⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent stay at Ro Easy Hotel with outstanding assistance from Mona, a very helpful English speaking lady. She made my experience smooth and even surprised me with a complimentary room upgrade. Room was so clean, luxurious and comfortable. Highly Recommended!

Mona, our butler, was very attentive and had a great attitude. The hotel environment was lovely, the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and the facilities were excellent. Plus, it's very close to the beach.

Mona provided excellent and thoughtful service, checking in with us daily to see how we were doing and if we needed anything. The hotel's off-season pricing was fantastic, and we even received a free upgrade. We were very satisfied.

Good service especially from the reception, there were very helpful. Mona was very welcoming, respectful and helpful. The hotel is good . The cafeteria at the reception is very good.

The room are clean but staff cannot speak english at all. Good location for concert event in Aranya beach.

Came to stay only for 2 nights. Good location, friendly and very helpful staff, cozy rooms and tasty hot pot in the restaurant. Very close to the Aranya resort. Should come here in summer.

I’m not very fluent in Chinese, so I needed assistance from someone who could speak English. Fortunately, I met Mona, a staff member who speaks English fluently. She was incredibly helpful and supported my family throughout our stay at the hotel. We were also pleasantly surprised when our room was upgraded, and my children received a special gift. They truly appreciated the kind gesture. Thank you for making our stay so memorable.

My stay at the hotel was just perfect — thanks to the worker on the reception Carson. He was polite, very attentive and respectful. He was always available and ready to help, even if he wasn’t speaking English perfectly. My strong recommendation!

My room/apartment was the groundfloor and it is moldy. Outside of the window is the ventilator of the whole building, which is loud and windy and doesn‘t allow to open the windows in the bedroom. The toilet smells bad of canalization.  It was not a nice place to stay but ok for 1 night during the festival.

I travelled solo as a non-Chinese tourist and could not be more delighted to work with the reception of this hotel who graciously answered all my questions and made sure I was taken care of. Extraordinary service!
