Excellent hotel and very helpful staff, in particular Ren, who was kind enough to pick us up from the airport at late notice because we arrived late at night during the Chinese New Year. She also helped us to plan our tours and trips when we needed it 🙂 Breakfast was lovely and the hotel supermarket was a nice surprise as we didn’t have to go too far if we wanted any snacks. Beds were also comfortable and the Mountain View room was spacious and warm. Great too to see the city and watch the Chinese new year fireworks!

The hotel is a but outdated and possibly mainly booked by local tourist rather then Western tourist. We have received a complimentary upgrade on the bedroom to a more spacious one. The bedroom and facilities where okay for our needs considering we only spent there one night, big highlight is the restaurant which offers very good fish.

Our hotel location was very near to all major scenic spots in zhangjiajie. Views from our hotel room we're awesome.

Loved staying at this hotel ! 10/10 I would recommend. As a tourist from out of the country I felt very welcome and well taken care of right from when I got there. The room was clean and the view of the mountains from my window was literally breathtaking. Also, I would like to say a big thank you to the hotel staff for being so helpful and efficient..when I first got into my room, I made a mistake and ended up blowing a fuse in my room. I went downstairs to the front desk and explained the situation and it was fixed within a few minutes of me getting back to my room...thank you! I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Zhangjiajie

Lovely stay at this hotel! The reception staff were super helpful via Wechat translation! They also gave us an upgrade and organised airport pickup and drop off!

Old hotel but relatively clean. Room is very spacious and sufficient supply of basic amenities. Room still have a scent of smoke when enter. Room need some serious upgrading. Breakfast was very chinese style.

Hi there, we really liked this Hotel. They have a Supermarket inside, as well as a laundry room. We did not make use of breakfast, so not sure how that is. But the cleaning staff was very friendly and even folded our clothes for us while we were gone. The staff at the reservation spoke some english and where not, it is easy enough with a translation app. Biggest plus are the big rooms and awesome view over the City however, for a very reasonable price (outside the tourist season).
