The location is very good and it is connected with the food shop. Beside there is a very famous nasi padang. Room is big but i find there is not much space to hang the cloth as we are staying for 5 nights for business traveling. Need to have some improvement. Somehow, the housekeeping need to take note of the cleaness of the shower area.

Modern hotel on central location, rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. Service in general was good. Located in shopping mall with plenty of restaurants

Service crews are friendly and have no problem in communicating with them in English They are helpful and wears a great smile with greetings The room is clean and spacious, air conditioning is good The breakfast buffet has a lot of food variety with a combination of Asian and Western delicacies Food is nice Swimming is clean and they have some interesting activities Next time we will try out the Gym There is a mall linked to the hotel , it's name is Harmoni entrance.

Good for short stays. Good customer service. I tried their food some dishes good some not. Room bit on the small side but fairly well maintained. Internet good.

Always a pleasure staying at this hotel. I highly recommend.

Very nice hotel on top of a mini mall. Good location; near to Monas, and shopping area. Satisfying breakfast & room was excellence.

Room is spacious and clean but no sound proofing thus is noisy. It was very trying initially. However, we appreciate the service provided by Ms Gethia, the manager. She is eloquent, responsive and helpful to our request. The housekeeping young guy Friyatna is so creative and helpful when I told him that our sleep is disturbed every morning as certain part of the curtain is out of order and doesn't shield the sunlight. He did a marvellous job and we had good sleep next few days. I am delighted he speaks good English and thus have no communication issue with him. Thank you so much ..

Place is clean and quiet. Location is good. However dropoff at entrance need to pay parking fee of 5000 rupiah, suggest to get grab outside the gate if you wanna save that 5000 every booking.

Nice hotel great for the price range. However the air conditioning is not cool enough and the road noises are quite obvious

Great Service and hospitality, prompt and welcoming- Nothing was too little. Breakfast service was really good also, someone always smiled and said morning as they walked past and asked if you needed anything. Thumbs up overall!
