An excellent five days at this resort. We had just come from a 5 star beach resort so this probably doesn’t help my thoughts on this place however it was a great stay and for the price great value. I don’t really have any negatives to say it’s just abit rough around the edges for example some missing tiles on the side of the main pool, on our private pool the wood was loose on the patio and it could do with a lick of paint/some new covers on the sofa inside the living room(lots of stains on it from guests who obviously don’t look after things) apart from that the bedroom was lovely and modern as was the bathroom the cleaners did a great job cleaning the room. The aircon was brilliant two huge TVs in both rooms with Netflix ect and the internet was also fab we managed to stream football with no issues. The breakfast was amazing getting to choose what you want delivering to your room every day with the latest time 10:30am which I thought was brilliant. There is a newer building in this hotel where I can imagine things are newer however this block does not have the private pool rooms. All in all a fantastic stay for the price you cannot go wrong. A nice quiet laid back resort there was a lot of times of the day when we opened the gates from our patio to go into the main pool that no body was in there and we got it to ourselves. Nothing around really within walking distance however very cheap to get a taxi using grab or bolt and in the day time staff will take you to the 7/11 in the tuk tuk for supplies. Food panda also offers very good delivery service of food if you want to stay in.

Fantastic getaway beachfront little paradise. The ocean loft is the best room there is and certainly worth the price, it has 180° sea view unblocked and is very spacious. The swimming pool is located literally by the beach and you can lay down contemplating the waves. The resort has food, drinks and decent breakfast and the bellman is very helpful. The beach is super quiet and clean water, I would come back for sure and if you are looking for a beautiful sea view, nice rooms and a totally beachfront location avoiding crowds this is the place.

PPengguna TetamuThis hotel is not exactly smack in the middle of Cha-am nor Hua Hin. However, it is a true retreat by itself. Like an oasis that pops in the middle of the rural landscape just north of Cha-am, the weekend here was a bustle of activities. Very popular with families with kids. There were so many kids here filling up the main and kids’ pool on Saturday. As the weekend ended, on the late afternoon of Sunday and a good half of Monday, the resort turned peaceful. Finally, there was more water then Children. The kiddy pool has a large air-filled dome sprouting water sky high. Both kids and adults were having fun climbing up and sliding down the feature. In the main pool, they have a permanent floating obstacle course called a Wibit. It was enjoyable watching people, including children, crash and fall into the water as they attempted to complete the course. So Sofitel Hua Hin is just filled to the brim with amenities. They have a kids’ club, a mini golf full of mythical figurines and a cycling track. One can ride their complementary bicycle, or have children rent their mini mopeds, scooters and other toy-ish vehicles. They have a games room (but it was hot), a mini tennis court and a bigger one that doubles as a basketball court. 4 pools in total on this land parcel perpendicular to the sea. The one near the beachfront has a jacuzzi, and there is yet another one in front of the gym. A beach restaurant fringes the not so friendly ocean. The sea was rough and murky. The water came up the break wall that prevents the garden from spilling into the sea. There is a mini sand beach with a few deck chairs, but it wasn’t much of a beach. Breakfast and dinner, we had them in their main restaurant called White Oven. It was really an oven, the air-conditioning needs some work. Otherwise it was pleasing to sit outdoors in the light morning breeze. The breakfast was extensive, a good wide mix of local and western dishes. Moo Ping (pork satays morning version) was superbly tasty and tender. The gravy for Kanom Jin (Thai rice noodle) was of a good rich density. There was also ice cream served in the buffet. However, the chicken rice was off, and their Pla Tong Kor (dough fritters) was a failure in texture and in taste. For the two mornings I had them, I do not know if it was just me, they had a strong hint of something medical. The room we had was So Family that has two bunk beds tucked into the side behind the master bed. The room was a whopping 60 square meters and was intensely decorated. If you live in a condominium, you will wish your studio is as trendy as this. The bathroom is massive. I love the floor to ceiling shower best. They have push buttons to turn on the water. There is one that produce moderate rain, another for heavy rain, and I was looking for the third that produce hurricane. It is not available. PPengguna TetamuThe hotel is beach front and in the good location not far from Bangkok. Easy to travel to the Hua Hin downtown. The restaurant, bar and spa in the hotel are good choices if you don't want to go out. The price is not cheap but with high standard of five star hotel. We could say it' reasonable price, not very pricey. Love this place and absolutely will come back every year.

Mmunoymeenoypositive: *near the beach *have free parking Room: *Our Deluxe room smell so bad like pee(same like in their first floor, full of pee smell) *The staff mistakenly put extra bed in one of our room(superior). And they just went in to the room WITHOUT let us know at all.
When we asked whether anybody go inside and told them that went to guest room directly without prior notice is very rude and impolite. The reception only mention that they already knocked but no one answers. Therefore, they go inside by themselves. We told them we very mind regarding this matter. They still said that we dont need to worry, because they only issued one room card, other guest wont be go inside. The MAIN POINT is THE STAFF WENT INSIDE ROOM WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE and TOOK SOMETHING *Superior room also not clean correctly and have leftover garbage from previous guest *the pillow is hard and too high not comfortable for sleep *they night lamp broken one(deluxe) *not provide toothbrush for amenities. *their shower water so small and not stable, took so long for take a bath due to the water volume. Breakfast : *for the breakfast, they let us choose what time we will have. (choose every half hour since 07:00-09:00, they have very limited space for it, and indoor space was so hot). *Not much choice for breakfast *They let us wait so long just because the staff was discussing whether to collect more money from us for 2yo kid overall : *Not worth for the rate paid (usually we got much better room, amenities and service with this price in Huahin or Pattaya) *Definitely will NOT COME BACK AGAIN *NOT RECOMMENDED 優勢： *靠海邊 *有免費停車位 房間： *Deluxe房有很重的尿騷味（一樓進出口也是） *他們多給床在Superior房，撐著我們不在房內「未經過同意」直接進房內。我們去了解的時候，櫃檯員只說他們敲門了，因為沒有回應就自己進去，也請我們放心因為只提供一張門卡，所以其他客人絕對不會進去。 重點是沒有提早告知也沒經過同意私闖客房，還拿東西，這種行為是讓客人非常沒有安全感。 *Superior房內也沒清乾淨，還有前客的垃圾（酒瓶與煙灰缸） *枕頭太高，也很硬，無法巧，睡得很不舒服。 *床頭燈壞了也沒換新的。 *沒有提供牙刷 *洗澡的水很小也不穩定，造成洗澡要花很多時間。 早餐： *他們無法在早餐時間內隨時吃早餐，客人只能選時段要幾點吃早餐（以30分鐘為單位，早上7點開始到9點，登記的時候要選時段）。而且早餐室內的地方很小很密集很悶熱。 *早餐選擇很少，狀況也很淒慘（烤麵包機放兩個，一個不能用）。 *他們也不馬上讓我們用餐，一直跟櫃檯員討論是否要再跟我們再收費2歲小孩的早餐費。 總結： *在這裡花這個價格的房費是很不值得 （通常這個價格我們會得到更好的房間，備品與及服務） *絕對不會再來 *不會推薦給朋友

ข้อเสีย - ไกลจากตัวเมืองหัวหินพอสมควร ถ้าจะออกไปหาของกินข้างนอกร้านค้าบริเวณ รร มีน้อยมาก ถ้าไปช่วงเทศกาลหยุดยาว ก็จะให้บริการค่อนข้างช้า เช่น รถกอล์ฟให้บริการเท่าที่เห็นมีประมาณ 2 คัน ไปชายหาด แม่บ้านทำความสะอาดพื้นทางเดินบริเวณห้องพัก พื้นในลิฟต์ ที่เปียกจากการเล่นสวนน้ำของแขกเข้าพัก

DDamoJenksNow my second stay here and the hotel is good and very close to the beach and 7/11 but no bars nearby so you need to prepare for a walk or ride a bike. Cha-Am is limited for taxis and motorcycle rides, can’t really find any in fact. Most bars are at the opposite end of The beach road so quite a bit of a walk, around 2klm. Pool is very strong with chemicals. Pool access rooms are nice and good sized.
