Two one night stays. Fairly standard Courtyard. Night 1 - front desk agent less than interested; and further less interested in dealing with parking. But he did confirm the 24/7 IAD shuttle service that was advertised with the parking. Shuttle to airport - frankly a fairly unpleasant gentleman; although he kept his word about leaving on time. Night 2 - I called for the shuttle from IAD. Nope - not available. Had to take an expensive Lyft ride. I asked that front desk agent about the shuttle and he told me management discontinued the 24/7 service. Any notice given? Nope. The 24/7 shuttle is still advertised on the parking website, so buyer beware. The whole reason I stayed at this property was that the two nights with the parking and the 24/7 shuttle were for a reasonable price and met all my needs.

Clean room, decent breakfast. The room is clean and very comfortable beds. The hotel has a small gym and pool. Fast and easy check-in. Kind staff. There is a shuttle to the airport available.
Wow, this stay was spectacular. Every crevice of the place and service was well taken care of. The room and bathroom were beautifully clean. The pool and hot tub were well taken of as well. I was blown away by the amount of care the cleaning and maintenance department has shown to this hotel. Way to go, Miguel! It is quite the face of the hotel and this is not always the experience. The beds were so clean, comfortable and gave the best night sleep which is not always the case in a stay away from home. I really appreciate this place being a phenomenal stay. The breakfast buffet was exquisite. The food was so fresh and delicious. We came the last hour and the food was still so fresh. The service was great. The front desk was so professional and personable, truly making my daughter and I feel like they really wanted us to have the best stay. We did. My daughter is asking to do this again. We made great memories here and will be sure to return! Allen D. the general manager introduced himself and I must say he is doing an amazing job here creating a beautiful place to stay and creating a pleasant place for his staff because they all were doing an amazing job and seemed to love working here. It shows in all the areas of this hotel and we really appreciated it.
Check in was easy. The location is great. It may be outdated but it´s clean and the beds are comfy. The resteraunt is open in the morning and from 4 pm. Very nice happy hour and shuttle to and from the airport. I only had to use it to the airport
The hotel is very clean and there customer service is above and beyond they contacted my phone to ask if I needed anything there amenities are amazing and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a get away or someone looking to treat there partner to a night out

We paid $100 via Booking.com for a queen suite room 212. First of all the front door was warped like someone had tried to push it in, making it hard to unlock. The room was dreary and tired. The thing that did it for me though was there was dried shower gel still on the soap tray in the shower and a hair. I went straight down to reception and politely asked for a refund, showing photos on my phone. The young guy on reception said his manager wasnt around to give a refund, but he could put us in another room. I asked if we could have a nicer room under the circumstances so he showed me room 213 across the hall. It was a larger queen suite. I thanked him knowing he did his best, but again it was a tired room. Other reviews I have seen have mentioned this a few years back, and I think management said it was due to be refurbished. This does not appear to have been carried out, and in my opinion you would have to remove all the chipped doors, replace carpets and sofas…. The list does go on. I am attaching photos of room 213. The hairdryer said it all. Lots of dirty finger prints never wiped off. If you want to stay in a cheaper hotel, the beds are comfy. That might be all you need. However, we were spoiled on our outward journey staying at the Crown Plaza Hotel in Herndon nearby. It was fantastic. I would definitely pay the extra $30 in future for a room there. Oh and the free airport shuttle was an old vehicle with the hotel name on a piece of A4 paper taped to the window. We watched the other hotel shuttles go by looking very smart. We felt even in the shuttle, we knew what was coming!
*** Happen to Ed! This hotel has gone to sh!* to the point were we had to contact lawyers for advance on how to move forward. Corporate/customer relations has not been vary helpful, tho we do have more than one complaints in. So let’s begin… I personally stayed at this location before it was an ESA and was a long term resident throughout the hotel switch and after. When it switch to ESA the manager Edward was amazing! Other guest including myself loved him. I end up moving and my family still stays at this location. ( my mom, & sister) separately. There is now a new manager. “JB”. Who has hired new staff and him along with his new staff has been extremely unprofessional, rude, stank & sh*!y to my family who stays here along with other guest & staff who was hired before he got here. Example 1- one of the managers walked into my sisters room without knocking or calling because DOWNSTAIRS ROOM SMELLED LIKE SMOKE. While her kids were in there sleeping. (You don’t let urself into a guest room like that) then gave her a hard time and blaming her for a separate room smelling Smokey. 2- a guy who stays a door down from my moms room called her a N!**$er and was yelling and screaming at the cleaning lady saying racial Slurs. When mention to front desk. They called the manager “JB” who did nothing about it. So this ****** person is still in the building living a few doors from my mom. 3- there was a mouse in my moms room and front desk was called. Manger was there and refused to give my mom traps for her room or offer a solution for her. Instead he gave her attitude she had to wait tell the following day to receive them. 4- one of the ladies that work at night has been harassing my brother and being rude to my family. She has some hate towards everyone and is not professional. She told my sister she could not get keys fixed to get back in her room after dark (when she is working) even though they stop working on her. How can you regulate when someone needs their keys fixed to get back in their room? She also calls my mom room late at night to complain about things she has no attorney over. 5- one of the other staff who has been hired by the manager has been extremely rude to all of us. He rolls his eyes, talking inappropriate, smacks his lips, and gives major attitudes and he is not only doing this to us adults he has done it to the kids as well. That is vary inappropriate. 6- my mom has been leaving complaints but it appears to go to property manager “JB” who closes complaints and not deals with them. So his upper management dose not sees these complaints and our complaints are not being resolved. Within all this mess, him along with staff have decided to show they don’t like my family and is rude as f*%!k The list goes on…. My family is here due to an domestic issue and a company has been reaching out to this hotel but the manger is none responsive to the company. This is crazy experience and there are other issues that I did no
The room was comfortable and clean. The two beds were soft and comfortable. Tea and coffee maker was provided. The rooms and linen were clean. The room had a study table and a sofa. There was enough storage space. It was a comfortable stay in a cozy room. The common breakfast area on the ground floor was small. So there might be a long queue at breakfast time in peak seasons.
