ทำเล สถานที่ดี สระว่ายน้ำเหมาะสำหรับเด็กเล่นกันสนุก ติดทะเลเพียงแค่ข้ามถนนเล็กๆ ไป เหมาะสำหรับครอบครัวที่มีเด็กเล็กที่ชอบเล่นน้ำ มีลานเล่นทราย + playground เล็กๆ ให้เด็กๆ เล่น อาหารเช้าถ้าเพิ่มเมนูกับข้าวสำหรับผู้ใหญ่อีกหน่อยจะดีมาก ส่วนไลน์อื่นๆ ก็กำลังดีแล้ว

โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ติดหน้าหาดเลย ได้ยินเสียงคลื่นฟังแล้วผ่อนคลายอย่างมาก ห้องพักกว้างทีวีจอใหญ่ แอร์เย็นทำงานดี ฝักบัวก็ทำงานดีมาก น้ำอุ่นทำงานไหลลื่นดี อาหารเช้าก็อร่อย ที่สำคัญโรงแรมมีที่จอดรถกว้างขวาง การบริการของพนักงานก็ดี ให้ความช่วยเหลืออย่างดีทุกคน ประทับใจมากครับ

ที่พักคุ้มค่าคุ้มราคา มีเวลคัมดริ้งค์ต้อนรับ และมีอาหารเช้า พนักงานบริการดี น่ารัก ที่พักสะอาด มีลานจอดรถห่างจากที่พัก 200 เมตร และที่พักแค่เดินข้ามฝั่งไปก็ถึงทะเลแล้วค่ะ แต่ที่พักไม่มีลิฟท์ ตอนที่พักได้ชั้น 4 ก็แอบเดินเหนื่อยนิดนึง และคิดว่าไม่ใช่ข้อเสียอะไรในส่วนนี้ เพียงแต่ว่าถ้ามีผู้สูงอายุก็จะไม่สะดวก ซึ่งเราสามารถเลือกจองแบบชั้น 1 ได้นะคะ ความคิดเห็นส่วนตัวในข้อเสียคือ น้ำไหลน้อย ไม่แน่ใจว่าเพราะพักชั้น 4 หรือเปล่า แต่ก็มีบางช่วงที่เหมือนจะไหลปกติค่ะ

จองห้องพักได้ 3 ห้องในช่วงที่มีคอนเสิร์ตนั่งเล 3 ราคาห้องจะอยู่ที่ประมาณ 1,200 บาทต่อห้อง ผักได้ 2 คนจึงจองไป 3 ห้องนอน 5 คนได้คูปองทานอาหารมา 6 ใบแต่เรามีกันแค่ 5 คนจึงไปทานด้วยกัน 5 คนทางร้านอาหารที่เป็นดูแลข้าวเช้ากลับให้เราทานได้แค่ 5 คูปองอีก 1 คูปองไม่ให้เนื่องจากเรามีการแค่ 5 คนทำให้เราเสียสิทธิ์ในการทานไป 1 คูปองทั้งๆที่จ่ายห้องเต็มในราคา 6 คน เรื่องนี้รู้สึกไม่แฟร์มากค่ะในการเข้าพักห้องดีบริการดีพี่แม่บ้านบีน้องเคาน์เตอร์ดีมากแต่ร้านอาหารเช้าไม่โอเคเลยค่ะ

โรงแรมเก่าที่ได้รับการดูแลด้านความสะอาดเป็นอย่างดี ทุกห้องเห็นวิวทะเล อยู่ในบริเวณที่มีร้านสะดวกซื้อ ร้านกาแฟ ร้านขายอาหาร และทางโรงแรมอัพเกรดห้องพักให้ ได้พักชั้น 11 ซึ่งชมวิวจากเตียงนอนเลยได้อย่างดี

ห้องพักสะดวกสบายและสะอาด สามารถเล่นน้ำทะเลใกล้ๆโดยแค่ข้ามฝั่งถนนก็คือชายหาด เล่นเสร็จมาอาบน้ำที่ห้องพักได้ มีจุดล้างทรายบริหน้าห้องพัก(ก่อนเข้าห้อง) หาอาหารทานได้สะดวกร้านค้าหน้าที่พักมีมาก และอยู่ใกล้เซเว่น #แต่สิ่งที่ต้องปรับปรุงคือ ประตูห้องน้ำที่จับไม่มีปิดไม่ได้ ไฟสวิตซ์เดียวกันทุกดวง ควรมีไฟหัวเตียงหรือแยกสวิตซ์จะได้เปิดหรือปิดบางดวง พนง.เวลาทำความสะอาดด้านหน้าห้องบางครั้งถูกพื้นกระแทกโดนประตูบ่อยมาก รบกวนเวลานอนหรือพักผ่อนของผู้เข้าพัก

Excellent hotel for the beach. The breakfast is very good just ask the staff for eggs cooked the way you like. The room was very spacious and excellently clean. and we booked a pool room and you just opened the room door on to the terrace and stepped in to the pool. Very impressed The staff were incredibly kind and friendly. They could not do enough for us. We will definitely come back to this hotel The management should be very proud of their staff they were wonderful The manager was unbelievably kind as well and a lovely person

While it might not be the newest or most attractive hotel in this part of north Cha-Am beach, it offers pretty good value for money. In many ways it sums up the whole area, which has become a little worn and jaded but is clinging on to some hope that things might improve. The good The swimming pool is a decent size and seemed to be fairly popular from morning till evening. There are tables and loungers around the pool so it's a good place to relax and take a dip. The sea isn't too inviting, especially with the jet-skis, banana boats, and never ending rows of umbrellas and tables to eat on which simply make the beach a plastic paradise, so it's definitely your best option if you want to cool off and avoid stepping on plastic bottles. The room we had, a deluxe sea view on the 18th floor, was spacious with a small balcony overlooking the sea. There was a chaise longue which acted as a bed for one of the children we had, and the hotel was happy to provide extra towels and pillows. We booked for 4 but as usual they only provide for 2, but asking for extra stuff is fine. I can't comment on the other rooms as we didn't see or visit any. The decor is a bit faded but we thought it was fine for what you pay. Breakfast was fairly decent, really. Good selection of Thai dishes, mini croissants, banana cakes, and an egg station, which is always welcome. A decent coffee machine would be a huge bonus as there didn't seem to be anywhere you could get a decent one without walking out of the hotel and down the street. The not so good This is a BIG hotel. If you suffer from vertigo, then the lifts could be a problem as they have a glass back facing into the open atrium, which actually stretches from the ground floor all the way up to the roof, 21 floors above. If anyone suffers from a fear of heights then ask to use the service lift, which is a properly enclosed one. I don't think the staff would mind at all. And because it's so big, so much of the space seemed to be empty of any activity. The reception area is quite pleasant but there seemed to be three restaurants, which, except for breakfast which moved from one place to another in the few days we were there, never had anyone in them. I didn't really worry if they were open or not as we wanted to eat meals outside anyway, but it did seem to add to the rather forlorn aspect of the rest of Cha-Am. Overall, we thought it was fine for what we paid and it's in a great location, close to the beach and a range of eating places up and down the main street.

Tara Mantra,ein Hotel was dem Untergang geweiht ist und sich dabei noch gut präsentieren will. Das die Zeiten nach Corona schwer sind,steht außer Frage,aber dann sollte man sich doch über jeden solventen Kunden freuen und symbolisch den roten Teppich ausrollen.Aber nicht in diesem Hotel.Man hat als nicht Thai sprechender Gast auf ganzer Linie verloren,man bekommt immer das Gefühl lästig zu sein und Fragen können aufgrund von Sprachbarrieren auch nicht beantwortet werden.Da wir seit Jahren immer wieder im Tara Mantra zu Gast waren,konnte ich den Zerfall dieses Hotels noch näher miterleben. Die Zimmer sind schmuddelig,nicht wirklich gepflegt,das Bad möchte ich auch nicht näher beschreiben. Das Frühstück wurde von Jahr zu Jahr spärlicher bis es sich heute zu einer Katastrophe entwickelt.Der Frühstücksraum hat jetzt für ein paar Tage geschlossen da nur 3Zimmer in diesem Hotel belegt sind.Daher wurden wir angewiesen die nächsten Tage Frühstück auf das Zimmer zu bestellen.Ist ja grundsätzlich kein Problem, wenn ich in diesem Zimmer die Möglichkeit habe gemütlich zu frühstücken,und nicht wie ein Affe am Couchtisch mein Frühstück zu mir nehmen muss.Mag sein,das ich in der Hinsicht überteagiere,aber dassind keine 4 Sterne wert. Schade,aber dieses Hotel hat 2Stammgäste verloren,aber ich denke das merkt das Personal gar nicht.
