Cenger Beach Resort Spa - All Inclusive

Absolutely fantastic holiday here, the food is incredible it's impossible to eat the same thing twice. The staff are so friendly and make you feel welcome and do enough for you. Entertainment every single night was great and there is so much to do for young and older children. Can't wait to come back.

Everythink is really good in this Hotel, with Animation Team Disco Tour is realst safety, in Hotel they have too much activity in dayy, we have really good hotel for enjoy, trank you too much for invite to Disco Tour, we really enjoy tooo muchhh.

The hotel is not nice had a very bad experience the receptionist is really rude. Asked for water and to clean the room but no one helped I had to run to reception again and again but no help plus they talk to you really rudely then I went to them about having ants in my parents room heard nothing from them so went the guest relations to complain to Ilhan about the situation he literally helped in seconds and sorted the situation out for us such a nice person would advice if you come to this hotel then please go to Ilhan for any help you need.

Tufan is the best. Very nice hotel, personal and food. Of carsue personal and housekeeping. Kids disco so super, every night our dougter was dancing. Perfect evenings with animator. We want come back to cenger beach again, see you soon.....

Brilliant hotel has everything you want or need . Pool , spa , cocktails and a lovely restaurant full of beautiful international foods . Bar snacks every day which were yummy . Animation team were so welcoming and fantastic with guests especially Tufan who looked after us daily with entertainment and dancing every night. Very clean hotel too , staff can't do enough for you . Great for families , couples and children.

To start this review of with positives, I’d like to mention the photographer Kenan. He was a highlight of our holiday, he was one of the friendliest, honest and kindest people in the hotel. And he is absolutely amazing at his job, we were doubtful when getting a photoshoot done as we only did it to get some memories and photos for our families that weren’t with us, but it was worth every penny! I’d rate 5 stars!! The pool is amazing, it’s so clean and really big, we had so much fun swimming in it every day. There were also two slides by another little pool next to the main one, I suppose that’s enough for most kids as we had fun going down them a couple times too. Reception tried to be as helpful as possible, but there was definitely a language barrier, I read a comment that said this hotel was not for the English and I totally agree. German and Russian language is more common. The rooms were very spacious but I will say the beds were a little bit harder than what I prefer. Cleaners were lovely and very quick to clean our rooms every day and bring fresh towels. Bar staff seem like they don’t want to be there, not once did most of them smile which wasn’t very nice but who knows what they had going on, I don’t know. The food is also definitely not for the English, I survived on soup and bread as there wasn’t much else to choose from. The animation team compared to some hotels was really bad, there was plenty of people to do activities with yet not enough animators. So they basically had darts twice a day and waterpolo. I can’t lie the darts with Halil was fun whilst it lasted! We went out on a disco tour to the illusion bar which was amazing, yet had problems when we got back to the hotel which I won’t get into. I’d just say be careful if you are a young girl and not accompanied. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere which wasn’t really a problem for us, we just wish a bit more of as going on in the hotel so we didn’t have to leave. Taxis to the closest shopping centres are about 20 euros. Unfortunately we will never come back to this hotel as we just have different preferences, for a 5 star hotel they definitely need to improve. But thank you to every one that has was kind and took care of us on our holiday!

Good hotel. Good children's activities in the evening. There could well be more children's activities for the little ones during the day. The beds could be better

Hotel room is cery spacious Hotel staff have been very helpful and pleasent. Food has been really nice. Facilities are really good , there es everything you need in the resor , great for children , good activities throughout the day also with good entertainment on night times.
