Ulasan Hampton by Hilton Changsha Wuyi Square

I like the friendliness of the staff and the great location.  The room is clean and comfortable. Also we found a great local restaurant nearby, food is awesome and cheap, highly recommend!

Modern and new hotel with all the creature comforts except maybe a bidet would make it better. Room was large and clean. Front desk service was a hit or miss depending on who's on duty. We had a change of plan and arrived one day earlier in hope that we'd get a room. They were fully booked so the hotel is very popular. The staff were extremely helpful in trying to see if they can sort out something for us. They gave us alternative options nearby and directions. I only wish the breakfast could be better, the spread was decent but unremarkable and the coffee was bad.

Great hotel. Conveniently located near YingBin station, which is 2 stops to city center. Hotel is in a quiet street with eateries round the corner. The front desk staff are warm and courteous. Hotel room was superb and the breakfast spread was extensive and delicious. Hotel has a laundry room, with washers and dryers, and connected to TV for realtime update on availability. Reasonably priced and I Will come back again.

A very good hotel with quiet, spacious rooms. The buffet breakfast is adequate and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Service is great and staffs are helpful. Room is very clean and neat. Location is a bit far (outskirts) from downtown (IFS) but there are good amount of convenience stores nearby. Very close to train station for intercity trains. A bit disappointed as no safety box available in the room (which you may think it is a standard for a international chain hotel). Can't find toaster nor Hampton inn famous waffle. 😅 Overall I will still recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located near the subway station. The room is large and clean. Breakfast was good. The service was good, but the staff could  not speak English.

房間乾淨整潔，酒店離地鐵很近，出行方便，服務員很貼心的，有需要會努力給予滿足，酒店裡有提供早餐，早餐以自助形式，有常規的中式，西式菜品，酒店旁邊就是長沙米粉博物館，好多老字號粉店，離鬧市五一廣場也很近。

第一次去長沙遊玩，每次出去玩都會選擇品牌酒店。一般這樣至少能保證不會踩雷。 1.辦完入住到房間門口，不知道為什麼房間門是開着的，還以為走錯房間了，進去後發現房間整理過的，這才住下來。 2.房間面積還是比較大的，房間內各種配備是歡朋的標配，中規中矩沒什麼亮點也沒什麼大毛病。 3.酒店早餐品種很少，不知道為什麼咖啡機還不能正常使用，沒什麼可吃的，就是一些常規的烤腸，煎蛋，訂了三晚就吃了一次早餐，完全對早餐沒什麼期待。 4.去長沙體驗夜生活，睡的比較晚。第二天一早樓上沖擊鑽裝修被吵醒就再也睡不着了，和前台電話反應了過了一會又開始了，樓上應該是有業主居住的，所以説不受他們酒店管理，晚上酒店送了一盤常態化的水果表示道歉，在我看來並沒有什麼意義。 5.房間內地毯上有之前客人留下的污漬也不知道是醬油還是屎，反正咖啡色的看着挺噁心的。我自己在桌子上用過餐，從墊子上的印漬可以看得出客房服務員是沒擦過的，或者説擦的很不乾淨。 6.房間床單上摸上去感覺沙粒感嚴重，感覺洗的很不乾淨。 7.入住關門後客房服務員跑進房間內要求加微信，索要好評，説是幫完成任務，但是這樣到房間內的體驗非常差，並且是否好評取決於你的產品及你的服務，不是能要來的。 總而言之。這是一次非常糟糕的入住，從酒店的地理位置來説還是不錯的，去周邊幾個網紅打卡點都不選，地鐵站也在邊上。 酒店的管理水平太差，和歡朋這個品牌不是很匹配。

八一的歡朋，交通很便利，旺中帶靜，就在米粉博物館旁邊，非常好找，前台服務也很不好，房間衞生也很好，去景點都不遠，打車坐地鐵都可以，旁邊步行15左右就是地鐵站。房間還有一個小冰箱的，冰了幾瓶飲料，也是免費的，很周到，畢竟長沙最近也挺熱的！😃

酒店地理位置很不錯，離主要商圈很近，旁邊就是湖南米粉博物館，米粉一條街，酒店房間環境乾淨舒適，面積很大，還有免費的飲料吧，我們是上午到的酒店，本來訂的房型還沒打掃出來，前台小哥哥免費幫我們升級了房型讓我們提前入住，很感謝，下次來還會選擇這家酒店！

送兒子上學 選擇這家希爾頓歡朋酒店，酒店設施很新 很好，衞生乾淨整潔，環境服務特別捧！雖然酒店提供自助洗衣房，管家看見我們自己洗內衣馬上送上小包洗衣液，餐廳食物豐富多彩。地理位置好，離五一廣場很近，酒店邊上有地鐵站去各個景點也非常方便。
