Ulasan Yiju 1983 Hotel (Wuyi Square IFS International Financial Center)

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The hotel was clean with an amazing location, close to transport, shopping and entertainment. The service provided made our trip in Changsha so memorable, we were greeted with a smiling face everyday, coffee service with unlimited water bottles, free laundry service, everything was a wechat message away. And not to mention the Smart Control function on the room was fun to use. Will definitely stay here the next time I’m in Changsha.

This is our 1st trip in Changsa ,definitely back to stay this hotel next time. We are travelling as a large family of 10 people . Staff provided very good service from the day one I stay until check out . They helped to facilitate everything that made this trip go well . By the way great location ,great staff , great room ,feel like home . Perfect location just with shopping area by walking distance few minute to reached .

This hotel was the best hotel I stayed in throughout my holiday in China. Unfortunately, I stayed here only for 1 night. The people working at the reception were friendly and helpful. If you have any questions, you can contact them via Wechat. The room was already ready when we checked in so the lights and aircon was on when we entered the room. You can use AI smart control 小度 to control switches or perform various tasks. The beds were comfortable and location is good. It's walking distance from the subway station and various food/shopping streets in the city. The hotel uses Laifen hairdryer, it was so good that I'm thinking of getting one for myself. The welcome snacks were a nice touch and you can get coffee from the reception area.

In the shopping area, nearby Taiping street Pozi street and Huangxing Smart room is so fun and very helpful staff

Super comfortable stay at Changsha town area, convenient location with many attractions just a stone throw away, receptionist is very friendly and polite, we get some welcome fruits when checkin in, high recommend, just take note that the lift of the building itself is quite old but will not effect the overall hotel experience

The main reason we chose this hotel was it’s excellent location (near to the major shopping malls Wangfujing, IFS mall and the famous Taiping street) and after reading several of its positive reviews by the guests. However since the hotel is located in the busy area, the road leading to the hotel was not accessible by car after 8 pm. As such our taxi driver had to stop us a little distance away. So please bear in mind this accessibility issue after 8 pm.. The hotel is located on the fifth floor of a building shared by other businesses. The lifts were old and small. Nevertheless all the initial disappointment faded away upon reaching the hotel. We were greeted by very friendly and helpful staff. The room was a pleasant surprise. It was neat, clean with many unexpected features unlike other hotels of the same category. Facilities are modern, complete and the room well lighted. The bathroom is comfortable, with automated heated toilet seat, and powerful shower facility. Another good feature is the wash basin located outside the toilet. There is also a Laifen hairdryer and even a projector. The service was exceptional with very friendly and helpful staff always offering additional drinking water and providing free laundry service, a highly appreciated

I love this hotel. From location, service, amenities, cleanliness and comfort. However, if I have to nitpick, I can't appreciate the colour choice of the bathroom and one of the rooms I booked - it's too dark to my liking. The ventilator also didn't seem to work or too weak. Hotel provides free flow of coffee 24/7 but you need to place your order via Wechat or at the front desk and they will bring it to your room. While it is convenient for guests, I think it will be tiring for the staff. Perhaps can consider placing a self serve coffee machine somewhere. They also provide free laundry service which is awesome. The hotel is located on level 5 of an old building. The building lobby at level 1 and the elevators are pretty old and dirty. There is also a sex toy(?) shop and a snooker place there so the surrounding is not the best. Having said that, as long as the price remains competitive, I'd pick this hotel again if I ever visit Changsha again next time.

We came to Changsha without a guide and chose this hotel as it is very near to the shopping street. I would recommend this hotel to everyone as the location is very convenient and the rooms are clean and very worth for the price paid. It is 5 mins walk to 长沙印象汇, my favourite mall so far as there is a big Walmart to buy snacks back for family and friends. There are many souvenir snack stores nearby as well. The reception was very friendly as well, answering my questions through WeChat and giving us extra water. Thank you so much to the staff for their warm hospitality! We enjoyed China very much! ☺️

The location was the best thing about this hotel! It’s in the heart of Changsha city right in front of Taiping Street and Pozi Street right behind. Also a 5 minute walk to Huangxing Pedestrian Road and IFS Mall. Because there’s so much around there’s lots to do, see, and eat. However, at night it gets pretty busy and noisy. The noise was too loud in the rooms but noticeable since the hotel is located on the 5th floor of a busy commercial building. The room was kept tidy and nice however you could tell it was old and in need of some repairs. There was a water leak on the ceiling and the walls were quite dirty. But the bedding and towels were clean and the bathroom. The hotel itself needs to be kept clean when I walk to my room there was a big pile of towels on the ground! A little shocking to be greeted by that. It’s a good hotel if you want a good location and cheap place to stay. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful!

Great location - walking distance to IFS and metro station. Lots of eateries around the area. Helpful staff and they provide good info around the area. However, this may not be suitable for families with small kids/baby as well as light sleeper due to there is a pub located below the hotel where you can hear music till midnight.

We couldn't have booked a better hotel in Changsha. The location is absolutely perfect. Right opposite of the famous Taiping Street and it's so near to eateries and shops. No problem finding food here even pass midnight. Entertainment and spas are located all over. The hotel itself is clean and beautifully decorated. The room smells good and all the amenities are complete. They even gave ear plugs and sleeping eye mask. The highlight is definitely the huge screen projector. They provide free laundry and coffee which you can ask from the reception. The welcome gift is a nice touch as well. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back when I'm in Changsha.

1st experience with this hotel was so satifying. Booked another 2 nights stay with a bigger room when back from Zhangjiajie. Room is very clean. They even provide free laundry. Had our clothes washed, folded and sent to out room. Lots of shops n eatery near hotel. Taiping Street is just about 15mins walk from the hotel. As usual, the people there are super friendly. The lady helped us booked a car ride to airport . She even helped us with our luggage, waited for the car with us before she returned to the hotel. Excellent service!!

We really loved staying at this hotel! The service was excellent, the lady on the front desk was so helpful and kind. We got our laundry washed for free! We were very impressed. The rooms are gorgeous!! The projector was really cool and massive, but as foreigners we couldn't get the phone projection to work. Still, the bath was luxurious and what we could find to watch was still good. There were some English short films. The bathroom felt luxurious too - that's how I'd describe the room in general, the feeling of luxury. The lighting and curtain system is very advanced compared to what we have in the UK. Staying here felt so special and the location is amazing, being very close to the pedestrian street and so many shops and restaurants. It is not loud despite its location and the temperature was good. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Changsha.
