The hotel was in good location Good service But need more staff on front desk to help And the elevator was very slow to respond

The hotel is very clean and there customer service is above and beyond they contacted my phone to ask if I needed anything there amenities are amazing and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a get away or someone looking to treat there partner to a night out ⭐⭐⭐⭐

가격대비 최악입니다~ 서비스, 실내청소(잘안됨), 커피있고 없고 물제공없고, 샤워젤없어요~ 가운도 없고 요구사항이 제대로 이루어지제 않아요~ 체크인 대기시간 길어요~ 조식은 나가서 드세요~ 가격대비 아웃~ 호텔이 3성급도 안되는 느낌입니다~

The check in was unusual and the check out I was charged for a 12.99 movie I questioned it and was told a third party was involved and they could not refund it to me? I said your hotel charged me not the third party and was concerned about the lack of training she had to deal with the issue referring to me the manager is the only one that could help. I did not have the time to wait for a manager to arrive so hopefully they refund the amount or Marriott will be my next stop. Life is about choices so let’s see.

We had a great stay at the Hilton in Fairfax. I really loved the modern look of the room and the inside of the hotel. The only complaint I have is that there was some water damage/mold in the bathroom. Otherwise, everything was great. I’d rate it 8/10

Shower didn’t work also remote to the tv didn’t either. I was told that someone would bring a replacement remote and no one showed.

The stay overall was great and the front desk staff was excellent! Even calling me after I left my wallet at the desk. Top notch!!

The people at the lobby were very nice and helpful as usual. Very nice option and location.

There was plenty of parking when we arrived and check in was so easy! It was super clean and quiet!

From the service to the grounds of this hotel, it is a 10 star hotel. I must say The lady that works in the restaurant ALBA was amazing. Very sweet and always very attentive to our needs. The hotel had Very spacious rooms with a fridge, computer desk, sitting area separated from the beds, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand lotion, neurogenic coffee machine, water bottles, and sufficient towels. Our family of 4 loved the stay. The restaurant offers breakfast, buffet style, continental or order from the menu. It is absolutely delicious. The lounge area is very modern and spacious with a huge bar from end to end of the lounge area. The parking, plenty to choose from, huge lot. We went in February, so they had a Photo Booth camera set up with a beautiful back drop for valentines the kids enjoyed this. The restaurants and stores are walking distance. McDonald’s, Target, Jersey mikes, CVS, sushi place, Starbucks, subway, Olive Garden, etc…Overall the best stay we’ve had in Virginia. We will be back in May!k!

Everything was ok except when I was about to take a shower before checking out surprise!!! No hot water, we had a to go somewhere and I left with out shower and my husband took a cold water shower, I’m sorry but this is unacceptable

There was no complementary coffee or tea, the heater made noise all night sounded like a jet engine. They never changed the sheets, the shampoo and body soap stunk.

Superb stay! Beautiful facility, friendly staff, comfortable and spacious room, plently of free parking.
