Ulasan Vienna International Hotel (Changsha South High-speed Railway Station Sports New City)

Hotel ini terletak berhampiran dengan Stesen Kereta Api Kelajuan Tinggi Selatan, agak mudah dicari, tempat letak kereta juga mudah, berbanding Vienna yang lain, tuala dan tuala mandi ini berasa lebih baik, sekurang-kurangnya anda tidak akan melihat perasaan lusuh dan tidak bersih. Bilik air berbau sedikit.

I checked in at the hotel around 2:00 am in the morning ,the check in process was fast and efficient ,this is my third time coming back to this hotel,it’s the only hotel i sleep in when i visit changsha ,the workers are great and have a good attitude to customers that is why i keep coming back and also recommend the hotel to friends and family ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️the location of the hotel is also good👍

The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. The staff was welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with modern amenities. The bed was comfortable, and the linens were fresh and soft. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary bottled water and a well-stocked minibar. The hotel's restaurant was also excellent, serving delicious meals with a good selection of drinks. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, offering a wide variety of fresh and tasty options to suit every palate. Overall, I would highly recommend the Vienna International Hotel to anyone visiting the area. The staff, facilities, and location all exceeded my expectations, and I would not hesitate to stay there again in the future.

The hotel is convenient to the train station. 8 minutes by taxi. There is also a shopping mall behind the hotel which has McDonald’s, KFC a few other restaurants, cinema. The hotel itself is not generally bad, but they really need to find a new cleaner. The cleaner looked like a student. As soon as we enter the room, I found hairs on the floor, hairs in the sink and shower ! The bedding was stained by food !! Dust behind the TV. Really poor cleanliness and poor management control of quality. Find a new cleaner and I would come back.

要不是早上起來踢開被子想我是真的不知道我蓋了一晚上的血被，作為連鎖酒店品牌，真不知道你們是怎麼回事，這麼大塊污點能閉眼套。萬一有傳染病不給我傳染了？就那麼心大給下一個客人用嗎。避雷了。誰弄臟了就該負責人。難道要傳承下去嗎。要不是我差評你們估計還是睜一衹眼閉一衹眼。

情侶出行的不二之選 房子空間非常大 衞生很好 設施：樓下就有便利店，非常方便 環境：隔音非常好 服務：早飯非常好吃，東西很全 服務：服務非常到位，前台小姐姐非常熱情，還借給我對象口紅用

酒店環境還是非常不錯的 前台小姐姐的服務也是可以，休息的特別安靜，洗手間的水也比較大，停車子也是方便 旁邊就是地鐵口 吃的地方也比較多 。總體比較滿意。

4天前我是從攜程查到的，入住後發現各個方面都很滿意，性價比超高，昨天再次入住賀龍體育新城店，出門就是地鐵，很方便，衞生乾淨，還免費升級豪華房，送了早餐，他們還有高鐵站免費接送，帥哥服務員態度超好，很有耐心，強烈推薦，星級酒店，親民價格。
