"When we arrived at the hotel we checked in our room. We found the air conditioner on high and the window completely open. The screen for the window was bent open and the room had flies and mosquitoes in it. The bed spreads had burn holes, the lamp shades were stained and shredded. The only pillows on my bed were two mini pillows that were smaller than a decorator pillow. The sheets were stained. We took some pictures and headed to the front desk to speak to the desk manager. He acted as if he was appalled and gave us a new room. The new room was even worse and smelled horrible. We went back to the front desk manager and he took notes and told us he was going to contact the owner/manager and get back to us. We were in town for a tournament that we had to be at early in the morning so we decided to go to the store and buy some sheets and pillows and make the best of it. The front desk manager said we would get credit for this on our bill. After we arrived back from the store we asked the front desk manager if he had head from the owner/manager. He said no and that if the owner/manager did not text him back within the next ten minutes that we would not hear anything tonight. He said the owner/manager would be there at 7:00 am the next day. I told him that we would be leaving to go to a tournament we are in at 6:30am and if he could give the owner/manager my phone number so I could speak with him. He said sure and that he had notes from everything to give him. We went up to our room and tried to turn on the television but it didn't work. So we went back down to the front desk and the front desk manager was sitting with a friend said he would be up to help us in about 15 minutes. When he finally came to our room I asked if they had a refrigerator to keep some of our food in because I had assumed there would be one in the room. He stated..."Why didn't you tell me that you didn't have a refrigerator?" So he left to get a refrigerator and we were amazed at his reply! So later when we finally put our purchased clean sheets and pillows cases on our bed because he never offered us any clean sheets or pillows. Before leaving for the tournament in the morning, we stopped back at the front desk. There was now a woman at the front desk. We told her the situation and everything that happened. She looked in the computer and said there were NO notes at all about our experience and did not know that we were waiting to hear from the owner/manager. So, I asked her to give the owner/manager my number so we could speak to him. When we returned from the tournament that evening we asked the woman at the front desk if she spoke to the owner/manager. She said no and that there was nothing she could do to help us because the owner/ manager would not be back until Monday because he was on vacation. I contemplated calling the following week but I don't think any employee will tell me the truth or let me actually speak to the owner/manager. There was no communication or compe"

"This hotel is FILTHY. F.I.L.T.H.Y. The halls are covered in paint chips that have not been vacuumed up in who know how long. The bathroom was so dirty I almost couldn't use it; the tub itself was unusable. I choose to be stinky rather than step foot into the bathtub. No way to tell when the bathroom floor has last been mopped... There were blotches of dirt? squashed bugs? who knows what? on all of the interior walls. The front desk staff was quite nice; friendly and helpful."

"This hotel is legitimately disgusting. The entire second floor smells like cigarettes. Aside from the smell, there were 2-3 inches of what looked to be water damage on the door and torn carpet. The beds were made up nicely but the entire place seemed generally dingy. We were going to be staying with a 2 year old and 5 year old and there was just no way. We checked back out and drove the rest of the way home. From the less than 5 minutes we were in the room, my mom and I both had headaches, that’s how strong the smell was. When we told the man at the counter that we couldn’t stay because of the smell, he offered to spray Febreze. I declined and asked him if he could do any refund and he said the best he could do was refund the deposit ($50, to ensure no one is smoking in the rooms). Avoid this hotel at all costs."

"Room was very musty smelling. I had to go up the road to Walmart and buy room spray just to be able to bear staying in the room. Recliner chair had stains all over it and all the furniture was extremely outdated. I would not stay here again."
