Lovely place, spacious rooms and excellent service. We did not have a 'room with a view', yet the passages are large enough to hang out and enjoy the mountains and the setting sun. The open air restaurant and its wood-fired pizza make the time spent memorable. On one of the days, the towels and napkins were not replaced during room-service, but they did it after we called the reception. A strongly recommended place if you want to spend time at Dalousie.

I stayed at this ashoka grand hotel from 26-29th dec 2024 and it was a wonderful experience. The rooms were cottage style and still quite spacious. Washrooms were adequately clean and had all the essentials required. The rooms had heaters which made the stay during freezing temperatures quite comfortable. They also have a restaurant which served us delicious food throughout the day and the common area of the restaurant also had games like pool, ludo and chess which we enjoyed during our stay. The staff at the hotel were really helpful and proactive. As we got lucky to witness heavy snowfall during our stay, the view from the room of the snow capped trees and mountains was breathtaking! Lastly, the host Ritesh is really a super host as he kept checking with us for all our needs throughout the stay and even helped us arrange our transport private cab. 10/10 recommend if you are travelling to dalhousie.

Location of this hotel was convenient and very near to main tourist spot. Staff & hospitality was very good and caring. Particularly hotel mamager mr. Rohit was very warm and supposrtive. Food was very good. They served us with special himachali thali and v rat thali. Restaurant staff was nice and hence over all experience was awesome.
