酒店很顯眼，黃色的外觀，遠遠就能看見。雖然裝修老舊，但是保養得還不錯，看得出曾經的輝煌，服務算五星級了，自助早餐的品種也很豐富，能滿足不同口味的需求。房間也很大，有個專門放大量行李箱的空間。

I consider myself as experienced traveler and this was the best hotel I have stayed in. Every single thing was planned in detail and delivered in perfect- best quality food, amenities in a hotel and the kindest people- reception, cleaners, kitchen crew. We spent a wonderful weekend in Sarajevo. Aparthotel is located very close to the city center and is especially great if you like to take walks- city sights, restaurants, shopping centers are all located within a 20-25 minute easy walk. The hotel is situated on a hill so returning on foot can be tiring. The staff was welcoming and helpful. Room is spacious and clean, but the bed is uncomfortable and it bothered us that the maximum on the thermostat was set to 22 degrees(which was low for us). Breakfast is delicious with a lot of options. On the 5th floor there is a terrace with a beautiful view where you can enjoy your morning coffee and a cigarette. The hotel also has an underground parking garage where you can safely leave your car free of charge. All in all I would recommend this place.

Hotel is really nice, staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast is plentiful and i have to mention that juice for breakfast is freshly squeezed orange juice and lemonade. Big plus in my eyes. All in all excellent experience and surely if i come back to Sarajevo will visit this hotel again.

Whilst the hotel does not look exceptional from outside, you are given a friendly welcome inside. The hosts were friendly, very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Nice sized room with all the facilities needed. Comfortable bed. Good buffet breakfast served downstairs. The only comment I would make is the curtain material is thin and there was a street lamp outside which caused me a problem sleeping. Perhaps blackout curtains would solve the problem. One exceptional part of the service was to refund the car park fee I had paid. Close to the centre- about 10 to 15 minutes walk. Would stay here again

Stayed 2 nights at the Swissotel Sarajevo. The hotel is very modern, new and luxurious. I particularly love the room design, very spacious, chic and yet functional. The bathroom is designed to suit the modern travellers in mind, a huge standing shower with rain shower, 2 vanity top and a separate WC with a vanity as well. There are 2 huge wardrobes and many other compartments for storage. Very generous in size and space. The bed is very comfortable adorned with a good bed linen. A good size of flat screen TV and mirror fronting the bed. At the bay window, there are cushions so you can sit, relax and enjoy the views over the city or mountains. The hotel is located in the junction of the ”Sniper Alley” and it is adjacent to a modern shopping mall. Old town of Sarajevo is just a comfort 20 mins walk away. The breakfast is the only let down. The spread is limited and the taste is very blend. Otherwise, it is definitely one of the best hotels in the city be it for leisure or business travellers.
