We really happy,feel relaxing,comfortable while we stay here. Hotel staffs are quite helpful,very good service and warm welcome. Hotel is cleanest and good facilities. Breakfast is very selective and tasting is so good. Aviyana is a beautiful,we got sea view room included B/F be good value for money. We’ll comeback with big family and my dog.

Has been written to the hotel to inform that we'll celebrate our 28-year anniversary, but nothing it's happen to wow us upon check-in. Maybe Dusit Thani Hua Hin doesn't practice how to wow the guest to make the stay more memorable. Check-in was efficient with the friendly front staff, and thanks to the manager for her flexibility to let us have a late check out. Decent room size and facing the pool and beach view. Big landscape with a beautiful pool and beach, suitable for families or couples with a romantic night. Breakfast is superb, pretty much choice and food is tasty, comfortable ambience to enjoy the morning breakfast with a good start of the day. In room dining food is also tasty with reasonable prices. Not but not least, all staff are just amazing with excellent service from the front desk, housekeeping, room service, and the bell team, especially bellman khun X. He is superb, always assisted me during my stay. Never regret choosing Dusit Thani for this stay.

The hotel is beach front and in the good location not far from Bangkok. Easy to travel to the Hua Hin downtown. The restaurant, bar and spa in the hotel are good choices if you don't want to go out. The price is not cheap but with high standard of five star hotel. We could say it' reasonable price, not very pricey. Love this place and absolutely will come back every year.

I don't know where to start. This hotel is just beautiful, fabulous views . We stayed in the villa with a partial seaview and the room did not disappoint. Amazing clean pool and grounds. The room itself was spacious and spotless, very comfortable beds excellent bedlinen, every detail was thought of . The staff could not do enough for us , my friend has sight problems and they were so very respectful and helpful towards her, nothing was too much trouble . You were greeted with a smile from everyone. Service and food in the restaurant was fabulous and there was plenty of options in the morning for breakfast. The lady that owns he hotel came and spoke to us on a few occasions and she was a joy to talk to , she cares so much about the hotel and her staff. To say we were sad to leave this place was an understatement, cannot wait to go back.

Our recent stay at Sheraton Resort and Spa Huahin was absolutely exceptional. We checked in on July 24 and stayed for three nights and four days. The entire experience was smooth and amazing, as it always is when we visit. The outstanding service we received ensured that we will make this an annual sister trip. Every department, from the bell boys who collected our bags to the front desk staff who facilitated check-in and check-out, was incredibly helpful. In particular, K. Orijin demonstrated great kindness and a service-oriented mindset. During our stay, only one restaurant, Luna Lanai, was open on weekdays. However, all three of our meals - breakfast, lunch, and dinner - were enjoyed there, and the food and beverage team never failed to impress. They were incredibly accommodating, even going so far as to ask the chef to prepare meals not on the menu based on our preferences. We would like to extend our gratitude to the entire F&B team for taking such good care of us and making us feel like royalty. It is because of their dedication and exceptional service that we have decided to make this an annual tradition, spending our sisters' trip at this beautiful hotel. A special thank you goes to Chef A, Sunee, Oh, Dom, Noom, and the SV team consisting of Surat, Alex, Manfa, Yodsanon, and Bam. Each of them played a significant role in making our meals outstanding. I first stayed at this resort almost 10 years ago when it was under a different brand, and this time am back staying in the pool villa with my family and 10-month old daughter. As anyone with kids will know, a ”holiday” with a baby is quite challenging! Thankfully the staff at the Palayana were very helpful and supportive, from providing us with a baby cot and bathtub, high chair with safety harness, coming to clean up messes late at night, and even cooking special meals for the baby! Big thank you to the team! Pool villas here are 2 levels, with the pool on the rooftop. The upper sala pavillion of the pool villas have been refurbished to be all airconditioned with a bathroom. Although having to climb up the stairs outdoors to go up is not convenient especially in rainy weather. Villas still nice but a bit old, our rain shower was not working. Breakfast buffet is good. Beachfront is nice.

Das Hotel ist wunderschön, der Service einzigartig. Wir wurden herzlich mit einem Erfrischungsgetränk in der Lobby empfangen. Danach wurden wir zu unserem Zimmer gebracht, alles wurde durch einen freundlichen Mitarbeiter erklärt. Das Hotelzimmer war gross, hell und sauber. Jeden Tag wurde es gereinigt, neue Handtücher bereitgelegt. Ein Balkon mit Blick auf den Hoteleingang war dabei. Der Swimmingpool mit Blick auf das Meer war atemberaubend. Das Restaurant in dem wir das Abendessen zu uns nahmen war ebenfalls mit Blick auf das Meer wunderschön. Der Service war einzigartig, das Personal super nett und zuvorkommend. Waren immer darauf bedacht das es uns an nichts fehlte. Der Abschied fiel schwer, denn es war ein traumhafter Urlaub in einem tollen Land, mit sehr freundlichen, entspannten Menschen die uns den hektischen Alltag in unserer Heimat vergessen ließen. Sehr gerne kommen wir, wenn es uns möglich ist, in dieses wunderschöne Land sowie Resort wieder.

A very satisfying experience, what we liked the most was the slide in the swimming pool and the poolside billiards. We all had a great time.
The overall feeling was very clean, and the kitchen facilities were also well-equipped.
The host was very thoughtful, as they had prepared some cakes in the refrigerator for us as a snack before we arrived, and the next day they also brought us fruits and distilled water. The most considerate thing was that the host helped arrange a massage therapist to come to the villa for a massage, and it was really good, and the price was cheap.
Although the location is not in the city center, it only takes 15 to 20 minutes by car, and there is a beach within a 10-minute walk. If you don't drive, calling a car is also very convenient, so I don't think the location is a big problem.
We unanimously recommend it to our friends around us!

The hotel is relatively private and beachfront. However, if you don’t have a car, it can be difficult to travel to the hotel. There is a hotel shuttle available from Hua Hin Clock Tower.
The room is very nice, but the service is average. The room is spacious, and even the bathroom is large. I think this hotel is best suited for solo travelers, couples, or families.

Set amidst lush greenery, this chic beachside retreat offered luxurious amenities and thoughtful touches that elevated our romantic getaway. The Baba Grand Corner Suite (Suite number 3411 – located on the 11th floor) served as our luxurious haven, featuring an expansive 90 degree balcony with day beds that provided the perfect spot to unwind and admire the stunning sunset views. The suite's contemporary design, complemented by innovative lighting, created a romantic ambiance that resonated throughout our stay. We also noticed that the fittings and furnishings and all the materials used in the room and bathroom were of high quality. The large bathroom with soak-in tub, shower and the separate automatic toilet system were also appreciated. All-in-all the technologies used scream modernity and sophistication. Each evening, the meticulous turn-down service welcomed us back to a serene atmosphere, setting the stage for relaxation and rejuvenation as we tucked ourselves into a very comfortable medium hard bed with plush linens. The complimentary minibar, stocked with our favorite refreshments including some typical Thai snacks and drinks added an extra layer of comfort and convenience to our experience. Our culinary journey at Soul Food, the resort's main restaurant, was nothing short of exceptional. We savored the Moo Hong (pork) dish and wok-style Phad Sew noodle dish, both masterfully prepared and served in a modern, chic setting that seamlessly blended with the resort's lush surroundings. Everything in the room works well except for the bathroom design which needs immediate improvement. You cannot take a shower without making the whole floor wet (my room is superior type). I put a towel to block the water but this cannot be a permanent solution. Secondly, the bathroom wall is made of glass which looks modern but you cannot use the toilet without waking the other person in the middle of the night. Many people complains about the size of the swimming pool and common facilities but I know from the start it's a very small hotel so...The bar and bar rooftop area is a great place to hang with view of the sea. Breakfast is good compared to the price you pay. However, the reason I give it 3 stars only is the service, or lack of, at the restaurant during dinner time which is the worst I've ever experienced. There's like one lady minding the whole place and of course she never had time to come by to take our orders, check what we need or collect our plates or even get us the bill. My husband had to get up from the table 4-5 times during one dinner to go ask her for any kind of service. No need to say how slow the food was served. The wait and all wouldn't be so bad if there were some sorts of communications or apologies but I feel they just simply didn't care. That being said all the staff are very friendly. The 24 hours stay is a good concept but we were not informed during check in we needed to make a request in advance for check out time later than noon. Locationwise, there's nothing much in walking distance only 1-2 local food joints and one temple. Convinient stores are about 900 meters away on the main road. There's no beach.

PPengguna TetamuWhile it might not be the newest or most attractive hotel in this part of north Cha-Am beach, it offers pretty good value for money. In many ways it sums up the whole area, which has become a little worn and jaded but is clinging on to some hope that things might improve. The good The swimming pool is a decent size and seemed to be fairly popular from morning till evening. There are tables and loungers around the pool so it's a good place to relax and take a dip. The sea isn't too inviting, especially with the jet-skis, banana boats, and never ending rows of umbrellas and tables to eat on which simply make the beach a plastic paradise, so it's definitely your best option if you want to cool off and avoid stepping on plastic bottles. The room we had, a deluxe sea view on the 18th floor, was spacious with a small balcony overlooking the sea. There was a chaise longue which acted as a bed for one of the children we had, and the hotel was happy to provide extra towels and pillows. We booked for 4 but as usual they only provide for 2, but asking for extra stuff is fine. I can't comment on the other rooms as we didn't see or visit any. The decor is a bit faded but we thought it was fine for what you pay. Breakfast was fairly decent, really. Good selection of Thai dishes, mini croissants, banana cakes, and an egg station, which is always welcome. A decent coffee machine would be a huge bonus as there didn't seem to be anywhere you could get a decent one without walking out of the hotel and down the street. The not so good This is a BIG hotel. If you suffer from vertigo, then the lifts could be a problem as they have a glass back facing into the open atrium, which actually stretches from the ground floor all the way up to the roof, 21 floors above. If anyone suffers from a fear of heights then ask to use the service lift, which is a properly enclosed one. I don't think the staff would mind at all. And because it's so big, so much of the space seemed to be empty of any activity. The reception area is quite pleasant but there seemed to be three restaurants, which, except for breakfast which moved from one place to another in the few days we were there, never had anyone in them. I didn't really worry if they were open or not as we wanted to eat meals outside anyway, but it did seem to add to the rather forlorn aspect of the rest of Cha-Am. Overall, we thought it was fine for what we paid and it's in a great location, close to the beach and a range of eating places up and down the main street.

The main room and bathroom could use more lighting since I found the rooms are not well-lit during the evenings/nights. The beds are a bit firm for my liking. The beach being a block away is wonderful and there are many shops/restaurants in the area. The hotel staff is friendly, too bad she didn't give me a room on the other side of the hotel which has the better sea views. The included breakfast has a decent selection of dishes. For the price paid (about 1350 baht/night), it was a good hotel stay for two nights. My rating is 4 out of 5 stars. Cheers!

MMJ98First impressions: The hotel appears small from the front but stretches back quite far. It is noticeable that there is not much parking and I am not sure what accommodations they make in busier times of the year, however, it wasn't a problem for us on the day we stayed there. The staff were very friendly from the moment we arrived and we were well received by the staff who spoke good English and explained everything that we needed to know. Heading upstairs and seeing the restaurant and the swimming pools we were surprised by the size of the place, given the small frontage. There are multiple swimming pools located near each cluster of rooms so they're not always too full of people and there's plenty of space to relax in the pool and swim. The restaurant may appear small but breakfast times are split and you tell the staff when you arrive when you'd like breakfast so you'll be guaranteed space in the morning.
The Room: We chose the seaview room with a jacuzzi. The room had a nice view of the sea and the bed was very big and comfortable. We were particularly impressed by the size of the bathroom. The hotel provides slippers, dressing gowns and flip flops which all came in really handy. Additionally, items on the mini bar were complimentary which was a nice touch. The jacuzzi was also a nice addition but one complaint about the room is that not all of the controls worked for us. Also we found that the lighting in the room was a little strange and most of the lights were controlled by a large panel of switches next to the bed which was not very practical. Other than this the room was immaculately clean and the design was very nice.
The location: The hotel is not too far from the main road which makes it quite easily accessible by car. It is located on a road which does not have much else so it's appropriate for taking a relaxing walk, however if you want to find a shop you need to drive. We went to Cha Am town centre in the evening for the night market. It was very close by (by car) and had lots of options for food. The hotel also offers food in the evening, but there isn't anything else within walking distance.

PPengguna TetamuThis hotel is not exactly smack in the middle of Cha-am nor Hua Hin. However, it is a true retreat by itself. Like an oasis that pops in the middle of the rural landscape just north of Cha-am, the weekend here was a bustle of activities. Very popular with families with kids. There were so many kids here filling up the main and kids’ pool on Saturday. As the weekend ended, on the late afternoon of Sunday and a good half of Monday, the resort turned peaceful. Finally, there was more water then Children. The kiddy pool has a large air-filled dome sprouting water sky high. Both kids and adults were having fun climbing up and sliding down the feature. In the main pool, they have a permanent floating obstacle course called a Wibit. It was enjoyable watching people, including children, crash and fall into the water as they attempted to complete the course. So Sofitel Hua Hin is just filled to the brim with amenities. They have a kids’ club, a mini golf full of mythical figurines and a cycling track. One can ride their complementary bicycle, or have children rent their mini mopeds, scooters and other toy-ish vehicles. They have a games room (but it was hot), a mini tennis court and a bigger one that doubles as a basketball court. 4 pools in total on this land parcel perpendicular to the sea. The one near the beachfront has a jacuzzi, and there is yet another one in front of the gym. A beach restaurant fringes the not so friendly ocean. The sea was rough and murky. The water came up the break wall that prevents the garden from spilling into the sea. There is a mini sand beach with a few deck chairs, but it wasn’t much of a beach. Breakfast and dinner, we had them in their main restaurant called White Oven. It was really an oven, the air-conditioning needs some work. Otherwise it was pleasing to sit outdoors in the light morning breeze. The breakfast was extensive, a good wide mix of local and western dishes. Moo Ping (pork satays morning version) was superbly tasty and tender. The gravy for Kanom Jin (Thai rice noodle) was of a good rich density. There was also ice cream served in the buffet. However, the chicken rice was off, and their Pla Tong Kor (dough fritters) was a failure in texture and in taste. For the two mornings I had them, I do not know if it was just me, they had a strong hint of something medical. The room we had was So Family that has two bunk beds tucked into the side behind the master bed. The room was a whopping 60 square meters and was intensely decorated. If you live in a condominium, you will wish your studio is as trendy as this. The bathroom is massive. I love the floor to ceiling shower best. They have push buttons to turn on the water. There is one that produce moderate rain, another for heavy rain, and I was looking for the third that produce hurricane. It is not available. DDamoJenksNow my second stay here and the hotel is good and very close to the beach and 7/11 but no bars nearby so you need to prepare for a walk or ride a bike. Cha-Am is limited for taxis and motorcycle rides, can’t really find any in fact. Most bars are at the opposite end of The beach road so quite a bit of a walk, around 2klm. Pool is very strong with chemicals. Pool access rooms are nice and good sized.
