penginapan yang bagus Tetapi kami kesejukan di dalam bilik Aircond tidak boleh dilaraskan atau dimatikan Kami tinggal 2 orang dalam satu bilik, tetapi kami hanya mendapat 1 pasang sandal dan 1 jubah. Selebihnya penginapan adalah hebat Lokasi sangat baik Berhampiran tempat pasifik (berjalan kaki) Berdekatan stadium GBK Hanya dalam dari lobi adalah akses terus ke Pintu timur GBK

No extension cord, no adapter for foreigners plug for support, old TV no Netflix no Youtube About service I have asked for cutlery at the lobby then the concierge staff said should be call 0 I accept to do that coz in that time he was quite busy After that I was calling to room service (number 0) as the staff told me One of room service staff guy picked up and told me that this is not for request stuff Must call number 1 So I said the staff at the lobby told me to do this So how can I get a cutlery from this hotel?! So this is the experience that i got from this hotel 👏🏻👏🏻 I paid for Grand Deluxe Room to get this exp what a shame There is no denying that this hotel has a good location to stay for whom has a plan to see the concert this is the only one reason I will come back here if I do have plan to see the concert next time It’s very near and convenient

Pros - Good location if you go to the stadium for a concert/event - large green area with a pool - ATM inside - Friendly staff - Comfortable bed - Spacious room - Good view - Bathtub Cons - coffee at the lobby is overpriced (85k IDR) - a bit worn out - only one socket by the bed

Closest hotel to Istora Senayan - was there for the Indinesia Masters which a short walk away. No complaint about the hotel being a fairly old hotel, spacious room , always greeted with a smile The food from the Room Service can be improved

Good location, lil bit old for the room breakfast to crowde and must lil bit waiting list but the room is big

Overall the service is great. I have a good time staying at lagoon tower and get alot of support from gusta.

Highly recommended. Close to airport freeway, malls and the sports stadium/parklands. Helpful staff. Premium room was fine, plenty of towels etc. and free drinks in minibar. Access to Lounge (in Lobby) for a nice afternoon tea (small cakes) and best was the evening when can choose 1 of 3 main courses and a drink. No need to eat out. Busway and metro stops at end of road 15min walk. Use metro to cross road to access Pacific Pace mall and shops. Really nice relaxing atmosphere in secluded pool treed area which has outdoor bar. Tennis courts. Gym however is a fair hike on the other side in the Sultan Residences but accessible. Breakfast ok but as in most Indo hotels a limited European selection.

A spacious traditional hotel, the entrance is a bit confusing at first, probably because the residence tower is more busy. Thank you to Nabila at front desk for a smooth, quick check in. And the night receptionist at lagoon tower who help me late night on my second night staying (sorry did nit catch her name) Location wise, should you have an event at JCC this is quite an easy access to have.

The room is dusty and furnitures are old. Location is not great.

Convenient for exhibition at JCC yet TV and light in hotel can be malfunctioning and the concierge always do not pick up calls so room service is by luck

It was very frustrating and confusing getting to the hotel. Entrance barrier did not work well and the cab had to wait close to 10mins with the meter running to get a carpark ticket. Then he lost his way within the compound and drove in circles before he reached the hotel lobby. My room TV had no internet connection at all. I had to wait for the hotel to send “an external vendor” to fix the issue. As it seems, only ONE guest lift was in operation for all 15 floors. I had to wait 15mins to get a lift to the breakfast room, and again, another 15mins to get a lift down to check out.
