It was a good stay and the staffs was good

This is a small hotel, and it doesn't offer breakfast. However, it's surprisingly well-equipped with all basic amenities, even including a hairdryer and cutlery. It's conveniently located in the town center. Be aware that access is restricted after 8 PM, and the 10 AM check-out time is quite early.

Very good location and good amenities in room with fridge, microwave and crockery. Staff were friendly and check in and out were straightforward. Only downside no parking and there was quite a lot of noise as Window backed onto main street. Regardless would stay again very convenient if in staying in central Gloucester.

No-frill type of hotel. You get your food from the nearby eateries (plenty). Easy access to transport hub n rail. Convenient.

Receptionist very friendly. The place is very clean and quiet.

Hotel is ideal for all local amenities, it comes with a fridge and microwave good shower room and well serviced. Only complaint is that the beds are so low it's impossible for anyone with any disabilities to get in and out of bed and is only reason I won't be staying again.

It was really nice spending time there.

Great hotel at a great price for a Sunday evening

Good location, good size room with fridge, microwave & kettle.

Perfect. Lot better than premier inn in terms of facilities like microwave and desk space however the beds were a little short. I'm 6ft 3 and my legs were hanging off the bed.

This is a functional little hotel that is close to the train station. Don't expect luxury, but you can expect friendly and warm service, and a spacious room. The reason I booked this hotel was due to the rail strikes. I was on a business trip and meant to be taking the train to London that evening but wasn't able to. Furthermore, it was the Cheltenham races and all the other places had already been booked out. This room was a lifesaver for me. I was exhausted from an intense itinerary and needed a place to sleep and freshen up. I was pointed to the supermarket close by. As there were all the cutlery and even a microwave in the room, I had no issues rustling up a hot meal for myself. I am giving this hotel a high rating because the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I just want to make it very clear that guests need to understand this is not a fancy establishment designed for holidaying, but if you are travelling for work purposes, this will come close to being home away from home.

Overall it's alright, but it's a bit noisy near the station.
