Property was clean with plenty of parking and easy to locate. Breakfast was what one expects of a continental breakfast, coffee in the lobby was available 24/7 and staff was friendly. However, upon checking in my reservation couldn’t be found. I had confirmation number but apparently the wrong name, and address had been added to reservation. I verified correct information and assumed the record had been corrected. We were told there would be NO housekeeping. Room was clean, beds and pillows were comfy. A weird annoying noise like water running through pipes 24/7 in room. Checking out was easy, getting a receipt for my stay was not. I asked for a receipt three times and each time I was told ******* would give it to me. I looked at my reservation and it clearly states that property will give receipt. Called *******, they did email a receipt with just total cost, no other info, which by the way differed from what I paid. I needed a detailed receipt with property information and in my name so I sent them another request for a receipt. It took a couple of days for a response but I did get a receipt…with all the wrong information!!! I assumed it had been corrected at check in but it wasn’t. I sent another message asking for a corrected receipt and have yet to receive a reply or a receipt. Why is it so hard to get a proper receipt? Will not stay again.
