The hotel is located on a hill, so it's only convenient if you're driving. The room was spacious and clean. The shared kitchen facilities were excellent; it would be even better if oil was provided. There's a drying machine available. It's a 15-minute walk downhill to the old town. Turns out a friend had stayed there the day before I checked in.

Only couple staying on the upper floor, a lot of privacy. Able to do my all my dirty laundry for free. And cook a simple meal in the kitchenette. Highly recommend. Appreciate the receptionist help in going the extra mile to loan me an adaptor. Many thanks

We had an excellent stay with Villa Gap for two nights. The online check-in was quick and smooth, easy to navigate. We were satisfied with the room including a bedroom with two beds, enormous bathroom, and living room with open kitchen and a very comfy sofa. Clean, quiet and spacious. Walkable distance to the Cesky Krumlov Town (15 minutes walk) and 5 minutes drive to the supermarket. Cooking experience was pleasant especially with dish washer provided. Bathtub and air-dryer might flaw the perfect experience. Water was yellowish from bathtub and no hot air from air-dryer. Or otherwise, everything is perfect. Highly recommended!

It is clean. The room is big with decent smell. It is near the train station for just 7 min walks even with your suitcase. The front desk is friendly. The kitchen can be shared

The room is very good, same as website description. Clean and big. There is a kitchen and laundry room, I can use it without payment. I suggest that if the hotel can remind visitors that there is a bus going to the nearest point close to the hotel would be much better. As I carry a luggage, it was so heavy for me to walk on the stone road up the hill to the hotel. After I arrived, I found a bus stop which can bring me to there.

We visited Czech Republic for a road trip and came by this accommodation. The stay was pleasant. The place is clean. Location is accessible by car. There are car park slot available. The only issue we had was the check-in process. We made a booking for Sunday. We have stated our check-in time, but no one was at office. There was a number to call but unfortunately we didn't have a local phone number to call. We contacted *********** to contact the host and was told the pin to open the keybox to obtain the key for the accommodation. I feel the check-in process can be clearer and the keybox pin can be given to us earlier.

The room was very clean and hygienic, we were very satisfied! The guesthouse also provided a washing machine and microwave. The only downside was that it was a bit far from the station, but luckily we were backpacking and didn't have suitcases, otherwise the uphill walk would have been a bit tiring.
