The hotel is conveniently located within 5min walk to the subway. 平安老街is right behind the hotel where you can get food round the clock. Good eateries like 費大廚，笨蘿蔔，are all within walking distance from the hotel. The room is huge with curtains. Hot water with good pressure. The room is nicely insulated from the busy roads.

Very nice hotel. Unique style and good service. Breakfast was excellent. The front desk 小陈 was very helpful and friendly. Definitely would recommend.

The location was pretty good but the room was quite warm. We booked the hotel because we saw that there’s a laundromat but we didn’t use it as the lift was a pain to wait for.

The location is right next to the shopping district. The location is excellent. However, the hotel is rather old and tired.

The staff were very efficient at check in which is not always the case within China, they photographed our IDs quickly to register us and gave us our room key. All of the rooms are very quirky and different which is a nice added feature (a nice suprise as to what you will get).

Good Location. But not enough lifts. waited for 30mins and still not able to get into a lift in the morning check out hours. have to take the stairs from 21st floor down.

Hotel staff is located in a premium estate. A minute walk to the subway and a few minutes walk to the major shopping district. The hotel staff is very professional and serves you well. Rooms are clean and hygienic, towels are safe to use, and the toilet bowl is clean. Although you are paying a higher cost for the hotel, the views and stay is very pleasant

Quite like the room design and features based on different lifestyle themes at different locations around the world. The sunset river view was awesome. But I wouldn't expect the mold around the washbasin and I would also expect the afternoon tea could be far more better than few pieces of fruit and frozen cakes.

Big and nice room, although the opposite street had some people dancing that made our stay a bit noisy.
