Hotel berhampiran Oliver Concepts, Cebu

Very convenient location, so close to restaurants, fast food, 7-11, laundromat and etc. Booked this for CFO, just 2 minutes walk. Receptionist was very nice and helpful. They have an elevator, convenient for travelers with heavy luggage or bags. My reservation was a queen-sized bed but the room I got was not queen-sized. I requested for the sheet to be changed as it had stains. Take note they require ₱1000 deposit for stains and lost items. So check everything as soon as you get in the room and inform them of any stains and items that aren’t working. The bed is comfortable but the pillows aren’t. TV and AC are both working. Wifi is spotty not good for working purposes. Bathroom needs cleaning. Their toilet bowl has yellowish stain and the walls have dirt marks. Water heater was working fine. Cupboard and flooring need cleaning. Overall it was an ok stay. I’ll book again because of the location and elevator. For the price I think The Rooms by Alinace is better compared to those Reddoorz/ OYO hotels.

The room is clean as always. Bathroom is spotless and no smell. Its good for budget hotel and location is accessible, although it is difficult to catch taxi when you are in a hurry. Overall it is a cheap and nice place to crash from traveling.

Hotel tidak bertanggungjawab untuk kerja BoQ (sangat bermasalah) (mereka menghabiskan 59-60 jam untuk menghantar keputusan ujian kedua, dilakukan selepas 7 hari; keputusan swabtest di lapangan terbang disembunyikan sepenuhnya daripada saya, sangat pelik) ; di Jerman di lapangan terbang saya mendapatnya selepas 4-5 jam, ujian PCR). Biliknya baik dan bersih, cukup besar, cuma bilik airnya agak kecil dan miskin. TV berfungsi dengan baik (banyak saluran), wifi terlalu lemah dignal/kapasiti (hanya di lobi berfungsi dengan baik, cukup kuat untuk memuat turun buku atau surat khabar. Kakitangannya ramah. Makanan restoran sangat baik & banyak, jadi 2 kali sehari sudah cukup untuk saya. Pengawal itu ramah & bekerja sebagai pembantu kecil untuk keperluan oleh 7eleven. Secara keseluruhannya nilai untuk wang adalah sangat baik, berbanding dengan harga hotel di MNL ia adalah fantastik. Satu-satunya masalah ialah isyarat wifi yang lemah (di bilik). Status Q dan restoran yang ditutup bermakna banyak makanan yang dibazirkan. Tikus gembira. Mereka mempunyai kucing, tetapi mereka mengatur dengan mereka dan bukannya mengejar mereka - malas. Lokasi hotel adalah pusat; jika anda percuma, banyak restoran tersedia. Saya bertahan dengan tambahan. bantuan penghantaran makanan seperti chowking; berpatutan; harga minuman dan makanan di hotel adalah berpatutan. Kelayakan dengan 2 !/2 bintang adalah sesuai.

This is a budget friendly choice if you need to a short stay in Cebu city. Its ideally located near JY so transportation will not be a problem. They also have a resto called Tamp but its on the pricier side. Other restos/cafe just across the street as well. I had two overnight stays both booked on Agoda. The second stay, I decided to walk in however the front office desk agent advised me that they did not have availability. Strange. I booked a room via Agoda on the spot and was able to get the room and a good rate. Room pretty basic but it had the necessary amenities like coffee/tea making facilities. Also toiletries. Have to mention that on my 2nd stay, I was given a room that did not smell fresh. It was clean and all but the linens smelled like they did not dry properly so it was annoying. I did not raise an issue with front desk because it was just an overnight stay All in all, they offer better rates than the Yello hotel just across the road. They have long stay and day use rates as well.

Saya berasa malu untuk menyewa bilik yang begitu besar dengan harga yang begitu murah. Ia kelihatan sangat sesuai untuk digunakan oleh orang tempatan. Saya mendengar bahawa ia telah berada dalam perniagaan selama lebih dari 30 tahun. Terdapat beberapa perkara yang perlu dibimbangkan oleh pelancong baru Jepun apabila menginap di sini. ① Kegagalan peti sejuk dibiarkan tanpa pengawasan ②Kebocoran air sinki air ③ Standard Tiada air panas. Saliran longkang kurang baik ④Tiada kawalan penghawa dingin. Pelarasan saluran keluar Ia bukan kunci pintu kad, jadi saya biarkan sepanjang hari, jadi terlalu sejuk. Bil elektrik sangat membazir. ⑤Berapa lama anda tidak membersihkan rumah anda? sangat kotor ⑥T.V Tiada manual arahan, jadi saya tidak akan menggunakannya. Saya rasa tiada apa-apa yang bertambah baik dalam 30 tahun. Jika mereka membuat pembaharuan dan menambah baik mengikut peredaran masa, walaupun mereka menawarkan bilik pada harga yang rendah, reputasi mereka mungkin lebih terjejas. memang memalukan.

Ini adalah kali kedua saya menggunakan perkhidmatan ini dan saya sangat berpuas hati. Ia adalah hotel termurah di Cebu, dan pada hari ini, ia adalah sebuah bilik besar dengan dua katil double yang boleh memuatkan tiga orang. Kami meraikan hari lahir saya dan suami di resort ini dengan penginapan Bermalam. Kami berbesar hati kerana dapat menempah di hotel ini sehari sebelum penginapan yang dirancang dengan jumlah yang lebih rendah. Setibanya, kami disambut oleh kakitangan mereka yang mesra. Kami berseronok menerokai seluruh resort, dari berkanu di pantai hingga berenang hampir semua kolam. Kami diberi bilik dengan pemandangan laut yang menghadap ke seberang resort. Dan saya menyukainya kerana ia lebih tenang dan jauh dari kesibukan. Saya juga cuba menempah kek untuk Hari Lahir kami pada keesokan harinya dan meminta kakitangan mereka menghantar kek semasa sarapan untuk memberi sedikit kejutan untuk hubby. Kami sangat gembira kerana kami bukan sahaja menghantar kek ke meja kami, malah beberapa kakitangan mereka juga menyediakan nombor tarian sambil menyanyi di atas meja kami. Cara untuk memulakan hari anda, bukan? Terima kasih kepada semua kakitangan dari Solea Mactan Resort kerana menjadikan hari kami sebagai tambahan untuk kami. Kami sangat ingin kembali ke resort ini pada percutian keluarga masa depan kami lagi!

I'm a bit disappointed. I've emailed them about the arrangement regarding the bed since this is supposed to be our anniversary celebration and they replied back acknowledging my email and they said that they have the service. But on our check-in, they said that they haven't prepared the room (this is already past 3pm) and that they will just send a cake but no cake was sent to our room. The room smells moldy and the flush in the toilet is not strong enough to flush everything away and takes a long time to have a 2nd flush (I have to take a bath first before doing the 2nd flush). The swimming pool was nice but it would be better if the water is heated since it is very cold up in the 22nd floor. The breakfast buffet is good and they have a variety of cuisines and they keep on refilling them.

This visit to Marco Polo truly saddened me. If you read some of my past reviews of this hotel I noted it was my favorite place to stay anywhere in the world. This was my first post Covid visit and I was shocked and disappointed. - Basic maintenance has not been completed. For example, there is a glass elevator that goes to Blu their rooftop restaurant. This elevator was out of order and when I asked why I was told “Covid.” Covid travel restrictions were lifted a long time ago and that’s no excuse. In a second example, we returned to our room after a long night and the key did not work. It turned out the battery in the electronic device on the door needed to be replaced and the front desk understand the issue immediately, so this must happen often. Good hotels replace these batteries on a schedule so the guests never suffer from dead batteries. - Service, which used to be outstanding?@, is now unacceptable. First, the English language skills of most employees we encountered were sub par. Second, the person who checked me in was being trained, so the check in process was very slow. Third, service at the poolside bar during lunch was slow, the waitstaff inattentive and they failed to include my banana shake on the bill so as we are leaving the grab us and give us a second bill to pay. Fourth, service at breakfast was terrible. I had to ask for black tea three times before I got it, seeking some out 3 times as no one ever came to check on us. When we arrived around 9 AM there was no bacon (later replenished with bacon that looked so bad I did not even try it, fatty and not crisp), there was 1 banana, which was never replenished, there were no juice glasses (later replenished). The food quality was adequate but not nearly up to pre-Covid standards. Overall the service was lacking. - I was also disappointed that the lobby lounge, which used to have live music every night now has piano music only and only 1 night per week I am told. - There was a cart of dirty linens in our hallway both days Some of these things are not expensive or hard to fix. It doesn’t cost a lot to have live music in the lounge nightly as there are lots of singers groups looking for opportunities. It doesn’t cost a lot to make sure you change door card batteries regularly Others are basic requirements if doing business. For example you don’t leave a glass elevator to one of the most expensive restaurants in Cebu out of order for month/years. I am purchasing a condo unit in Marco Polo residences and expected to regularly visit the hotel for meals/drinks, but if this is the quality and service we can expect, then I will not be utilizing their services.

Keputusan impulsif pada hari itu mendorong kami untuk menempah Amuma Spa Suite Room di Bluewater Maribago Beach Resort. Semasa mendaftar masuk, kami diberi Bilik Premier yang jaraknya berjalan kaki ke pantai. Kami tidak keberatan dengan perubahan kerana harga bilik lebih banyak daripada yang kami pesan walaupun tidak 50sqm berbanding Spa Suite tetapi ia mempunyai tab mandi yang sangat besar dan ia berada di bangunan baru. Sarapan bufet disertakan yang tidak begitu luas tetapi sesuai untuk harga bilik dan citarasa sesuai untuk orang Filipina. Kami juga mencuba pizza mereka di Cafe Delfinos dan itu bagus. Yang tidak kami gemari ialah koktel yang hanya terasa seperti jus oren dan bukan Tequila Sunrise yang saya harapkan. Perkhidmatan kakitangan terpuji dalam melaksanakan protokol kesihatan semasa check-in tetapi ketika di kawasan pantai dan kolam renang, orang ramai (berhati-hati dengan terlalu banyak pengguna hari dan penyedia keahlian, tetamu di rumah adalah orang yang perlu menyesuaikan diri 😂) tidak mengikuti protokol dan hanya diperhatikan oleh keselamatan dan tidak dipanggil. Juga, yang memerlukan penambahbaikan adalah Spa Attendant kerana dia cenderung bertengkar dengan pelanggan (semasa sesi gim saya kerana saya meminta cawan kertas untuk air dan tisu sehingga saya dapat menghapus mesin yang saya gunakan tetapi dia sangat sombong dalam berkomunikasi) dan Atendan Perkhidmatan Pengemasan kerana mereka lupa memasukkan air percuma di bilik kami dan sudu teh untuk kopi / teh. Pantai juga tidak kondusif untuk berenang (hanya untuk berendam), cukup kotor dan mengharapkan orang luar menawarkan pulau untuk anda.
