Excellent location with exceptional service. Everyone from the person welcoming us  at the entrance upon arrival to the last person who bid us goodbye had done so sincerely with a smile. Will definitely come back to stay!

The best hotel ever!!! The food at hotel very good and has many choices. All the staffs are very friendly. Pak Darrin/Derrin so nice to us since 1stime we meet him. Live music and the singer voice very good!! He sang our fav song from Afghan. Will recommend this hotel to our family and friends and insyaAllah will come again.

I vacation with family .. the facilities of hotel in mulia senayan very beautiful.. especially at fitness center . This hotel have very big fitness center and many complete equipment and have tennis court I really enjoyed .. very big thanks for staff Ridwan and sukarmin very helpful. Thank you

Changed 4 times before we settled in our room. At first, they put us in the old unrenovated room that smelly and feels very much creepy. Then they so called upgrade to deluxe room which also very creepy with strong damp carpets smell. At last, we have to top up almost double the amount we paid just to move to the renovated floor. They should have just tell us from the beginning instead if wasting almost an hour for us to go up and down to change room at almost 11pm! Hospitality & service of the housekeeping, bell boys & restaurant staff are excellent, but the from office could be better. Close by museum, Monas, easy to get taxi.

Booked the hotel to attend concert at stadium opposite them hotel. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Security scanned bags before entering the hotel. Breakfast spread was good with quality Japanese food. Only down side was there was a leak from toilet bowl which was very smelly.

My last staycation in Shangri-la hotel Jakarta on 31 May 2023 was amazing. The dinner in satoo was delicious and the staff especially the waiter, Mr. Bayu so friendly and helpful. My most recent staycation was at the Shangri-la Hotel in Jakarta on May 31, 2023. The dinner at Satoo was great, and the waiter, particularly the waiter, Mr. Bayu, was extremely nice and helpful. Thanks for the service.

Stay in Grand Club Lounge . Best Service , Best Staff , Worth paying more .!!!!!! Club Manager Suzanna demonstrates the highest hospitality service and this reflects in her staff. Special mention , Club Lounge Staff who always smile and remember my husband and I . Erma , Shindy and Indah who go over and above 1 st class service . Just wonderful !!!!!! Also lovely young men Levvy , Aqmal , Ricky , Windy and Jorn who spoilt us during our weeks stay of an evening in the lounge . Wonderful food presentation daily . Special mention to Head Chef Fania who cooks the best omelets and Chef Haddy of an evening who goes over and beyond to please us. Must mention Head of Housekeeping Sumarto . House keeping did a wonderful job of keeping our room spotless and attending to our needs daily . We thank all the Grand Hyatt staff and SO look forward to returning . Will be our 15 th year of staying at this wonderful hotel . Huge Pool and Olympus Club are one of my husbands favourite attractions and mine the wonderful Shopping Centres of Grand Indonesia and Plaza Indonesia a few minutes walk . World Class Shopping . Weer hier twee maal geweest in November en Januari. En weer getroffen door de wat ouderwetse maar heel klantvriendelijke sfeer. Geweldig personeel, fijn ontbijt en heel goede keuken! De kamers zijn prettig maar een beetje gedateerd. Vooral badkamers, de waterkokers en de elektriciteitsvoorziening (bekabeling) Maar de service is geweldig. Net als de gratis wii, het fijne terras (je kunt buiten ontbijten). We houden van dit hotel en komen er al jaren. De lokatie in Menteng is geweldig. Cikini station op 5 minuten lopen! Neem daar de commuter trein en je bent heel snel op tal van plekken voor heel weinig geld. Hartelijk dank aan de staff voor de goede service en vriendelijke ontvangst!
