I really liked this quaint little boutique hotel and its location. I would’ve given it 5 out of 5 had it not been for my extremely poor experience in their restaurant/ bar.  The staff are lazy and inattentive. Constantly on their phones with heads down, more interested in the content on their phones than what they are there for… to work.  The point that really tipped me, was when I ordered a coffee one morning, it was 35k, the next morning I hand the older male there 50k expecting to receive 15k change. After 30 minutes I asked a girl about my change as he had disappeared. She smiled and laughed as I believe her English wasn’t the best and she did not understand. She said she would follow up. After 20 mins I went back to her and made her understand I was not happy at all. A few minutes later she came back to me with 10k. I asked about the other 5k and she chuckled and smiled , still not understanding what I meant.  Upon check out I pointed out my disappointment with reception and asked for management follow up and I am still waiting.  It’s not the 15k or 5k, I could not care less. But when a staff member assumes they can keep the change is dishonest, given how lazy the staff actually were, I was going to give it to him anyway, but do not assume the change is yours to keep.  Whilst I really liked the hotel and the shower was awesome, I am extremely disappointed that management have not taken the time to reach out to me. Don’t get me wrong, this is not about 5k but about the honesty of staff and the integrity of management to follow up on a point of feedback  based upon this I would probably not stay here again, nor make recommendation of the restaurant/bar.

Here are some issues I encountered: - The AC wasn't cool enough, even on its lowest setting. - We only received amenities for one person, despite the room being booked for two. - There was no hairdryer in the room. We had to borrow one from reception and return it immediately after use. - Breakfast lacked variety, and the savory dishes (especially the tofu and fried noodles) were excessively salty, making them inedible. - There was very loud construction/worker noise audible from our room. - I specifically chose this hotel for the bathtub and sauna facilities. Upon inquiring about booking them, I was informed they were fully booked for the entire day. However, when I checked between 8-10 AM, the area was completely empty with no one there. Was it truly 'full'?

The hotel was nice, but I think the shower needs a redesign because the sink was outside the shower, which wasn't very practical. Other than that, everything else was enjoyable.

Highly recommended! The rooms are fantastic, and the self-refilling water dispenser (from a large bottle) is a great touch. The hotel environment is very clean, the food is delicious, and the view is stunning. The staff are incredibly friendly. Simply the best!

Nice from outside but below standart inside… Value for money but kindness to change the towel with the new one… because same as napkins i think

location very near to stadium. booked to go to blackpink concert and it was good stay. the view also nice from the top.

Location is not within city center but within good driving distance. Traffic going to/from the hotel is generally ok. Rooms are average in size while the bathroom is quite small. Hot water in shower is working very well. Will stay again.

The room mezzanine style is spacious. The design is a modern style.

the room is not really clean, the AC is not cold very hot at the room. but the location is very strategic.

The stay was very affordable, yet the hotel quality felt like a 4-star establishment.

The front desk staff was a bit unfriendly, but the location is excellent. Would recommend.

Breakfast was limited in choices with little assortment. During 6 days they offered exactly the same food with not variation. Toilet is very small, the Door is also the showers door, leacking water and creating a mess. You can see they don’t mop the floors. Hotel building is quite new but dust is visible in the room and common areas
