Ulasan Best Western Senayan

i love staying here- especially for concerts! price is affordable, near to sency and plaza senayan. they also have mcd below. however the rooms look kinda old . but you get what you pay for! the staffs are nice too.

I am visiting Jakarta with my family to watch F4 concert. the reason why we choose this hotel is due to the location. It is around 20min walk from the concert arena to the hotel. Since we know that the traffic after the concert will be super long. The staffs are very friendly and room is spacious. The only thing I would like to call out is that the shower gel and shampoo are not easily dispenseable. It is so hard to get it out and I end up using shampoo as shower gel. I thought this is only happening in my room but another room face the same as well. Hopefully the issue will be fixed.

Best Western Senayan is clean, the breakfast is delicious, and the staff are very friendly. If I have business around the Senayan area again, I will definitely stay here again.

Terrible and unhygienic experience. I had to change rooms three times during my stay. The first room was infested with cockroaches. In the second room, the bed and bedding were dirty, stained, and covered with hair, as shown in the photos. The third room was no better—we heard loud scratching and scurrying noises coming from the ceiling every night around midnight, and several cockroaches appeared the following day. Having problems in three different rooms shows a serious lack of cleanliness, pest control, and proper maintenance. This was extremely uncomfortable and unacceptable for a hotel. I would not recommend staying here.

1st night bath room do not place face towels. One of the bath towel had bad smear either used or not clean properly.

Stay 6 nights to attend event at GBK. Convenient and walking distance to event location. Season but clean room. Friendly and helpful staff. Recommend to use the laundry services as it charge by kgs.

It is decent place to stay and the fact that we get breakfast with this price, its amazing. The beds are okay, the space is fine to me but it can be a bit small with all the things. You have malls around the hotel and I walk to Istora Senanyan stadium for a concert and its not that far. Going anywhere is easier with Grab and pretty fast if not at peak hours.

This hotel is very close with huge shopping malls..great friendly staff and the 24hours McDonald is just 1 min walking away..superb location!!

Working location means super premium, room service is very fast, reception is very helpful, big two malls is on 2 minutes working distance,

Can hear people Karaoke’ing beyond midnight and can hear mice running on the roof from my hotel room.

love the location of the hotel. it is located at beside 2 biggest mall in Jakarta. near to McDonalds. also easy access via car. but during peak time, the road are conjested.

The room was a bit old, and the aircon unit was leaking throughout the night. The location was good though! Near 2 big malls, and has a 24h Mcdonalds just downstairs

Nice place to stay, the place is very near with Plaza Senayan and Senayan city. If you love shopping and running the place is for you. The staff very helpful. Definitely will be back again

The hotel kinda unique because its merge with a mall. But overall its good and nice stay.
