Very welcoming and excellent service from the staff including Vivek and Parmesh. Highly recommend this stay in Shravasti. Will definitely come again! Location wise, very close to all the sights and the buffet had a splendid selection and was super tasty!

We had a very pleasant stay here in Sravasti, the service was great, everyine including vivek and Parmesh at the reception and the rest of the staff was very helpful. Love the food! The hotel is very close to the main historical/religious sites.

The highlight of my stay is the very warm welcome from the staff. The staff were very helpful and attentive including Parmesh and Vivek. The food were also a highlight as there was a big selection of food and tasted great! Rooms were clean and were comfortable. Highly recommendable!

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. All staffs are great, nice, friendly especially Mr. Arun, Rane , Parmesh, Pankas and all staffs. The food is so delicious, Indian, Thai , Chinese foods. I appreciate, thank you so much for warm welcome. I recommend this hotel.

It's great the staff is fabulous the food is very delicious and the rooms and services are also good 5-star hotel for sure. The internet is also very good the parking, weather, children's area are also very interesting.

Room Cleanliness: I must emphasize the importance of maintaining impeccable room cleanliness. During my recent visits, I noticed certain areas that needed more attention. Improving the cleanliness standards will undoubtedly leave a positive impression on guests. 2. Bedding Covers: It is expected that bedding covers are changed on a daily basis to ensure a hygienic and comfortable stay. Unfortunately, this was not consistently implemented during my last visit, and I recommend ensuring proper adherence to this practice. 3. Electric Cuts: Frequent electric cuts can be quite disruptive and inconvenient for guests. It is essential to address this issue promptly to provide a seamless and enjoyable stay. 4. Paint Smell: Lingering paint smells in the hotel can be unpleasant for guests. Proper ventilation and using low-VOC paint can help mitigate this issue and create a more pleasant atmosphere. 5. Construction Noise: Continuous construction noise can disturb the peace and tranquility of the hotel environment. We booked 6 rooms with higher price compare to the website ( 5000 rupees / room)and had bad experience. Water in no 1014 have really bad smell , i can not even wash my face. Service s not that much good compare with price . The breakfast for 2 drivers was not included even when i book they confirmed will give . just because drives have breakfast same place with us then charge more .

It was an extravagant stay here with family, beautiful clean and tidy rooms and amazing staff to rely on and the food was undoubtedly delicious. Overall fabulous stay. They have a variety of cuisine which is really credibile. Overall highly recommended.

whatever you need you can get here like tasty food, clean room, positive vibes or amazing ambiance, what more you want from any hotel. In one word you can say perfect hotel. I was sitting in the lobby, there was a guest from Vietnam, they just came from lumbini and they stay there in some 5 star hotel and even they are saying that this hotel is better than this. I will try to come this hotel again.
