這家酒店優勢就是:位置好。距離地鐵站衹有幾百米，暑假旺季的時間已經算性價比不錯的了，陳經理幫忙升級海景房，酒店前台和服務員的服務態度都挺好，有合理正常的需求都能滿足，早餐也很不錯，另外晚上還有贈送貼心的甜點。

十一長假和同事們去長沙玩，選了好久，最後決定入住這家在茶子山路的朵蘭達酒店，酒店距離4號線茶子山站步行大概也就五六分鐘吧，交通方便，樓下是個小廣場，還有很多粉店。 訂的雙床房，雖然不是很大但也足夠了，房間設備一應俱全，還有智能助手，在國慶期間這個地段這個價位能住這樣的酒店，性價比真的很高。 如果下次再來，我會優先考慮這家

第二次預訂這個酒店了，春節的時候，家裡沒有裝修好，給爸媽安排了這個地鐵口的酒店，當時老頭老太太要我一定給酒店好評，説酒店服務特別好，對長者家特別有耐心，加上酒店有停車場接送爸媽很方便，果斷給了好評。這次有個親戚在湘雅三看病，又定了這個店，因為地鐵就在酒店門口，地鐵6號線一站路一出來就是湘雅三醫院的門診大樓，親戚説出行太方便。因為他們要住好幾天，酒店有個洗衣房，這個一般酒店都有，他們特別的是，衣服洗完了後，洗衣房出來直接有晾曬區，晾衣架一排排的，特別方便。忙的時候，酒店還可以幫你洗衣服，服務真的很用心。房間的衞生還是跟之前一樣的好，每天會問你什麼時候打掃方便，樓下就是萬達廣場，夜景很不錯，晚上可以看到好多出攤擺宵夜的，小吃特別多。暑假酒店客人蠻多的，但服務沒有打折，最重要的是價格還跟之前差不多，沒跟五一廣場那邊的酒店一樣漲得那麼多，性價比挺高的。推薦大家入住，真的出行很方便。

观沙岭역에서 가까워서 창사치고 비교적 번잡하지 않았습니다 위치는 아파트의 21층에 있어서 일반 호텔이라 생각하면 찾기가 어렵습니다. 가격이나 주요관광지 접근성을 생각하면 가성비는 있습니다. 그리고 주변에 먹을것도 많았습니다. 다만 시설은 기대하면 안됩니다. 그리고 阿姨가 너무친절했습니다

Checked in on Sat 28th before my fiancé to arrange some things like wedding flowers, decorations etc. Katrina at reception was absolutely fantastic. She followed up on the requests I had and verified the Trip.com staff information which was sent earlier. She was extremely friendly, kind, thoughtful, diligent, and professional - a real asset to IHG. She took care of everything. She arranged the decorations to be done after we left for marriage registration so when I got back it would all be ready for my wife. The facilities and service like the 1st floor all day dining restaurant, the Sky27 bar and Intercontinental club on the 27th floor, were wonderful. The Latin band (Cuban / Colombian duo) were magnificent and quite friendly ✊ Breakfast boxes were arranged for our early departure on 31st. The taxi was ordered and promptly arrived ahead of time to collect us. Hotel staff checked if I was an IHG member and applied my discounts where relevant. Breakfast buffet and all day a La carte dining was wonderful. Shopping mall access through the hotel lobby is easily accessible and quite convenient. All in all, it was a marvellous few days at Intercontinental Changsha.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. They upgraded the room for free to a Queen size. Rooms are clean and tidy and have a great view of the city. Close to shops and restaurants and Riff club nearby for live music and DJs. Lots of cool places to checkout nearby. I will definitely stay again.

Hotel service is good. They try their very best to provide you the best request. Specially thanks to 欢乐 she really go all the way out to assist you. Breakfast also good! Chinese restaurant food also superb good. Only location is far from town. Overall good hotel.

Genuine 5-star hotel overlooking the beautiful xiangjiang river! The rooms are spacious and grand with high ceilings, finished with elegant marble walls, very impressive. Staff are extremely kind and friendly; service great. Would like to mention Xiao Qing (小晴）in particular for her kindness and help. Will book again

配套齊全 乾淨整潔酒店，設施設備齊全配置也不錯，酒店門口就是地鐵站，距離高鐵也很快，出行很方便，對面就是廣場，逛街很方便，地鐵直達萬家麗，去揚帆夜市也很方便，酒店環境整體不錯，衞生也做的很細緻，酒店工作人員服務很好，下次有機會再來住。
