Lovely hotel with excellent service and friendly staff. Very affordable and Close to everything. We were offered to use sauna by ourselves for an hour as long as you book ahead. Highly recommended.

โรงแรมจะไม่ได้อยู่ในเมือง ห่างจากในตัวเมืองประมาณ2กิโล สำหรับคนที่ชอบที่พักไม่วุ่นวายและเป็นส่วนตัว ต้องที่นี่และค่ะ เป็นป่าล้อมรอบ และเป็นที่เล่นสกีตรงโรงแรมเลยพร้อมวิวภูเขาสวย มีที่จอดรถกว้างขวางค่ะ

原來是很期待住在這個酒店的，訂了一間的大一點的房子，後來他給了我們小的普通房，我向酒店投訴，這不是我訂的房間，後來給我換了大一點的房間，不過在三樓，酒店門口得staff應該是沒有經驗得服務生，說話也很不好聽，眼睛翻來翻去的，樓下服務生，還說，這就是你訂的房間，我真的很無語！ 後來看到照片才發現不是我訂的，當然酒店還和我道歉送了小香檳，但是經歷也很差！我又想做SPA，服務生說，我們酒店很滿，問了很久一直也沒有回覆，第二天早上再問，其實明明就有位子！非常差的經歷在這個酒店，完全不像五星級酒店，再也不會來了！ 🤦🏻♀️🥲

Really nice hotel with great amenities. Be sure to check out the sauna on the roof as it looks out onto the mountains in spectacular fashion! The room was nice and very clean and the staff was attentive and helpful. This property is right in the city center and you can see the train station from the front door. A really good property and I highly recommend!

景色不錯、房間比較舊了，沒有任何服務的，前台就一個人，沒有服務員，需要什麼是要自己下樓拿的，沒有人送到房間、不具備四星水平。離小鎮中心比較遠，如果沒有自駕就不太適合，平路要走8分鐘，上坡路要走十分鐘，非常陡峭，什麼都不拿走路都要一路休息很久，更別説拖行李了，除了自駕沒有任何交通工具，由於打車太貴，下山是自己走的要18分鐘左右，上山出租車30歐，Uber20歐，酒店唯一的餐廳需要提前很久預訂，因此不得不每天在外吃飯打車回來，滑雪不友好，負一樓有存雪具的地方，是所有人的雪具放在一個沒有暖氣的小房間內、不像其他同等酒店都有一人一個儲物櫃，並且沒有烘鞋器，由於第一天大雪、第二天雪鞋裡麪還是濕的、這一點體驗較差！

Hotel super pertinho do centro de chamonix, estacionamento gratuito, lindíssimas vistas das montanhas, atendimento super gentil, hotel muito charmoso, elegante e aconchegante!!!!

LLou15EPool wasnt warm so wasnt as nice as I had hoped. Would if loved a sauna at the hotel over a jacuzzi, that again wasnt warm.
Good breakfast! Definitely worth the extra to get you fuelled for the slopes. I 100% would recommend hiring a car, we managed to venture to other ski slopes and get home when we wanted to rather than having to go vis the bus timetable. The bus stop is on the hotel grounds though so not too bad. Not walking distance to the slopes. The hotel staff were great. Gave some good advise on getting over to Italy for the a day, we had the mont blanc ultimate pass and was totally worth it to visit Italy and the wider slopes. The ski shop gentleman was amazing, super helpful.
Well worth the money to stay there.

PPengguna TetamuWe had a beautiful stay, check it was amazing and even though we arrived early they were kind enough to store our bags so we could walk around the town while we waited for check in time. The view from the room was beautiful and the amenities were great! The only downside we had was getting 2 beds but we knew beforehand that it was a possibility. Check out was simple and painless and breakfast was delicious. We would definitely rebook here.

AAl MasrooriEverything was good except the fact that has poor ventilation. No fan or A/c so feels quite sticky inside. However, staff, location and services really good. Requested to change room due to the noise from train and the manager was very helpful and lovely to assist. Would love to stay again but in winter

RRi_0It was the perfect couple stay. The hotel is not in the city centre, it’s just next to the gold club. The view is amazing. The room have chalet vibes which was soo nice and cozy. They had a spa and sauna which was free to use for guests and it was soo nice. I can’t stress enough on the beauty of the view. Would 100 recommend and go back.

GGayeong버스정류장과 가까워 위치가 최고였습니다. (특히 저희는 버스로 샤모니에 새벽 도착, 새벽 출발하는 일정이어서 더더욱 편했습니다.) 또한 에기뒤미디 케이블카 승강장도 바로 앞입니다.
위치뿐만 아니라 조식도 맛있고, 모든 직원분들이 친절하고 서비스가 좋았습니다.
합리적인 가격과 서비스를 제공받을 수 있는 호텔입니다.
덕분에 샤모니에서 기분좋은 기억을 가지고 떠납니다.

PPengguna TetamuActually we are not stay at the La Croix Blanche but Alpina Electric Hotel, this is due to La Croix Blanche due to low season, but with their arrangement, we managed to stay at Alpina Electric Hotel, which is very good stay. Thanks for the such good arrangement.
