Location was awesome and room is big, but the downside is the water supply each day was always not enough. We had to stock up pails of water incase there’s no water in the morning.

The hotel has a good location. Very accessible by public transport. It is located just across persimmon. Walking distance to sm cebu and ayala center cebu. The hotel has no elevator, but has big hallways. rooms are big n spacious, clean n with windows n views. Free wifi, free drinking water n toiletries. It has a water dispenser in every floors. Room has TV, small refrigerator (don't know if it's working, didn't use). Nice comfortable bed. Clean air n ambience. Free breakfast. But they are kinda understaffed, they don't clean the room everyday.

Cleanliness (3/5): The cleanliness of the accommodation was OK. Housekeeping maintained the rooms and common areas in a spotless condition throughout my stay. But ung CR is 2/5, shower head is Iw.
Service: (4/5). : Kuya Gaurd is actively helping, But Hotel check out is too early and cannot extended even 30mins only.
Amenities (4/5): The in-room amenities were top-notch, from the modern flat-screen TV. The work desk and high-speed Wi-Fi were particularly useful for my business needs. However, I would have appreciated more variety in bathroom toiletries.
Views (4/5): Depending on the room, some offer fantastic views of the cityscape, while others provide a pleasant view of the hotel. It would have been ideal to have more rooms with scenic city views.
Quiet and Relaxing (5/5): One of the standout features was how quiet and relaxing the rooms were. Despite being in a bustling city, I could unwind and focus without any disturbances, which is a significant plus for business travelers.
In summary, St. Mark Hotel's accommodation exceeded my expectations. The rooms were not only spacious and comfortable but also meticulously maintained. Whether for business or leisure, the accommodation at this hotel offers a tranquil and rejuvenating retreat.

Неплохой отель, один из немногих бюджетных, где есть современные кондиционеры, а не старые ”двигатели Боинга” (на Филиппинах популярны до сих пор эти монстры) 😄 жаль, не функционирует кафе при отеле, но рядом легко можно найти, где перекусить.

JJoseph SalutaDormitel is a great place. It’s clean, near the city, and provides access to all nearby restaurants and convenience stores. They also have their own coffee shop, laundry, and super relaxing chairs outside where you can work and relax. The interns working for them are nice and accommodating. The Wi-Fi is available throughout the building and even outside.

One of the highlights was the breakfast, which featured a variety of delicious options catering to different tastes, and the restaurant staff went above and beyond to make sure guests were satisfied. The hotel also boasts an inviting ambiance in its common areas, providing a relaxing environment for guests to unwind. Though my stay was nearly flawless, I did notice minor noise from outside, which could be improved with better soundproofing; however, this didn’t significantly affect the overall experience. PPengguna TetamuOK, I start at 3 stars for providing what I paid for and go up or down from there. I feel I got good value for the money I paid. I booked online and got a substantial discount (paid 1400 PHP) on the standard rate. For the Philippines it’s a good try at a high end western hotel, but not quite. The area is good, safe, amenities and close to downtown and IT Park. My room was huge! You could play basketball in it 🤣. Good bed and linens. Shower and bathroom good. Kettle, coffee and water provided. Smart TV great, I left it logged in to whoever’s Netflix it was already in, you’re welcome ☺️. Now the iffy bits. Note, you have to b!tch repeatedly to get things fixed. The internet is shambolic. It was running at 5mbps. I complained and they installed a router in my room. That didn’t actually work properly and couldn’t be bothered to fight so I installed my travel router. Blazing fast (50mbps) internet 😊. No fridge in room 🤷♂️😞. The place is new, but not being maintained well, a Philippines problem all over. Rainfall shower sprayed upwards soaking the bathroom. Funky led light up faucet was very loose, just a matter of time before pipes burst. Grime starting to build up in the corners. BOTTOM LINE - it’s good for the 1400 PHP I paid but I would be disappointed at the full rate. Wow, you read all this 😳. Pls hit the helpful button 👍

CChee ChunThe building is housed together with residences. Taking lift to your desired floor is a time consuming affair as the 4 lifts need to service all floors with high traffic. We just stayed a night as transit point. As this hotel is housed within a residential block, it is a little far from nearby eateries or convenient stores.

PPengguna TetamuStayed in Citi Park for 4 nights for a business trip. We had a very comfortable stay. 😊♥️ Staff are courteous, warm and helpful. Room (good for 2) is spacious, clean and well lighted. Strong wifi connection (most of the time). Accessible and is near to food establishments and convenience stores. The cable service for the TV is not working, but we didn’t mind it that much since most of the time we just stay there to rest. 😅😊 Thank you for a superb stay! 😊

Terdapat beberapa perkara yang perlu dibimbangkan oleh pelancong baru Jepun apabila menginap di sini.
① Kegagalan peti sejuk dibiarkan tanpa pengawasan
②Kebocoran air sinki air
③ Standard Tiada air panas. Saliran longkang kurang baik
④Tiada kawalan penghawa dingin. Pelarasan saluran keluar
Ia bukan kunci pintu kad, jadi saya biarkan sepanjang hari, jadi terlalu sejuk. Bil elektrik sangat membazir.
⑤Berapa lama anda tidak membersihkan rumah anda? sangat kotor
⑥T.V Tiada manual arahan, jadi saya tidak akan menggunakannya.
