Great hotel in central location. We were on the 5th floor which meant we had a great view of the sunrises/sunsets. Friends of ours were on a lower floor but unfortunately their balcony faced another building so they didn’t get a good as view, so if you want a good view definitely try to book the higher floors. Staff were very friendly and helpful at all times including a 24/hr reception and security and as a group of girls travelling this made us feel much safer. Our booking agency forgot to inform the taxi agency of our pick up from the airport so we wanted to make sure we avoided the same issue upon departure. The hotel very kindly helped us sort this out and spoke to the taxi agency in Greek which made booking the car much easier. Housekeeping staff were also very friendly stopping to say hi whenever we walked past. Breakfast staff were also very helpful, as soon as we sat down we were offered tea and coffee and if they can get us anything and done so with such a big smile on their faces. Only notes I have is that there wasn’t a very varied option at breakfast so for anyone with dietary needs this should be noted and unfortunately no swimming pool. Upon seeing the size of the hotel I do believe they could fit an indoor swimming pool.

Charming small hotel in an ideal location right next to the beautiful Venetian harbour. Staff very friendly. Our room didn't have a sea view, but not bad, and the balcony was larger than most, and not overlooked at all. B&B with excellent breakfast served on your balcony. Just ring down and it will appear in minutes. The Italian restaurant underneath the hotel is very good, also.

The hotel is in a perfect location. The staff are all wonderful and nothing it too much for them.
