Hotel berhampiran Outlet by Club 21, Cha Am

This is the best front beach hotel for family and chilling out even hotel was so busy but still very nice to stay here. Bar beach very nice. Only one staff at bar but she is very nice. FB servers are so lovely and nice to help and suggest. Specially K.Pon (sorry i forget his name) Front desk were attractive to help us specifically K.It (bell boy) he is very active. K.Puy (GSA) is good to help us also. Breakfast was okay, food is good. but I would love to recommend to egg station. FB should have a order papers egg because we have to stand there and wait. Room was smell not good but it okay. Water smelly from start but after a while it better. HK were nice. Overall here is very nice. We will come back here again.

Newly opened and cute design. The room is spacious with good quality mattress, great water pressure and beautiful decors. Everything in the room works well except for the bathroom design which needs immediate improvement. You cannot take a shower without making the whole floor wet (my room is superior type). I put a towel to block the water but this cannot be a permanent solution. Secondly, the bathroom wall is made of glass which looks modern but you cannot use the toilet without waking the other person in the middle of the night. Many people complains about the size of the swimming pool and common facilities but I know from the start it's a very small hotel so...The bar and bar rooftop area is a great place to hang with view of the sea. Breakfast is good compared to the price you pay. However, the reason I give it 3 stars only is the service, or lack of, at the restaurant during dinner time which is the worst I've ever experienced. There's like one lady minding the whole place and of course she never had time to come by to take our orders, check what we need or collect our plates or even get us the bill. My husband had to get up from the table 4-5 times during one dinner to go ask her for any kind of service. No need to say how slow the food was served. The wait and all wouldn't be so bad if there were some sorts of communications or apologies but I feel they just simply didn't care. That being said all the staff are very friendly. The 24 hours stay is a good concept but we were not informed during check in we needed to make a request in advance for check out time later than noon. Locationwise, there's nothing much in walking distance only 1-2 local food joints and one temple. Convinient stores are about 900 meters away on the main road. There's no beach.

Returning yet again, have been staying here for over 10 years, missed 2021 due to COVID19 regulations. Very spacious hotel in a beautiful setting, perhaps slightly worn around the edges but the pool and gardens are immaculately kept. Spacious room overlooking the pool and beach. The entrance lobby is stunning with seating areas to relax. The village nearby is struggling since covid and we try and patronise it as much as we can. The local family run restaurants serve traditional Thai cuisine at extremely reasonable prices. The hotel is also conveniently located for Hua Hin and Cha Am easily accessible by taxi. We will definitely return.

Excellent hotel for the beach. The breakfast is very good just ask the staff for eggs cooked the way you like. The room was very spacious and excellently clean. and we booked a pool room and you just opened the room door on to the terrace and stepped in to the pool. Very impressed The staff were incredibly kind and friendly. They could not do enough for us. We will definitely come back to this hotel The management should be very proud of their staff they were wonderful The manager was unbelievably kind as well and a lovely person

ที่พักคุ้มค่าคุ้มราคา มีเวลคัมดริ้งค์ต้อนรับ และมีอาหารเช้า พนักงานบริการดี น่ารัก ที่พักสะอาด มีลานจอดรถห่างจากที่พัก 200 เมตร และที่พักแค่เดินข้ามฝั่งไปก็ถึงทะเลแล้วค่ะ แต่ที่พักไม่มีลิฟท์ ตอนที่พักได้ชั้น 4 ก็แอบเดินเหนื่อยนิดนึง และคิดว่าไม่ใช่ข้อเสียอะไรในส่วนนี้ เพียงแต่ว่าถ้ามีผู้สูงอายุก็จะไม่สะดวก ซึ่งเราสามารถเลือกจองแบบชั้น 1 ได้นะคะ ความคิดเห็นส่วนตัวในข้อเสียคือ น้ำไหลน้อย ไม่แน่ใจว่าเพราะพักชั้น 4 หรือเปล่า แต่ก็มีบางช่วงที่เหมือนจะไหลปกติค่ะ

Very pleasant 4 night stay, the suite (336) was very quiet except on our last night (4th Jan) when someone close by decided to use the jacuzzi around midnight and were banging doors very loudly until around 02.00. The suite was well appointed and comfortable but the shower rooms are both in need of updating. The housekeeping staff are excellent. Breakfast is very good and also a good variety of foods. The dinner menu is a bit limited but it was good to get decent properly cooked vegetables and meats cooked to perfection. Generally the waiters are better than the waitresses! The pool is good with several different areas for sitting but could do with more sunshades, particularly on the sandy beach section. Reception staff are all very attentive and friendly. I would recommend this hotel and would return.

Le prix de l’hébergement : nous avons eu l’impression d’avoir payé très cher. Hôtel en cette période essentiellement occupé par des Norvégiens qui sont intarissable sur l’absence de maintenance des locaux et des équipements. L’échelle de la piscine a perdu une marche, il y a trois ou quatre ans, mais cela n’a toujours pas été réparé. Autre détail, l’hôtel ne savait pas ce qu’était une lampe de chevet, seul un plafonnier éclairait la chambre.

Das die Zeiten nach Corona schwer sind,steht außer Frage,aber dann sollte man sich doch über jeden solventen Kunden freuen und symbolisch den roten Teppich ausrollen.Aber nicht in diesem Hotel.Man hat als nicht Thai sprechender Gast auf ganzer Linie verloren,man bekommt immer das Gefühl lästig zu sein und Fragen können aufgrund von Sprachbarrieren auch nicht beantwortet werden.Da wir seit Jahren immer wieder im Tara Mantra zu Gast waren,konnte ich den Zerfall dieses Hotels noch näher miterleben. Die Zimmer sind schmuddelig,nicht wirklich gepflegt,das Bad möchte ich auch nicht näher beschreiben. Das Frühstück wurde von Jahr zu Jahr spärlicher bis es sich heute zu einer Katastrophe entwickelt.Der Frühstücksraum hat jetzt für ein paar Tage geschlossen da nur 3Zimmer in diesem Hotel belegt sind.Daher wurden wir angewiesen die nächsten Tage Frühstück auf das Zimmer zu bestellen.Ist ja grundsätzlich kein Problem, wenn ich in diesem Zimmer die Möglichkeit habe gemütlich zu frühstücken,und nicht wie ein Affe am Couchtisch mein Frühstück zu mir nehmen muss.Mag sein,das ich in der Hinsicht überteagiere,aber dassind keine 4 Sterne wert. Schade,aber dieses Hotel hat 2Stammgäste verloren,aber ich denke das merkt das Personal gar nicht.

ห้องพักสะดวกสบายและสะอาด สามารถเล่นน้ำทะเลใกล้ๆโดยแค่ข้ามฝั่งถนนก็คือชายหาด เล่นเสร็จมาอาบน้ำที่ห้องพักได้ มีจุดล้างทรายบริหน้าห้องพัก(ก่อนเข้าห้อง) หาอาหารทานได้สะดวกร้านค้าหน้าที่พักมีมาก และอยู่ใกล้เซเว่น #แต่สิ่งที่ต้องปรับปรุงคือ ประตูห้องน้ำที่จับไม่มีปิดไม่ได้ ไฟสวิตซ์เดียวกันทุกดวง ควรมีไฟหัวเตียงหรือแยกสวิตซ์จะได้เปิดหรือปิดบางดวง พนง.เวลาทำความสะอาดด้านหน้าห้องบางครั้งถูกพื้นกระแทกโดนประตูบ่อยมาก รบกวนเวลานอนหรือพักผ่อนของผู้เข้าพัก
