Every single thing was planned in detail and delivered in perfect- best quality food, amenities in a hotel and the kindest people- reception, cleaners, kitchen crew. Хорошее расположение- не в самом центре и потому не в самой шумной части центра, но близко ко всем основным достопримечательностям. Также к плюсам отнесем завтраки , которые начинались очень рано и накрывались вплоть до 11:00, полноценные , очень вкусные , сытные. В отеле проведена реновация, номера отремонтированы, но сам отель - коридоры , лифты как из прошлого века. В номере был ужасный фен, который вообще не сушил , тоже из 80-х годов 20 века. Не все работники на ресепшен, а только некоторые женщины не были вежливыми, не улыбались, не старались помочь, не верно заполнив даты о регистрации , не то, что не извинились , а еще и раздражались , что просила переделать(((

Hotel is really nice, staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast is plentiful and i have to mention that juice for breakfast is freshly squeezed orange juice and lemonade. Big plus in my eyes. All in all excellent experience and surely if i come back to Sarajevo will visit this hotel again.

Stayed here for three nights in August 2023 while visiting Sarajevo and thought it was excellent. The hotel is right in the centre of town, near any number of restaurants and cafes, plus being on the top floors of the building has incredible views from the rooms (including bathrooms which is quite unique). The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and very comfortable, including the bed which led to excellent sleep. It's also moments walk away from some of the main sights in Sarajevo. The staff really friendly, especially Ane who was super helpful and great to chat to about travel and Bosnia in general. When I arrived at the building, I wasn't sure how to get to the actual reception/hotel because it's only the upper floors, and couldn't see a sign, but just take the lift to the top floor and you come out at reception. The cafe in the hotel seems the place to be for young Sarajevo residents and plays loud music until 23:00 on the dot, which can heard in your room above. Those two minor points aside, I loved my stay here, was quite sad to leave and look forward to hopefully staying again, next visit.

We spent a wonderful weekend in Sarajevo. Aparthotel is located very close to the city center and is especially great if you like to take walks- city sights, restaurants, shopping centers are all located within a 20-25 minute easy walk. The hotel is situated on a hill so returning on foot can be tiring. The staff was welcoming and helpful. Room is spacious and clean, but the bed is uncomfortable and it bothered us that the maximum on the thermostat was set to 22 degrees(which was low for us). Breakfast is delicious with a lot of options. On the 5th floor there is a terrace with a beautiful view where you can enjoy your morning coffee and a cigarette. The hotel also has an underground parking garage where you can safely leave your car free of charge. All in all I would recommend this place.
