No complimentary bottled water No complimentary dispo toothbrush No rugs I almost slipped when I'm out from shower The room was like a big bathroom Slow aircon Boring hallway Bad transportation

The room I was in wasn’t clean. Had so many mosquitoes in the bathroom and ants in the bedroom. I had to transfer to another hotel. Staffs are good at communicating overall.

As always, very satisfied during our stay. Clean and spacious room. Wifi was fast. Affordable room and best area to stay. Walking distance to a mall, restaurants, pharmacy, laundry shop and etc. Attentive and professional staff. Accommodating to our needs. Most specially I would ljke to commend Sir Aldrin who was so patient and understanding with me. Always there to make my instant requests possible. He truly made my event so smooth and easy. Thank you, sir. And also to those who assisted us during the event. You were all amazing that night. Thank you. Definitely going back there again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Yello Hotel! From the moment we stepped in, the ambiance was vibrant and welcoming. The staff was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout our stay. The room was modern, clean, and spacious, with all the amenities we needed. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and dining options. Overall, our experience at Yello Hotel was fantastic, and we can't wait to visit again!

Location is ok. Good budget hotel for short visit in Cebu city. Better than average.

Been going back here ever since! This place is a home away from home!

I was placed on the 2nd floor in a room with no WiFi router, and the internet was so bad. The bed was just beside a window where you could not close the blinds, and outside was a service area and a walkway. This is my 5th or 6th stay, which was a huge disappointment.

Breakfast at Roof-deck is almost Pre-pandemic state. On-going renovations can be seen and felt. Hopefully its only the beginning. -regular client

It was clearly indicated on my booking confirmation that i will be checking out at 4pm due to having a rewards from trip.com. They did not acknowledged it, as per the staff, They are not in partnership to any third party booking sites, including trip.com. The only reason why i booked at this hotel because of the rewards im getting, other hotels had notn, so i took that opportunity.

the staff are helpful and accomodating.. Just internet wifi is very slow. Almost you cant use it. That slow. There choclate is great though.. not that sweet
