They were very accommodating and very attentive and responsive with their client's necessities. The food was good, we stayed in a clean room and their staffs are all good in giving a better service. We appreciate all their efforts. Excellent!

Неплохой отель, один из немногих бюджетных, где есть современные кондиционеры, а не старые ”двигатели Боинга” (на Филиппинах популярны до сих пор эти монстры) 😄 жаль, не функционирует кафе при отеле, но рядом легко можно найти, где перекусить.

Pool staff were great on both pool location (4th and 5th floor). Buffet breakfast has all that you can ask for. The view from room to pool, to gym to main restaurant are spectacular! You will have a view of the ocean, the city lights, the bridge and the mountains. Just an amazing location.
Staff were super helpful all the way down to finding the right mode of transport when we checked out.
This hotel will now be our go to accommodation preference for Cebu.

PPengguna TetamuWe stayed at this hotel after visiting the Radisson and Quest Hotel and were quite pleased with our experience. The location is excellent, with a skywalk directly connecting to the mall. The lifts by your rooms also go down to the car park, which has a grocery store as part of the mall—a great convenience if you're staying in a suite with a stove and fridge, you can take your groceries directly to your room from the lift access skipping reception. We cooked a few meals during our stay, and it worked out really well.
Check-in was efficient, though we were informed that formal attire was required for breakfast—long sleeves and no shorts. Personally, I found this a bit strict, especially as someone who frequently stays in 4- and 5-star hotels in England. We followed the dress code on the first day but noticed others wearing shorts and short-sleeved shirts, so we did the same for the rest of our stay. My tailored shorts and presentable shirts seemed appropriate for a breakfast buffet, not a formal dinner.
The hotel's location in the IT Park is ideal, with plenty of places to visit within walking distance, including Sugbo Mercado for street food, which we went to twice with my fiancée's friends. The lobby staff and security were incredibly helpful. You can order a Grab and wait in the lobby, and the security guards will notify you when your taxi arrives.
On the rooftop, there’s a bar and restaurant, a gym, and a pool. The pool is higher than the gym, offering some privacy while swimming, which we appreciated. The rooftop views are breathtaking, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. There are also changing rooms, showers, and toilets by the poolside. There’s a bar where you can claim a welcome drink, but it was unmanned when we visited, and we ended up not using our voucher.
We had one small issue during our stay when my Revolut platinum card, which is metal and thicker than usual cards, got stuck in the ATM. The security guard, Anjol, was incredibly helpful. He called the ATM owners, and with his assistance, we were able to retrieve the card without damage. His help was much appreciated, and management should recognize his excellent service.
The attached mall has a food court where we enjoyed fruit shakes and boba tea, as well as karaoke booths, a cinema, and various shops. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to return for a longer visit to fully enjoy the hotel and mall.

The AC is very cold even adjusting the temp controls doesn’t really help.
Overall I will still recommend this hotel as it is also walking distance to Ayala Mall.
Getting taxi and Grab are easy for this location.

JJardaniCHECK IN - the welcome was warm. Greeted by the security at the lobby and instructed to go to 3rd floor (main lobby) for checkin. Approached the front desk and the woman I spoke with (she was the manager I guess) told me to wait because rooms are still not ready since they were fully booked from yesterday's event. A few minutes later they approched and.proceeded with checkin. They gave us a room, away from the main elevator (which I requested), but gave us the the accessible room just beside the service elevator. I guess they have overbooked because I heard someone said, ”to release the buffer rooms.” The front desk lady who assisted me was nice and courteous. The only thing that was off from that experience was the tone of voice of the lady manager. I guess the regional accent was a factor, but I can sense she was judging me for my looks because I was only wearing slippers that time, and she can't find my booking at first, because it was a last minute booking. Not really creating an issue out of that, but just saying, don't judge, and please, the tone of voice.
THE ROOM - everything was great, just a basic room. PROS: A bed, the lights, there's a smart TV, water heater and 2 mugs, a pitcher and 2 water glasses, towels, toothbrush, a hairdryer, 2 rolls of tissue paper, body wash and shampoo refills, airconditioning, and a water refill station near the elevator, hot and cold water in the bathroom. CONS: they could have added slippers (even the reusable ones) because the floor is very cold. The room that was given to us had its bathroom tiles not set properly or balanced, so the water is everywhere in the bathroom instead of going to the drain.
RESTAURANT - there's free breakfast at the resto called Seaedr Prime. There's not much from the breakfast menu, and the bangus was not available. It includes the main dish plus fried rice, coffee, and fruit. They had watermelons served during our 2 night stay.
SERVICE - it was great. The housekeeper cleaned the room while we're away.
OVERALL - I would definitely book this hotel again for a very good deal. Location is nice and I would even compare it to a Holiday Inn.

FFulgencio PolAs the regular patron for this hotel due to their close proximity to the port area and mybus that service toward airport and close to SM mall, few changes has been notices, if your 2 person and had a breakfast you need both to go down in person can no longer pack 1 portion for your sleeping companion that lady in the restaurant is very unpolite. Check in process still not very fast and easy limited house cleaner as it take too long before can clean. They request 1000 pesos for deposit. this hotel has been very crowded now, kids running outside the room and screaming. The bed is good firm comfortable and soft pillows, spacious room bidet in the bathroom, the food is not very appeticing but a few selection.

Terdapat beberapa perkara yang perlu dibimbangkan oleh pelancong baru Jepun apabila menginap di sini.

③ Standard Tiada air panas. Saliran longkang kurang baik
④Tiada kawalan penghawa dingin. Pelarasan saluran keluar
Ia bukan kunci pintu kad, jadi saya biarkan sepanjang hari, jadi terlalu sejuk. Bil elektrik sangat membazir.

ZZheyeオーシャンパークに近いということで選びましたが到着した時にははっきり言ってそんな元気はなく近くのショッピングセンターに買い出しするのがやっとでその後は翌朝までゆっくりしました。オーシャン等へはそれ以降に利用しました。安価に宿泊させて頂きありがとうございました。
