Ulasan Yatai Hotel

Pengalaman yang sungguh luar biasa. Saya hanya akan tinggal di sana selama dua malam, tetapi memutuskan untuk melanjutkan penginapan saya kerana bilik dan perkhidmatan yang hebat. Seorang gadis meja depan sangat baik, dia boleh bercakap sedikit bahasa Inggeris.

Saya mempunyai penginapan yang hebat di sini, dan saya berharap ia lebih lama kerana Changchun benar-benar sebuah bandar yang menarik dengan banyak harta karun. Kakitangan di Yatai Hotel membuat saya merasa sangat dialu-alukan, dan selalu sopan dan cekap. Saya mendapat sebilangan buah dan sup segar (percuma) di dalam bilik saya semasa menginap. Ruangan itu sangat luas dan selesa, dan hotel ini berada di lokasi pusat di jalan utama utara-selatan, hanya 2 menit berjalan kaki dari stesen kereta bawah tanah terdekat di Renmin Square. Saya dengan senang hati akan kembali ke sini.

Hotel yang sangat bagus. Kakitangan yang membantu. Biliknya bagus dan bersih. Lokasi yang hebat.

I had a terrible experience at Atour X Changchun Station: took an hour to find the hotel & the room was not ready at 5pm cause they allowed their members to check out at 3pm to 6pm. We went out to eat and came back 40mins later to check in but was told that they CANNOT accept foreigners. They canceled our room booking & told me to find another hotel. Immediately I chatted with Trip.com staff for help. Within 5mins she changed my booking to Yatai hotel :) we were happy staying at Yatai 👍

I stayed for one week and had a business room. The window curtains didn't work and were full of dust. The room itself was ok. Breakfast was not so good (my opinion)and the tables were not very clean. Not a lot of choice and not really something for foreigners who are looking for bread with some sausage and cold cuts of cheese. But even without the bread , the food was just not so good. You might need some help at the front desk, as they do not speak English at all. I would definitely not come again, just because the breakfast wasn't really good. For people which like to safe some Mo ey and do not care about the breakfast , it's totally fine. Even the room furniture are outdated but still acceptable.

It is the excellent hotel. I will come back again. Breakfast is good. Near metro station. Not far from changchun railway station.

The location is good and convenient, surrounded by shopping malls, food streets and park nearby.

Yatai is a clean, beautiful hotel. No noice and friendly service from staff

We had a wonderful stay at the Yatai Hotel, the staff were amazing; extremely friendly, helpful and the service throughout our stay was of a high professional standard. We were close to great restaurants and tourist sights, we could walk to almost everywhere, and centrally located only a short 5-10min taxi ride to the Changchun Railway Station. The rooms were very clean, modern and convenient. This was my second stay at Yatai Hotel. And it won’t be my last!

The hotel is in a good location at the centre of Changchun. It has a decent fitness center. The room is clean and the bed is great. However, the room is small and designed on a way that you can't open up a suitcase on the floor. Could be too small for two persons but alone it's fine.

Great hotel to stay. Convenient to restaurants and shopping malls. The family room is spacious and well designed. Will stay here again next trip.

The breakfast was a little disappointing and there was no hot water in my room. Otherwise, it was a good stay and the service as well as the location was good.

the location of the hotel is very good. the front desk staff , Pang Ying was very friendly, kind and helpful. she helped us many times during our stay. there is a nearby food street, shopping malls and lots of convenient stores.

Accepts foreigners. Really fantastic hotel. Incredibly friendly service at front desk. Super helpful and kind. Clean rooms. The restaurant serves delicious Dongbei food
