Highly NOT recommended. Service is non-existent. Arrived late around 0030hrs on 11 Sep. The hotel receptionist gave the impression that we had interrupted her break. Throughout the whole engagement, there was NO smile on her face. She was rude, and her tablet was still going on with the show she was watching.
Breakfast was meh.
Tried to get some information from the hotel staff (different staff) in the morning about getting to the train station. She basically said, just navigate your way there, won't go wrong. Then I followed up with a question, whether to turn left or right after exiting the hotel, she insisted that I navigate on my own as she couldn't tell for sure.
If you like the location for its closeness to the train station and need no interaction with the staff, you can stay here.
Otherwise, if you wish to feel welcome by the Changsha people, I suggest you stay away.

The hotel and the rooms are clean, well designed and comfortable. Optimal position next to the train station. We did a late check in and a very early check out, but the staff was friendly and helpful with our needs. A special mention to ms Xiao Ceng from the front desk: she helped us communicate with the rest of the staff with her excellent English comprehension skills. Furthermore, she answered to all our question about the interesting spot of Changsha with precision and kindness. A true jewel of employees, her boss should be happy to have her in his team!!

Good location for catching a train on the next morning day. Room is. A bit old but clean and quite large for 3 persons Extra bed is not comfortable.

房間空間夠用,還有衣帽間,早餐還可以,下去晚了也一直在上菜,並沒有聽到很大的火車聲音
