You can drink tea and eat nuts and snacks at any time when you are tired of shopping.

Very good accommodation experience, the hotel is in a good location. Although the hardware conditions are limited, the service is very good and it is worth recommending.
