Hotel Chamonix dengan Spa

버스정류장과 가까워 위치가 최고였습니다. (특히 저희는 버스로 샤모니에 새벽 도착, 새벽 출발하는 일정이어서 더더욱 편했습니다.) 또한 에기뒤미디 케이블카 승강장도 바로 앞입니다. 위치뿐만 아니라 조식도 맛있고, 모든 직원분들이 친절하고 서비스가 좋았습니다. 합리적인 가격과 서비스를 제공받을 수 있는 호텔입니다. 덕분에 샤모니에서 기분좋은 기억을 가지고 떠납니다.

1 night stop over in Chamonix. Location good short walk into town but parking underground so useless if you have a roof box. View from balcony nice but uncomfortably hot at night as no air con and also there is no fridge. Carpet looked grubby as did corridors. Liked the layout of the room and shower was good.

The hotel and amenities were very nice, but I paid 20€ extra for a room with a “mountain view,” though the view was actually just a parking lot and back alley of the telepherique on the first floor. Would recommend you make sure to check what you are getting before paying extra for a “view.” Staff were not particularly warm or accommodating. With all the wonderful lodging options in Chamonix, would likely choose elsewhere next time.

Best hotel on our trip!! The service was tremendous, the rooms were amazing and the breakfast was delicious. The beds were so comfortable and the rooms were very spacious. Miguel is fantastic!! He showed us around the hotel, helped us with dinner reservations, and answered all of our questions. We would definitely stay in this hotel again!

Visited for skiing. Will certainly go back. Rooms great. Bed extremely comfortable. Food well above average (we had half board - choice was great although maybe less so if you are vegetarian). The staff were ever so friendly and helpful. The hotel is not near other facilities or bars etc - however we had a car with us which proved great for getting to the ski lift car parks (ski bus also stops about 200 yds from hotel). We loved it, even better than we had hoped.

推薦一下霞慕尼的這家酒店，格蘭德，就在小鎮中心街道臨河，離纜車站步行幾分鐘。但我推薦原因不是位置，是難得硬件條件好的酒店，服務這麽得體和用心。因為酒店在中心，霞慕尼很多街道10:30-6:00限車進入，很多路段又是狹窄的單行，我昨天在繞了幾條路無果情況下打電話給酒店，服務人員很清晰的給我GPS坐標，一路指引我開到酒店私人停車場，讓工作人員去接應我。到了之後，很貼心的介紹，聊天，當問我要不要預定一下當地好吃的晚餐時，我說，不需要了，我要控制體重……前台女士幽默的自嘲說，哦，你怎麼也我們法國女人一樣了，錯過了多少美食！入住時問我來自哪裡？說北京是個大城市吧，我們衹有 1 萬人而已……知道我休息下要去SPA又貼心的給我畫地圖，讓我回房間休息換衣服。而今早，當酒店服務人員給我端上來做的Omelette和咖啡，看着擺盤和拉花，這真是我吃過自助早餐裏最有誠意的了，感覺每一分鐘都被舒適的用心對待了，這種服務才是最好的體驗！而酒店裝修風格也是我喜歡的老式的，但是也是明媚的，乾燥的，有漂亮露台能看到雪山的。

Nice hotel with good service. Super central. We came to escape the heat wave with family, but with no air conditioning, it was still pretty warm… I booked on the telephone (in French) and reserved for adults and children, specifically because the hotel has a pool. I asked about the pool and Spa hours too. WARNING: they did NOT tell me on the phone that children are not allowed in the pool and spa - (only 1030-1230) - but since checkout is at 11, that means basically not at all if you only stay one night. I understand the rules, and the reason why they don’t want a noisy spa, but they should have made this VERY clear up front. So recommend this hotel for adults only. Families with children should stay somewhere else.

We loved our 4 night stay at the Alpina Eclectic Hotel & Spa. Upon check in, we were upgraded to a balcony room on the 6th floor. Our room was good sized with modern decor and plenty of storage. Comfy bed with soft pillows, slept like a log. There is an area for clothes and cases tucked away behind the main bedroom to keep the room tidy. Separate toilet and bathroom was a bit odd as you have to go into another room to wash your hands but it was fine and we got used to it! Bathroom comes equipped with hairdryer, hand wash, shampoo and shower gel, very nice scent. Reception are happy to provide more toiletries if needed. We used the nespresso coffee machine each morning and the housekeeping staff kept the pods replenished throughout our stay. We really enjoyed the complementary one hour spa session per day. Robes and slippers are provided in the room. The heated ski room was fantastic too. There is a cafe onsite to grab some lunch/drinks and a bon bon sweetie bar in reception to help yourself to a treat on the way in/out of the hotel. The hotel is in a great location with ski bus stops just outside and lots of shops, bars and restaurants nearby. Ski hire shop onsite as well. Staff are friendly and willing to help with any questions or recommendations. We would not hesitate to stay in the Alpina next time we are in Chamonix.

FIRST OF ALL THE LOCATION WAS EXCELLENT. ABOUT 1 MINUTE WALKING FROM CITY CENTER ALL STAFF WERE EXTREMELY POLITE AND ANY QUESTIONS WE HAD THEY WERE WILING TO HELP US. ROOM NUMBER 20 THAT THEY GAVE US WAS SO COSY, BIG AND COMFORTABLE. HAD AN AMAZING MOUNTAIN VIEW! HAVE A BIG JACUZZI AND A SAUNA! CLEAN HOTEL! THE ONLY THING I DIDN'T LIKE WAS THE FACT THAT FOR 7 DAYS OF OUR STAY BREAKFAST WAS THE SAME EVERY SINGLE DAY BUT RATHER THAN THAT EVERYTHING WAS EXCELLENT! ALSO FIRE PLACE WAS FAKE WHICH IN REALITY THEY HAVE A FIRE PLACE BUT THEY INSTALLED A FAKE ON TOP OF IT! 😉
