The hotel is charming and has a luxurious ambiance, although it lacks certain amenities typically associated with five-star establishments. Guests are offered complimentary beverages upon check-in. The lobby and lounge areas are spacious and adorned with beautiful Indonesian art and décor. The staff is friendly and welcoming, ensuring a pleasant stay for guests. While the location may not be ideal, it is worth noting that few hotels in Jakarta offer a prime location at this price point. The pool appeared inviting, though I did not have the opportunity to use it. Regrettably, the gym was closed during my visit. The breakfast buffet is truly exceptional, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, featuring comfortable beds and large bathtubs.

We booked 3 rooms for idul adh holiday. One of the room we booked (grand deluxe) got ac problem but the hotel provide fast response and solution. We love the b’fast especially the traditional foods (bakso, bubur ayam, gado2 and Batagor) they all superb!

I vacation with family .. the facilities of hotel in mulia senayan very beautiful.. especially at fitness center . This hotel have very big fitness center and many complete equipment and have tennis court I really enjoyed .. very big thanks for staff Ridwan and sukarmin very helpful. Thank you

It is an absolutely convenient location. I have enjoyed very professional services during my stay and will be back to this hotel for my next business trip to Jakarta.

Nice but dated 5 star hotel. Spacious room, comfortable bed and pillow. A vast variety and generous amount of traditional and some western selections for the breakfast buffet. My personal take will be 4.5/5.

Hotel building and lobby looked nice enough. Checking in was a breeze. Room hallway looks old and gloomy, reminded me of my dormitory days but with better colours. Bedroom didn't have much space, but was still tolerable. The wallpapers had yellowing/dried leak marks. Washroom was tiny and all the drains (sink & shower) are very slow at draining. And no lock for the washroom. The worst was the lighting, i turned off the lights while sleeping, woken up to a room fully lit with tv on maybe a couple hours later. I thought i might have accidentally pressed a button while sleeping. Turned everything off and went to sleep again, then same thing happened again. In total this happened 3 or 4 times, too tired and sleepy to care. I didn't bother complaining because it happened between the middle of the night to dawn. Even if I did complain the possible solutions would be to send a technician or switch me to a better room, and neither is desirable. I was on a one night business trip with full schedule both days. Breakfast was nice, plenty of options, but the service wasn't so good. When i was showed to my table, the host asked if i wanted coffee or tea, I picked coffee. Went around to take my breakfast, came back to table and coffee wasn't there. Then not long after i started eating, a waiter came by and asked if i wanted coffee or tea, said coffee. 5 minutes later another waiter came by if I wanted coffee or tea..again. Finally got my coffee a good 15mins later, I should've just gotten a cup myself. Asked for sunny side ups, eggs came after i finished my plate, about the same waiting time with coffee and the egg station was empty when I ordered. I'm sorry but I don't think this was a 5-star hotel, and the price wasn't worth it. I believe the problem with light was caused by the room card slot right to turn on the power. Must've gone wrong and failed to detect a card in the slot and shut everything off, then suddenly detected the card again, hence all power and light kept turning back on. Won't be staying there again Hallway picture doesn't look that bad in picture, because my phone decided to make it look nicer by auto-adjusting the light level, much darker in reality

Stayed 2N in a 1BR (Rm # 2201) - the worse accommodation I've encountered in Jakarta where reputable hotel chains I've stayed before are always clean and pleasant. The stay looked unpromising upon getting the key cards in a very well used and yellowish looking jacket (ok, forgivable if is a sustainability effort in a post covid world and in a property where hygiene and decent upkeeping is obviously of lower priority perhaps?) Things started going downhill after I stepped out of the lift to be welcomed by the mouldy patch and peeling paint on the common corridor walls and ceilings. More to dislikes upon stepping into the room: - First impression is that it hasn't been in used for a while with blast from 80s decor - Strand of hairs on the sink top, bed, desks... everywhere in plain sight - Very used and dumpy looking sofa that doesn't felt too clean - Bedsheet isn't too clean with prominent old stain when you flip over the quilt - Old and dirty looking dryer with few packets of partially used washing powder - Yellowish looking switches with dirt and grime collecting around the corners - Standing shower isn't working as is leaking at the back with weak pressure - Balls of dust and peeling paint could be seen everywhere in the room - Wall and ceiling paints were peeling off here and there - Rain water could seep through the living room window causing the floor around the window to be wet - Final straw was the dirty and smelly fridge causing the lapis legit I bought from nearby Mandarin Oriental to reek of a terrible and unwholesome freezer stench Horrible, not recommended and a total rip off at S$250++ per night!

A peaceful, comfortable & very clean hotel. Excellent service and breakfast so yummy, fast response, beautiful environment, lots of choices for breakfast, delicious food, luxury hotel. I was staying at MO Jakarta for quarantine repratriation 10 days in December 2021. At the beginning, I asked the staff via email to provide me bank details for bank transfer before I check-in but it was not provided until the day of check-in then I need to use my personal bank account. Food tasted very good and room was comfortable too. I think the letdown is laundry service that is not clear for pick-up time and one day staff forgot to pick my laundry but it’s okay caused I contacted the guest service. I’d also thank the staff who gave me mineral water in gallon and dispenser. It is such good innitiative and kind gesture. Overall, I am happy to stay at MO Jakarta for isolated 10 days without boredom and discomfort.

Mempunyai penginapan yang mengerikan di hotel. Tempat duduk tandas rosak semasa daftar masuk. Menunggu dalam bilik selama 20mins+ air con masih tidak sejuk. Diminta untuk menukar bilik perlu menunggu sehingga hari berikutnya. Meminta kad kunci bilik kerana dikunci di luar bilik, menunggu selama 30 minit dan tiada siapa yang datang. Sehinggalah saya ternampak seorang pembantu bilik dan meminta pertolongan untuk masuk ke dalam bilik saya. Paling penting, sepanjang penginapan 4 malam saya, mereka mengambil 3 deposit berasingan daripada kad kredit saya pada 3 hari berasingan. Dan kini selepas tarikh daftar keluar saya, 2 daripada deposit kini menunjukkan potongan daripada bank saya. Walaupun saya telah membayar caj bilik sebelum ketibaan, kad kredit saya telah dikenakan caj bilik 4 malam lagi. E-mel mereka sejak minggu lepas, masih tiada balasan. Cuba menghubungi hotel, mereka memberitahu saya tidak memahami bahasa Inggeris dan meminta saya menulis e-mel dalam bahasa Indonesia...
