Ulasan JW Marriott Hotel Shenzhen Bao'an

Hotel location is good, close to 歡樂港灣. My package included breakfast and dinner. For dinner buffet, more refill (e.g. 椰青) would be better.

The hotel is located at an convenient location to the competition venue yet it has big shopping malls and some other attractions nearby! We stayed at the room with the ferry wheel view and with access to the executive lounge. The lounge serves a variety of food which both of my son and I feel worth a visit!

Thank you for the StayCation. Front Desk Reception staff very kind. Ray and the other ladies were efficient and friendly. The room service and restaurant staff very good. The lounge makes a great chocolate martini, though it should stay open until midnight at least so the after-show attendees from the opera house can peruse and have a nightcap. Went to Shark in OhBay, which is across the street. Lovely views, even on an overcast day. The Ferris wheel stays lit until late. Cancelled my spa facial because of weather congestion, but happy the hotel is smoke-free! I do feel out of season that rates can go down just a bit. I decided not to swim, but the hotel is beautiful to walk around. Thank you Ray for arranging to KuDi my bag to the apartment. This allowed me to trek the Bay Area and shop at the nearby mall just a kilometer away. Cheers from the local expat. Bao’an is a far trek, and I will only stay at two hotels there. JW Marriot and CitiGo if just a night out.

The hotel upgraded my room to junior suit which was so big with very nice sea views 😍😍😍

It was our second visit to JW - and we were not disappointed. We booked a room with lounge access which had a pretty decent selection of drinks and Canapés. The indoor pool area was warm so my kids enjoyed swimming there (in winter) and the TV in the room has many English or Chinese channels to choose from. All in all it was a fun, relaxing stay.

Hotel was quiet in a great location, room was good, I would recommend the hotel. However there is one But. I booked a Glory room. I wasn’t aware those rooms are in the Glory Towers, which are actually 1.5km away from the JW Marriot hotel, was advised in an email closer to arrival. A little confusing as the site shows you all the amenities of the hotel, 4 restaurants, bar, coffee shop, pool, spa. I even went back onto the site to check that whilst there, it is not clear or mentioned that the glory tower is 1.5 km away. This was disappointing, I had to visit a factory whilst there and had brought my wife along for her first trip to China, that day would be her first day in China, that was the reason I had selected this hotel, so she would have all the facilities on hand.

Very nice service. Room are big and clear. Very close to restaurants and the waterfront. Breakfast buffet is good, weekend are busy in the morning... Just need to aviod peak hour.

We stayed at this hotel because it was just 5-min walk from the Bay Opera of Shenzhen, where we watched a musical. The hotel's service was excellent. Staff were attentive. There were 2 swimming pools - one outdoor and one indoor. The indoor one is 40m long. Breakfast buffet was high quality with good variety.

Overall is good Swimming Pool only in main building Need walk around 10min from the wing building

Nice view nice location. But the room isn’t very clean. Otherwise it should be 5 star.
